“Iomar did a lovely job with our cat!! Everything looks very clean, our cat seemed to like her, will definitely book her again it, if available :-)”

“This was Morgan’s first time taking care of Niki kitty. Niki is not an easy cat to take care of because he goes outside part of the day & sometimes it’s hard to find him. Morgan did a great job handling all the challenges as well as taking care of a few personal things for me while I was out of town. Trustworthy & Conscientious are two words that describe Morgan.”

“I found out that my dog had heart issues less than a week before my vacation so I needed someone to come an extra time. Kylie was able to fit me in at the last minute. Kylie is responsible and really cared about my dog. I would definitely book her again.”
About: As an aspiring vet, it is my duty to ensure the health and welfare of any animal in my care. I make sure to carefully observe and notate any abnormalities while pet sitting to make sure any issues are caught early on Currently working part-time as a veterinary assistant, on my journey to come a veterinarian, pet care is my everyday life and has been for the past 5 years. I have easy access to a large dog park, and open fields so plenty of outside time is used. My home is also very spacious, plenty of roaming around space with a fenced deck for sunbathing as well

“Fantastic sitter! Shes watched my kitty twice and went above and beyond this second visit. My cat had an accident and she cleaned it all and washed the blanket. Spent extra time with her and gave her plenty of attention. Louisa is very communicative when stopping by, keeps you updated on what's going on. Highly recommend!”

“Aaliyah is the best cat sitter I could have asked for. She accepted my last minute request to watch my 2 cats over the weekend with no hesitation and was very communicative with me. One of my cats is very timid so he was hiding a lot and not wanting to eat but she communicated that with me and tried everything to get him to come out and eat and it eventually worked! I believe he wasn't very fond of having a stranger in his home but Aaliyah did not complain once and was still very nice to him which shows how well she works with animals. Besides that she did everything I asked for and was very pleasant to work with. Will definitely have to rebook with her!”

About: I have taken care of just pets (cat, dog, bird, turtle and rabbit) since I was a kid. Even my family and neighbors have requested me as their pet sitter because of how loyal, caring and loving I am to animals. I have a highly flexible schedule that allows me the time to share and willing give taking care of animals! My time is well spent when I get to spend quality time with god's furry creatures. I can make sure to pay close attention to their behavior as well as their surroundings to ensure their safety and well-being. I will also prioritize my time with the animal to make sure they have attention need/wanted.

“Jene’e is THE BEST!! Especially if you have cats. My cats can be very skiddish and she put in extra effort and time to make them feel comfortable around her. She was consistently on time and straightened up things that my cats had moved around without me asking. She also takes so many photos and videos which is very nice. If you are worried about leaving your cats then definitely book with Jene’e :)”

About: I've cared for furry friends since I could walk. My family raised me in an environment where caring for animals was a form of education, and one I'm happy to share every day. I own a business that operates in a seasonal fashion. This affords me the opportunity to be available where most aren't. Whether that be for day visits and walks, or night time check ins. My home is great for dogs. My old boy loves company. He's very gentle. I have access to walking trails as well. I am happy to accommodate for kennel trained or non-kennel trained.
“Madeleine was the best!! Booked last minute after boarding cancelled on me day before leaving on a trip. She was amazing!! From communication to timelines on check-ins, 10/10!! ❤️”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was a child and have always had a genuine love for animals. I have experience caring for pets belonging to family and friends, including feeding, walking, bathing, playing with, and providing everyday care. I’m patient, attentive, and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for while their family is away. I’m flexible and will do my best to work around your pet’s normal routine. I’m available for house sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and other pet-care needs depending on my availability. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s schedule ahead of time, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any other routines they’re used to. I’m responsible, attentive, and will make sure I follow any instructions you leave for me. I’ll take the time to get to know your pet and their routine and treat them with the same care and patience I would want someone to have with my own pets. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and cute pictures so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away.
“Brianna is literally the best! She went above and beyond, leaving thorough notes after each check in. Whenever I need a sitter she will be my first choice! Thank you so much for the incredible attentiveness and love you gave my cats Panda & Simba. I couldn’t recommend you enough!”

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals, having two family dogs of my own, and have watched many family’s dogs. From little dogs to 100lb plus dogs, I’m experienced with everything. I’ve volunteered with animal shelters over the past five years where I’ve gotten lots of experience with walking/handling bigger, stronger digs like Pits and Labs. I’ve also helped care for newborns, given medicine, and washed many dogs. I always take lots of pictures to send back home so pet parents can get their daily dose of their furry babies! My weekends are completely free starting Friday, so I can reliably care for your pet the entire long weekend without having to rush. I am your best bet to watch your fur babies for a long weekend getaway! However, I am in my last year at FSU, which means that my schedule during the week is slightly full, and I am on campus a lot. Monday: 1-6; Tuesday: 9-4; Wednesday 9-2; Thursday: 12-6 I would love to have a conversation to see how we can make a schedule work! When I care for pets in my client’s home, I am always respectful of the space and never create a mess. I make sure to spend quality time with the pet in addition to caring for them. When I dog sit, besides walking and feeding, I make sure to spend time playing and socializing with them. I can crate dogs if requested, and I always double check to make sure the house is secure before I leave.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
