“Iomar took excellent care of our cat and guinea pigs! We received lots of adorable photos while we were away, and it was clear they were well taken care of. We would book again!”

“Hannah did a wonderful job with my two large dogs. They loved Hannah and we loved her communication with us. We knew when Hannah was at our home and received pictures and an update from each visit. It was comfortable for the dogs to stay home and have such a friendly and responsible person visit them.”

“Yoleyka was fabulous to work with, very quick to respond to texts. Our pups can sometimes be a little hesitant when first meeting new people, but they really liked her from the first moment. We will be booking with her again. 😁”

“We loved having Bailey take care of our Winnie. She was a great communicator, arrived exactly when she said she would, and sent lots of pictures!! We will definitely ask her to help us again!”

“Melanie is great! She took good care of our cat and communicated well with detailed daily updates. I will definitely be booking her again next time we need a cat sitter.”

About: Former veterinary receptionist and kennel technician with over ten years of pet care experience. Currently employed by the state and looking to help others in Tallahassee by providing excellent pet care! I currently work full time but I plan on going part time in the near future. I’m currently available for early mornings, in the evenings, and weekends. I have a fenced in backyard, a friendly golden retriever mix and two chubby house cats. I’m a homeowner and I live close to Tom Brown Park for playtime!
“Couldn't ask for a better sitter and the furions absolutely love her! Repeat clients and the amount of at ease I feel while traveling with Natianna is a breathe of fresh air. Thank you for everything again!”

“Jordyn is a wonderful house and pet sitter. We have used her many times and plan to in the future. She watch our senior cat while away for the holidays and checked in everyday giving us piece of mind while away and our cat is very shy but loves her. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“Our fur babies were happy and content when we arrived home, as opposed to stressed. They are very shy with a new person, and the fact that Emily spotted one of our indoor babies tells us that she went out of her way to do a little looking. We will definitely use her services again!”

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on veterinary experience and comfort with a wide range of animals. I’ve worked with exotic pets for 2 years and dogs and cats for 3, and I currently work in the ICU at a veterinary specialty hospital. This gives me strong skills in monitoring health, recognizing warning signs, and providing extra care for senior pets or those with medical needs. I’m confident, attentive, and committed to keeping every pet safe and comfortable. I am currently part time working Friday- Sunday and I am open anytime of day during Monday - Thursday. I am always flexible so let me know! I prioritize a calm environment when caring for animals. I understand how important it is for pets to feel secure, so I stay gentle, attentive, and respectful of their needs. My goal is always to create a space where animals feel comfortable and owners feel confident trusting me with their care.
“Taylor was excellent with Maggie. She also handled a key issue (totally my fault) calmly when I was definitely not calm since we were literally taking off on a 5.5 hour flight. 100% would recommend and will have Taylor take care of Maggie again!”

“Lisa did amazing! She sent plenty of pictures, was very communicative, and our place was very clean when we got back. My cat also seemed very happy in the pictures and was happy when we got back. Zero complaints, would absolutely book again! ☺️”

About: I just started Rover this January 2026 and I'm excited to care for your dogs or cats...or both! UPDATE...as of April 2026, I also have my own pet sitter's insurance AND I'm PPCA (Professional Pet Care Association) Certified for pet sitting and dog walking. I've grown up with pets and learned at a young age that pets are part of the family! I just completed my cat & dog first aid certification from American Red Cross. Anyone can be a pet sitter so hopefully by reading this, you'll see I'm taking it seriously (because I truly care). I'm a teacher and a mom looking to supplement my income. If you're looking for a responsible, reliable, and caring adult then let me be your pet's stand-in while you're away. I live in a family friendly, pet orientated neighborhood. I have my own house with a fenced yard. The fenced yard is an advantage to let your dog run around and play, but I do not leave them out there without my supervision. My priority is safety, and then happiness. Let my home be your pets "home away from home". I love taking photos, so if you're ok with me sending you photos then just let me know. I also provide treats (if allowed), toys, stainless steal bowls, poop bags, beds, blankets and crates if needed. If your pet does not do well with cats, I'm able to separate my 2 cats in a different area (they'd probably hide anyway, lol). I will adapt to your pet's needs. I do require your pet to be on flea prevention. This is important for my family...and yours :) In addition to Rovers listed holidays...I do apply holiday rates to Easter weekends, Spring Break week, and additional days for Christmas & New Year's. I also have a flat fee holiday rate meaning it's the same cost for additional pets. I will adjust the cost when you send me a booking. Trust your pets are "Triple" safe when booking with me! Monday thru Friday varies so let me know what your pet needs and we'll figure out a good schedule. I have a teacher's schedule so I do work Monday thru Friday. I'm also available weekends and holidays :) I have a fenced yard and my neighborhood is dog friendly. I can care for your animals at your home for drop in's or better yet mine for boarding. Do they like walks? Let's go!

About: I have experience with house sitting both large and small dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise and care. I also can do plant care as well I currently do doordash and art commissions from home so I have pretty open availability right now! I do have two cats at home so I still need to check in on them as well. I always make sure everything is tidy and that each pet gets equal amount of care. Set daily and weekly routines for them and always check over them to make sure there's nothing abnormal.
About: I have 17 years of experience with handling, caring and medicating our fur babies. I would love to help you. Animals are not just my career, but my passion. I have multiple animals of my own that I care for around the clock, while also working in the veterinary field as my day to day work. I do my best to keep your pets daily routine as close to home as possible. I like to meet my friends ahead of time so they don’t think of me as a stranger.
Perkins cat parents share their Rover experiences
Lisa had great communication and let me know how my cats were doing, one of my kitties wasn’t being super welcoming and she made sure to talk to me about it if it was normal or something to be concerned with, she also provided plenty of pics! Would certainly recommend and will be using her in the future

We’ve had Jessica watch our 2 cats twice now and she’s absolutely wonderful! She gives one of our cats a pill every night, makes sure they have food, water, and lots a cuddles and pets for the time she is there. We love having her watch our cats and would highly recommend. She even helped me out when a package was delivered in our mailbox and pick it up for me! We will definitely be hiring her for future watches. 😊
