After 7 I will be home for dinner time, play time, and getting ready for bed. I have a spare bedroom dedicated for boarding pets. I have a play pen, and dog crates if needed. I have a fenced in yard. All my furniture in my house is pet friendly. I have dogs and cats that live in my home and are friendly with other dogs and cats. Also a meet and greet beforehand is always a good idea.

About: I have owned or cared for my own dogs my entire life. Having lost my senior 'Stanley' last year I find myself longing for a dog's company and spirit. My own dogs have lived long lives - two for 18 years, one for 17 so I know how to give meds and care for their special needs. Stanley's petsitter recommended I try Rover - so here I am! I can come to your house, or bring your dog here to my 1/2 acre fenced in yard, with a dog door to the house and lots of time to share with your pet. I am retired and in Tallahassee or the vicinity walking or meeting up with friends. I have lots of free time to share with your pet. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in yard and a dog door to the house. I have a pool. I can come to your house if needed, or care for your dog here.
“We felt great leaving Louis with Diana for the first time. She communicated well, was kind, and was agreeable to our needs. She sent us pictures every day and gave us updates. He looked so happy and right at home. We will use her again!”

“Ayana was very communicative and patient with my hyperactive, anxious Pom. She asked questions whenever she needed more information on his needs (a majorly good sign that he was well-cared for), and she sent lots of pictures of him during his stay! When he came home with me, he seemed very happy and calmer than usual. I believe he fully enjoyed his stay, and I would recommend Ayana to anyone looking for the perfect sitter for their babies. ^v^”

“Thanks for watching my little girl, Alicia! I appreciated all of the updates and pictures of Vanya’s stay.. I felt so comfortable knowing that she was is great hands while I was away!”
“Franceska & Daniel were awesome sitters! They were very good at communicating and Chop took a liking to them very quick. I was very happy with knowing Chop always had company and not just in a cage, that left me comfort to continue to book with them especially because they treated chop as if he were their own and was just as happy caring for him.”

“Andrea took such good care of Forrest! She is so sweet and attentive. I especially alpreciated that she kept me updated all weekend with photos and videos. You can tell her love for animals. Will be rebooking!”

Would certainly recommend and will be using her in the future”

She also came by beforehand to meet him and to make sure she understood our instructions, and was generally very accommodating despite our first booking being on relatively short notice. Will definitely be booking again :)”

About: Although my profile is new to Rover, I am well versed in the experience for years. My mother has been a Rover sitter since I was a child and I have much experience with her going to help at clients houses. I have experience with dogs of all ages from birth to end of life, as well as cats. I am an avid animal lover and owner of exotic pets as well. I grew up on a homestead and have experience with many types of pets including livestock! Dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rodents, birds, insects and invertebrates, I have experience with them all. I grew up with 10 dogs! My schedule is very open. I am currently post bachelors taking a break from school, as well as pursuing my degrees in Art and Anthropology. I have flexibility in my schedule to meet your needs, and I love to have detailed communication to make sure that we are always on the same page. As a sitter I am prepared to follow your pet's schedule and specific needs to keep them as comfortable and happy as possible while you are away. I would want to meet you and your pets beforehand to make sure I have a clear grasp on their schedule and needs and follow them precisely. I am very detailed when it comes to directions for my own pets so I am prepared to give your babies the same care I want for mine. I have so much in depth experience with dogs growing up on a homestead, and many of those experiences involved emergencies. I know what signs to look for to make sure your dog is safe and healthy, and will always err on the side of complete caution. I have a strong respect for safety and health and want your dog to not only be taken care of but observed in depth to make sure they are getting everything they need from me. I hope to leave every client better connected with their dogs.

“Bailey was fantastic in taking care of our two cats over the holidays! She checked in on them every two days to fill their food/water, clean their litter, and play with them. She was also incredibly communicative and flexible to meet all of our needs. The cats were also very happy, and we would highly recommend her!”

“This was our first time using Rover and I’m very impressed. Andrew was wonderful. Provided great daily updates on his visits. Cute photos letting us know our young cat Ollie was doing fine. We felt this was so much better than boarding him. We will definitely be using Rover again and hope Andrew is available!”

“Alexandra is very kind and professional. She's perfect for our cat, which unfortunately wasn't always the case with other pet sitters. We've hired her three times already. She handles our cat wonderfully and makes adorable videos while talking to him. We highly recommend Alexandra!”

“Reymun was great! He was there for us when we had a last minute request and was so quick to communicate. He sent us updates during the day and some cute pictures of peaches spending time outside. We won’t hesistate to reach out to Reymun again or recommend him to others!”

“Aylee was absolutely wonderful with Peaches! She accommodated us on very short notice, which we really appreciated, and she was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the entire stay. We felt confident right away that Peaches was in great hands. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was being so well cared for. We would recommend Aylee to anyone and are already looking forward to bringing Peaches back in the future!”

“I took my dog to Stacy for daycare and he had so much fun playing all day with the dogs there. He came home very happy and sleepy. From the videos she sent me during the day, you could tell how much she loved having him there, and how much he loved her as well. When I dropped him off, I saw she had many dogs of her own, including adorable puppies, and a few that she was watching. This is a great place to take your dog if they love socializing. I will be rebooking again and again for daycare and overnights.”

“Ainla stepped in on such short notice to watch our puppy so we could spend time with family. She was so communicative and sent many photos/videos to keep us updated. Amazing person to watch your dog.”

About: My friends and family have regularly trusted me to care for their pets for the past 4-5 years, and I treat every dog as if they are my own. A couple years ago, I used to volunteer with dogs and cats with cerebellar hypoplasia. I’m very committed to providing safe, loving, and reliable care for your pet! I am currently off from school for the whole summer, so I have open availability most of the time! The only time I am not available is for a couple trips I am going on. Also, I do not have another job at the moment, so I can dedicate my full attention to the pets in my care. I am flexible, dependable, and happy to work with your schedule to make sure your pet gets the care and attention they deserve! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priorities! I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with plenty of safe walking areas and green space nearby for regular walks, exercise, and potty breaks. Since I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised on a leash to ensure your pet is always safe. I carefully follow any instructions provided for feeding schedules, crate use, medications, or anything else. I also fully respect their routine as much as possible so they feel comfortable and stress-free! From my experience volunteering with disabled dogs and cats, I am patient, attentive, and mindful of each animal’s individual needs. I can also provide updates and photos regularly so parents feel comfortable while they are away.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, and dogs have always been a big part of my life. I currently have a one-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer of my own, so I’m very familiar with providing plenty of exercise, attention, and consistent care to keep active dogs happy and healthy. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, exploring new scents, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. My goal is to treat every pet like my own and provide you with peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide regular walks, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels, and I’m committed to learning each pet’s unique routine and needs. I provide my own dog with a safe, clean, and loving environment. I prioritize daily exercise, enrichment, supervision, and keeping a consistent routine. I’ll provide the same attentive care and attention to every pet I take care of!
“We are so grateful and lucky to have found Colin and Yolmary. It can be so difficult to find people you trust with your loved ones; we feel completely confident leaving Peaches in their care. Peaches can be very nervous and anxious about doggy day care, but she is so clearly excited to go to their house every day and spend time with Kiki and Yolmary! She’s very expressive when she’s uncomfortable, so the fact that she happily walks right up to their house and is excited to be there says everything we need to know. They send lots of pictures and updates throughout the day, which we love. Peaches also gets plenty of walks and chances to exploe. I’ts obvious she’s safe and happy. We hope to be with Colin and Yolmary for a long time and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for loving and trustworthy care.”

About: I've cared for furry friends since I could walk. My family raised me in an environment where caring for animals was a form of education, and one I'm happy to share every day. I own a business that operates in a seasonal fashion. This affords me the opportunity to be available where most aren't. Whether that be for day visits and walks, or night time check ins. My home is great for dogs. My old boy loves company. He's very gentle. I have access to walking trails as well. I am happy to accommodate for kennel trained or non-kennel trained.
About: I grew up around animals of all kinds — dogs, cats, cows, pigs, and more — so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. I currently have two spoiled pups of my own, Milly and RJ, and I treat every pet in my care like family. One thing that sets me apart is that I’m a teacher, so during school breaks and summers I’m home throughout the day and able to provide plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. We also have a fenced-in yard where dogs can safely run and play. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I pride myself on being dependable, patient, attentive, and communicative so you can feel comfortable while you’re away. 🐾 Since it’s summer break, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! We usually start the mornings slowly outside before it gets too warm, giving the dogs time to play, explore, and enjoy some fresh air. After breakfast, we spend time relaxing inside where the pups can nap, play, or follow me around while I read or get things done around the house. In the evenings, we head back outside for more playtime, walks, fetch, or whatever activities your dog enjoys most. I’m home throughout the day, so potty breaks, attention, and supervision are never a problem — your pet will get plenty of love and care all day long! 🐾 I will care for your pet like they’re one of my own! 🐾 I know how important routines and comfort are for animals, so I do my best to stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest. Pets in my home will receive lots of attention, love, supervision, and cuddles throughout the day. We have a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play, and pets are welcome to relax inside with me just like family. Treats are always given with owner permission, and I’m happy to accommodate any specific instructions or preferences to help your pet feel comfortable and happy while you’re away.

About: (my prices listed are negotiable, every situation is different, so please still feel free to message me, and we can work something out)I LOVE Animals, I'm an Animal Activist, I'm a Vegetarian, I'm always the girl who pulls over to chase a loose dog, let them stay with me until I find their owner, I keep cat food in my car to feed stray cats..animals are just my life. Aside from my 10 month old angel. I'm married and have 2 cats, but they won't be a problem, there's plenty of space for them to be in, when I have your pets over. I'm very trustworthy, I have a clean background, I have a valid Driver's License and car. I am doing this, because I could really use the extra money. And this is perfect for me, animals are my passion. I'd love to watch your babies, while you're at work, so they don't have to be home alone all day. Although any service works for me. Thanks! ʘ‿ʘ I'm a stay at home Momma, so I could definitely be flexible to take care of your Angels. I can make a lot of situations work. No smoke in our house, 2 sweet cats, my 10 month old baby is perfect, my Husband works a lot, so I'd just be taking care of a bunch of Angels all day, and that's what I'm great at.

“Judith was wonderful. We needed a last minute dog sitter and Judith responded quickly. She welcomed Dakota into her home and treated her like her own. We definitely will book again…. Thanks Judith for loving our baby…”

“Diana put all my worries to rest. She took amazing care of my senior dog! Paris came back super relaxed. Diana provided updates and I could tell she was taking good care of my Paris :) Would 100% recommend and will definitely contact her again.”

About: I have been dog sitting for friends and neighbors since the day I got my drivers license! We recently moved to Tallahassee, and after dog sitting for a mutual friend, I realized this is something I really enjoy — and my dog does too! While we’re not in a position to get her a sibling, I know she’d love the company of other dogs. We have a large fenced in back yard and a large crate (to be used only if that is your preference). I’ll brag that my dog is great with other dogs — she senses what they need, and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body. What a great opportunity to know your dog is having as much fun as you are while you’re away! As someone who works from home, I generally let my dog out in the morning before starting work. I can easily let the dog(s) out as often as possible during the day. I can take breaks to play, but generally save any structured activity for after work. In the evenings we love to take walks around the neighborhood or through a local park. With more time on the weekends, we enjoy driving to explore longer walks and greenways. Although I have obligations out of the house, the longest I’m away from home any given day is usually no longer than 4 hours total. I have a large fenced in yard and a very friendly dog who loves to play, but also understands boundaries. Although we don’t use the crate for our dog anymore, we still have a large crate that can be used if that is your preference. We have a one story house but do have stairs up to the house and into the yard.

About: I have lived with dogs for 6 years. However, I have been around dogs and provided friends with walks, check-ins, and cuddle/play time for over 10 years. I have walked all sorts of dogs from large to small. I believe in letting them lead pace when it comes to introductions and follow all instructions to the letter. I believe in open communication and love to send pet parents photos of their kids on walks, during play, and lounging around. I have a rather flexible schedule, especially over the weekends and Tuesdays and Thursdays. My goal is to be available for all parents and dogs alike for whatever needs are possible. I like to keep the dogs I have lived with on a routine schedule to avoid stress or separation anxiety. If there is a pet mess I have no problem cleaning up and reaching out in a quick, efficient matter to parents. I measure out food and am good at maintaining a dogs diet and I believe whenever a dog wants belly rubs or play they should be accommodated. I am also experienced with going slow in the acclimation process and do not want to overwhelm of get in their face. I will never put a dog at risk of dangerous encounters.
“Colette is wonderful with my sweet 17-year-old Yorkie, Bentley. He adores spending time with her—whether he’s boarding at her place or enjoying one of their walks together. She’s truly a lifesaver, and I’m so grateful for the love and care she gives him.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for family for years now and figured it’s time to branch out the business. I live alone, have a large back yard and a nice park nearby my house. I would pet sit at times when I am available to and take on pets in a manner that makes logistical sense for me and my schedule. I check on them and look for any signs of obvious discomfort or distress. Make sure they have time to use the bathroom/clean litter box and water. Most animals will try and communicate to you what they need, so it’s good to follow the routines they have at home and interpret what they need and at what time.
About: Reliable, experienced pet sitter with a soft spot for senior animals and those with medical needs. I offer feeding, overnight stays, medication administration, and light housekeeping so you can actually relax while you're away. I know how important routine is—especially for pets who thrive on structure and familiarity. Whether your pet needs a special diet, meds, or just someone to hang out with, I’m all about providing low-stress, loving care that keeps them comfortable and cared for. I am self-employed and set my own hours, so I am willing and able to be available for check-ins, house stays, and any other pet care needs at any time. I am very flexible, so whether it's planned a week ahead or suggested on the day, I am more likely than not able to accommodate. If anything comes up, I will update ASAP! I care for pets in their own home to help maintain their routine and comfort. I’m respectful of your space and aim to keep things clean, quiet, and calm. For overnight stays, I also include light housekeeping so you return to a tidy home. Whether it’s feeding, medication, or just keeping your pet company, I focus on safety, trust, and providing low-stress, consistent care while you’re away.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and was always an active participant in caring for them. I started pet sitting for dogs and cats in middle school. Honestly, I just miss having pets around and would love to care for your baby. My job is hybrid so I can work remote and take breaks as needed. I am a homebody so even when I go into the office I am usually home by 5:30 at the latest and around for the whole evening. I prioritize a safe, calm, and clean environment at all times. In both my home and a client’s home, I follow each pet’s routines, diet, and care instructions closely. I live in an apartment, but I enjoy taking walks around the complex and the neighborhood so pets still get plenty of exercise and fresh air. My parents’ dog is allergic to chicken, so I’m very aware of how important it is to stick to specific diets and how serious the consequences can be if instructions aren’t followed. I’m great at following directions while also making sure pets have a fun, enriching, and comfortable experience.

About: I’ve dog and cat sit for years back home in Pensacola. I love animals so so much that I almost decided to major in veterinary studies. I take special care of each animal I am trusted with and love getting to know them and their specific needs! I’m current doing online classes at FSU, so I have a very flexible schedule! I can push my class work to fit around your schedule! I will only take your dog into areas where you are comfortable them being taken. If that is around the neighborhood or a dog park that is up to you!!!
About: I have had dogs surrounding me since I was born and have always had such a deep love for all kinds of animals. There has not been a day of my life where I haven’t been around an animals. Within the past few months I started housesitting and caring for some of my neighbors pets and have loved it! I have a pretty open schedule that allows for a lot of flexibility. I can tune my schedule for almost anything a pet owner needs. I have lived around a large variety dogs: from a small Shih Tzu to an 80-pound Rottweiler and have loved all of them. I can easily identify and adjust my actions to whatever the animal may need. Being around animals has always completed my life so I make sure I can do everything in my power to complete theirs.
About: I have had 3 rescue dogs since the age of 5! Two of my rescue dogs were adopted as puppies and I got to take care of them of them until they were seniors. I have experience with seniors dogs, scared dogs, or dogs that need a little more patience in general. I have pet-sat for friends, family, and others and have provided boarding, walks, love, and belly rubs! I’m an outdoorsy person so if you have a dog that loves playing outside, send them my way! I love going to parks and running around. If that’s not your dog’s vibe, then that’s okay! We can do slow walks (I get it, I also have bad knees). I’m available all week and any time. I just ask that I get notified at least a day ahead of time for anything. I’m not working, so I have plenty of time to play and dedicate to your furry friends 🤗 I live next to many parks and I have a big fenced yard so there is plenty of space to run and play! I don’t have any pets at home, so if you have a dog that doesn’t do well with other pets, then this is the place for them 😊 dogs are allowed on the sofa, but not the bed.
“Stefani can by for a meet&greet walk with my girls before I schedule a visit while I have to be out of town. Feeling good about leaving my girls in her hands for visits and walks.”

“Bella was a great communicator my dogs clearly loved her. She took pictures of them after their walks and I knew they were in good care. If she can walk two big dogs she can walk any of your dogs 1000%.”

“Jordyn took great care of my girl, who was super anxious to spend the night without mommy. Jordyn spent extra time to comfort her which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Sarah is amazing! She has taken Kaiser in twice now while we’ve been out of town and he has such a good time and well taken cared of. She consistently provides updates and pictures which is really nice too. I would highly recommend Sarah for watching your pup!”

“Reymun was fantastic. He was diligent about sending updates and had a pleasant and calm demeanor that took the stress out of a last-minute booking. I really appreciated that he was very understanding of Calliope's needs and wanted to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend his services.”

“They are amazing. Kendall and Matthew were flexible with my drop off/pick up times. Took wonderful care of my very active lab. She came home worn out! I was updated through the weekend with videos and pictures. 5 out of 5 stars!”

“Richard was excellent! I'm so happy that he was available since our regular boarder was booked for the holiday. Richard kept us informed and sent videos! I would highly recommend!”

About: I am a vet tech with 10 years of experience in the field. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life. I pet sit for friends and family and am happy to share my services with those in need. I love dogs and cats to my core. I work full time at a specialty vet clinic in town. I have Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off to spend time socializing with your pets. From 7-8:30 am on a typical work day will be spent getting pets ready for the day. Feeding breakfast, morning meditations if needed, play time in the fenced yard. Then from 12-1 will be when they are let out again during my lunch break. From 3-7 someone that lives in the house is home to check on the needs of the pets in the house.
“Nilanie did a great job watching our dog, Lola, while we were out of town for a few days. She sent adorable photos everyday of our pup and provided consistent updates on how she was adjusting. Definitely recommend!”

“This was a last minute booking; Colette was very accommodating. She sent daily photos of Reggie; he likes posing for the camera. Reggie had a great time and we’re looking forward to doing it again.”

“This is the 3rd time we left Sonny with Ainla (overnight) He’s very comfortable with her and she knows his personality and takes care of him soo well. Highly recommend!”

“Anna was the absolute best!! She gave us daily updates including pictures that really helped keep our minds at ease while away. She took incredible care of both our cat and dog and they both loved Anna!! We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

About: I am a CPDT I’m trained in understanding dog body language and know what your dogs need I monitor your dogs all day. I train puppies and will accommodate to your training requests. I also teach agility classes and tricks classes. I have a really nice dog of my own that loves to do agility as well. You can talk to me about what tricks and agility you would like your dogs to know, if this is something that you would like. Your dogs will have a nice playmate as well but I also understand if they need to play by themselves. I am also able to administer meds if needed. Your pups are in great hands and will not be bored at all. I work from home and will have time to train and play with your dogs. I will also be able to bath your pups if wanted or needed but only for dogs that like being bathed I have a fenced in yard that is big and has a separate agility area to train in. They will have rest times and ac or heating depending on the weather. They will also have water at all times I also have a really friendly dog that is trained to do Service dog work and he is super friendly to all dogs and he is a big boy but friendly.
About: I’m a dedicated sitter with a lifelong passion for animals. I’ve worked in multiple animal hospitals, so I’m well-versed in administering medications. But what truly sets me apart is my belief in personalized, loving care. I offer a cozy alternative to boarding facilities—whether your pet loves active play or a peaceful, relaxing stay, I tailor each day to them. I live very close to campus, so it’s easy for me to care for your pets. They’ll never be alone for too long. My class schedule is pretty open right now, which means I have ample time to spend with them. They’re part of my daily routine, and since I take a walk every morning, they’ll join in on that too! Plus, I don’t have another job—just Rover and classes. Dogs will be indoors most of the time, but if I’m caring for multiple pets, they’ll never be together unsupervised. Let me know if your dog isn’t good with other dogs—we can arrange private boarding where your pet is the only one. If they enjoy a buddy, I’m happy to accommodate. I love taking them to dog parks, but if they need solo time, we’ll choose a private park where they can safely run.
“Was our first time away from our dog and I must say I felt at ease leaving him in her care and while I was away. She kept me updated on how he was doing. If you book with Mrs. Angela your fur baby will be well taken care of. I will definitely be booking with her again.”
