About: I worked at Quincy Animal Hospital for five years. I have extensive experience caring for a variety of pets. I've bottle-fed kittens, the youngest being just two days old. I’ve also cared for senior dogs. I am comfortable administering medications as needed. I have experience managing dogs with a history of seizures and dealing with dogs affected by Cushing’s disease. Additionally, I am quite familiar with handling heartworm-positive dogs and dogs with diabetes. I take pride in communicating openly and clearly with pet owners. About: I have had the privilege of caring for pets since I was 11 years old. I've worked closely with friends, neighbors, and family to care for their pets while they're away. This has involved daily feeding, walking, occasional bathing, the administering of daily medications, and various other responsibilities. I've also had the joy of raising my own pets over the years, including several puppies and kittens. My daily office work hours are 8-4, but my weekend days are free to spend with your pets! I currently have two cats of my own and enjoy taking care of them every day! I make sure they have all the care and entertainment they need to live happy long lives. I also have family pets that I visit often to spend time with. I have previous experience with staying in client's homes to care for their pets. I have done drop-ins to provide care, as well as staying for prolonged periods in homes to provide full time care, with the exception of my weekly work hours.

I have also cared for dogs ranging from micro to small. I have experience with toilet training, grooming, and dog walking. I currently work part time. I have more availability at night and late afternoon. However, I am able to move my schedules around if given enough notice, 1 to 2 weeks in advance. I have a pet gate in my home. I also have a fenced in yard with a doggy door. My pets enjoy coming in and out to enjoy the sun. All of my pets are fed a healthy and weight control diet.

About: I’ve grown up with pets all my life. I’ve taken care of friends and neighbors pets for many years! All types of animals as well. I have taken care of high energy dogs like Huskies, and Belgian Malinois. I also have grown up with dogs that can be aggressive and dogs with anxiety. I can administer medication, take them for long walks and play with them thoroughly. I’m working full time but a flexible schedule. I’m usually working mid day with an hour break. And I can adjust my schedule with notice in advance to work around your pets needs. I will gladly play with your pets in a backyard, take them for long walks, play with them inside etc. My pets are like my kids and I will treat yours as such!

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my whole life! I started watching/walking my neighbors and family dogs when I was 10! In high school I started volunteering for my local shelter and grew a passion for it that I started volunteering at the shelter away at college as well. I love advocating for all types of animals and really enjoy their company! I have experience with a variety of breeds ,sizes, and ages for dogs and am also a a cat lover! About: I absolutely love animals and have been taking care of pets since i was about 10 years old! I have experience with all types of dogs, from seniors to young puppies through working with rescues and I have had over 10 foster dogs who I have helped to find homes. I have also aided in training for rescue dogs of all different backgrounds, including issues with separation, anxiety, crate, potty, and obedience training. Outside of the rescue I also have regular pet sitting clients whose pups I have watched for over 5 years and absolutely love! I also have volunteered with Cats Angels in Fernandina Beach and have experience fostering litters of kittens and stray cats. I am back on Amelia Island for the summer but during the school year I attend Florida State University where I am actively involved in the dog rescue Champ’s Chance and it has taught me so much about working with all types and personalities of pups! I am currently working part time and my only set hours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8am to 12pm, outside of those hours my time is free to be spent with your pets! I am very active and love to go for walks or runs if that is something your pup would like to join me in (usually in the early morning or evenings to avoid that Florida heat!). I have reliable transportation and love to spend time petting, playing, and just lounging around with any animal. I am able to care for pets in their home however needed! I have experience with a variety of medical needs and activity levels, and can do frequent visits, park outings, or stay in your home if that’s what you and your pet are most comfortable with.
