“Big thanks to Dale for walking our senior dog on short notice! Great communication from start to finish — we knew our dog was in excellent hands and we would definitely book with Dale again!”

“Hailey has been amazing! I have a senior with arthritis and she has taken care of Coco for me when I’m out of town (feeding, medication, walks) and she’s always sure to send a message and a picture after her visits! Highly recommend”

About: I offer more than just walks and sits—I provide tailored care for puppies, adult dogs, and seniors. I'm experienced in administering medications and ensuring your pet's specific needs are met with personalized attention at every age! Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because of my block schedule at the nursing home. Working back-to-back shifts gives me extended free time, which I'm excited to fill with caring for pets. I'm available for longer periods, whether it's daily walks, overnight stays, or just playtime. This schedule allows me to provide consistent and dedicated care, ensuring your pet gets the attention they deserve! Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, my approach is centered on creating a safe and fun environment. At my place, I have a secure, fenced-in area where dogs can play freely. In either location, I follow your pet's routine, from feeding times to favorite games, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved.
About: I am willing to go the extra mile to ensure your dog gets the attention and care they need. This includes extended stays, irregular schedules, and difficult dogs. I think every dog deserves it's day, and with my single-household care your dog family will be in the right hands. I am currently establishing a more regular clientele in addition to Rover clients, and as of now is my sole focus between at-home visits/walks and boarding. My home is small enough to manage 1-2 dogs at any given time, and locked to a single client at a time, so possible conflicts with other dogs is at a minimum. My outdoors features a great neighborhood to walk in and ample space in the backyard for leashed outings.
About: I’ve taken care of my own pets since I was kid, rescued multiple cats, and have lots of experience working with both playful and shy animals. In my current position I mostly work nights as a bartender, and have availability during the day throughout the week as well as the weekend I have a fenced in yard, two loving cats, and plenty of energy to keep your pets busy and entertained. I currently cat and dog sit regularly for friends.
“Riley and Victoria did an amazing job taking care of my fur baby while I was away. They communicated thoroughly and were flexible if I needed any modification to the plan. I will def use them again.”

About: I am a young dog lover, they are basically my passion for that I have been volunteering at MACC for several months now, because I love being surrounded by dogs, for me they are the most amazing being on earth and just like I take care of my dog with so much love, I will take care of your pet. At the moment I am frelancer and I manage my own time, if I have time in my agenda to be able to dedicate love to the most incredible beings on earth. I am a fan of dogs and I spend my time studying about them, so I always try to find information to improve their quality of life, always clean water, clean clothes, a safe place to be and the comforts it can offer.
About: Since moving to Nashville, I’ve been a regular house and dog sitter for an American Bulldog in Midtown, two English Labs in Green Hills, and a Bernese Mountain Dog in Germantown. These dogs have ranged from one to seven years old. I also grew up with English springer spaniels and Golden retrievers. Animals are a big passion of mine, and I’d love the opportunity to care for your fur babies whenever you need a reliable sitter. I work at a restaurant at lunchtime during the week. And I write songs. I’ve got tons of time to hang with your fur baby! I have a one bedroom townhouse in East Nashville. It is partially fenced in, on one acre. Lots of room for me to take them on walks. Tons of neighborhoods and sidewalks.
About: I have lived with several dogs and been a dog sitter to many more. I enjoy the energy presented by younger pups as well as the wisdom and patience I learn from older dogs. I am a musician with flexible availability. I am able to stay over as needed and also able to stop by multiple times a day depending on your pets' needs. I offer regular walks, play sessions, feeding, and can stay with your dogs or visit them as needed. Due to my dog's needs, I am not able to house dogs currently.
About: I treat every pet as if they were my own, and I take the time to understand their personality, needs, and comfort levels. I have experience caring for energetic puppies, shy or nervous dogs, and senior pets who may need a little extra help. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, understood, and loved while you’re away. I build pet care into my weekly rhythm, making sure I have plenty of time for meaningful visits, playtime, and communication with owners. I’m available Monday through Saturday, but Sundays are my dedicated day off, so I’m not available for bookings then. In your home, I make sure your dog feels comfortable, understood, and loved. I follow their usual schedule—feeding, walks, potty breaks, and any special care they need. I’m happy to play, cuddle, or just hang out with them depending on their personality. My goal is to keep their days as happy and relaxed as possible while you’re away.
“Torey was fantastic! My wife and I were very anxious to leave our dog home for a two-week trip he couldn't join, but Torey put us right at ease with two meet-and-greets and plenty of updates and pictures. She was also very reachable through the app, which helped us feel comfortable being away. And she even watered our plants for us! Our dog and home were in great condition when we got back, and we're so grateful to Torey for making this as easy as possible for us. We definitely recommend her and will be reaching out next time we need a Rover!”

About: I love dogs and the outdoors! Depending on your dog's level of activity we can go to the park, run through the woods, or just cuddle on the couch. I'm open for house sitting, walks, extended stays at my place, or daily check-ins. My backyard is large and fenced in so your pup will be safe and secure. I'm a full-time pet caregiver with two roommates who work from home, so your pet will always have someone to hang out with! I also drive a mini-van with plenty of room to let your dog ride comfortably. I've had dogs all my life and had experience as a pet sitter since I was a teenager. I've seen all kinds of puppy personalities and I love them all. Can't wait to meet yours! My days start and end with the pets. I walk dogs around East Nashville in addition to caring for the ones I board, so I’m usually walking dogs from 10am - 2pm. If the dogs I’m boarding require multiple walks then I’ll walk them in the evenings or at the owner’s requested time. I have a fenced in yard where I take the dogs out to go to the bathroom, and I never leave the dogs outside unattended.
“Ali was wonderful. She asked whether I wanted to do a meet and greet with the pups ahead of time, since I was going to be away for most of the time she was walking them. She also kindly helped clean one of my pups up when he had some digestive issues. She was kind, reliable and my pups were better off with her caring for them while I was away.”

“We loved working with Sara! She was a great fit for our energetic goldendoodle and sent us updates and pictures every day! We will definitely ask for her help again next time Leo needs some extra walkies!”

Pennington Bend dog parents share their Rover experiences
Scout is awesome! Lives close to me which is helpful, was willing to take their time with me when we had our first meet up. Is great with our boyo and he warmed up to them so fast which is hit or miss for him. Great communication and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Scout for sitting or walking needs!

Keegan is exceptionally gifted with animals. She bonded immediately with our Sheltie Dani, whom she walked all summer. In fact he looked for her first thing when he got out of his crate. Having grown up on a ranch, she has a wealth of information about animals. This proved extremely helpful because at just over a year old, Dani is still a puppy. She conscientiously told us anything unusual that he did, e.g. yesterday he surreptitiously ate a small rock, typical puppy behavior. She came back everyday with stories of Dani’s antics (he loves to chase dragon flies!), showing how she lets animals into her heart. Keegan is extraordinary. We hate to see her go back to college in OK. We and Dani look forward to more walks when she comes home from school at the holidays!

sarah is so accommodating! I asked her to come meet the pups prior to her walking them and she did so without hassle. the night she walked the pups was smooth! she is attentive, loving and made sure to hit all my points before leaving the house. this app is hard to come by great reliable sitters / walkers. so i’m thankfully I can use sarah now and in the future.
