“Jacquelyn was so sweet and took such good care of my dog. She was so good at communicating with me and making sure everything was taken care of :)”

“Bonnie was amazing from the start. She met us last minute before watching Rocky, had great communication throughout trip, and took care of Rocky in a snow storm. Took it upon herself to pick him up from our apartment and house him at her home. Highly recommend Bonnie to anyone looking for a sitter.”

“Dana has been with our very big dogs a few times now and is so great with them! She went the extra mile and cleaned up and unexpected yucky mess from our biggest boy. She is so reliable and takes pictures that let you know how happy your animals are. We highly recommend Dana and she’ll make remain our first ask when we go out of town in the future.”

“I cannot thank Bryanna enough for coming to help with our pup Ammo (bull terrier). Sometimes it can be tricky for us to find someone who can handle him because of how strong and energetic he can be, but she seemed to care for him with ease and he loved her !! This was a last minute appointment, but she contacted me very promptly to come to my rescue. Bryanna is very professional, kind, and was on time to every appointment. I do not have not one complaint. She is the best, and is number one on my list for any future needs with our pets.”

“Can not recommend him enough! Best pet sitter we have ever had!! :):) My 16 old dog ALWAYS bites the fur off her bottom when we leave. (Abandonment Issues) When we came back, no fur was missing, which she means she felt safe and loved with Micah! His communication was so good and he always took and pic or video to show how fun our dog was having! DEF will be rehiring him again:):)”

“Claire was amazing with Mishka on our long trip away. Her sweet recaps were so comforting and I know she got a lot of love from her while we were gone!”

“Sarah has been an incredible carer for our two cats. She spends quality time with my aging darling cat, Sophie, and meets our sometimes hiding, sometimes curious, sometimes frisky cat, George, wherever he is that day. She has great communication. We trust that our animals are in great hands when we’re away.”

“Thank you Aria”

“Matthew is awesome! He took great care of my cat and sent lots of pics and updates. He was very flexible and able to help out even though I was booking last minute. Huge relief to know Gatito was in good hands!”

“Patrick and Beatriz need to be your go to guys, hands down. These two made my worries disappear during my trip to CO. Not only are they extremely professional and cordial, they treat my dog Blue as one of their own. Even taking her on car rides to starbucks for Pup-Cups! They’re timely, update regularly, and thorough.”

“Keisha was super responsive and very thorough! She did everything I asked and more! I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again in the future!”

About: Hi there! I'm Thalia, I'm a stay at home mom with lots of love to give your pup. I grew up with dogs and have spent a lot of time sitting for friends dogs over the years while they're out of town. I have a 1.5 year old Havanese named Bonnie, she weighs about 6 pounds and is a ball of energy! She gets along super well with other dogs, part of the reason I'm becoming a sitter on Rover is to give her some temporary playmates. My home in East Nashville is on a quiet street with a large, fenced in back yard for the dogs to run around in. Because I am home during the day I'm able to give frequent potty breaks, lots of attention, and ample play time! I currently work from home, so I have lots of free time during the day to hang with your pups! My daughter loves animals and is a fantastic little helper. I have a fully fenced in yard (over a quarter acre) with ample room for the pups to run & play. Our home is located on quiet street in East Nashville with lots of other families & doggies around!

About: I grew up on a ranch and have experience caring for at least 7 different species! (Dogs and cats included of course!) Your Rowdy pet won’t scare me away! I am currently a college student taking a summer break, so my schedule is very flexible. I would love to swing by and help with your pet! Although I don’t offer keeping your fur baby at my house, I will gladly follow any instructions you have for your pet! Everyone has different needs and that does not go unnoticed. I walk, snuggle, feed, ect. I also like to send updates on how your pet is doing! I value keeping you in the loop!

About: I’ve pet sat for over 5 years now. I’ve been trusted to watch dogs, cats, and more. I’m clean, punctual, and love playing with dogs! I work part time and am available to fit whatever your pet needs into my calendar. New to Nashville and available on weekdays and weekends I’ve pet sat for dozens of owners who have different routines with their pals. I enjoy taking them for walks, playing in or out of the house, and feeding them on a set schedule. I don’t invite people over so it will just be myself. Feel free to have a pet cam for safety

“Amanda has been great with our cat Max. Her usually hides but she takes the time to try and find him. We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda 😊”

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have never not had a furry friend around. I love spoiling not only mine, but others animals as well. My job is very demanding and I understand the stress of trying to find someone to care for my pet when I can’t. That’s why on my days off I want to give back and help others in that same situation. I’m working as an ER Nurse right now so my schedule varies by the week, but when I am off I am more than happy to walk your pet, check in on them and give them all the attention! I am respectful of your space and your pets.I am not able to watch dogs at my property now, but I am more than happy to check in on yours or stay with your pet when needed.

About: Rover wants me to highlight what makes me 'uniquely qualified' to look after your pup. Well, my dog, Banksy and I have been through it all! He is a wild child. He ate a broken Heineken bottle off the streets of NYC when he was 16 weeks, he chewed through drywall in six different areas of my apartment, has eaten countless glass Christmas baubles (top tip: always keep a can of pumpkin in your cupboard!), he ate a mushroom or something from the park once and went totally blind for 24 hours, and just the other day, he tried jumping into the brook at our house the night after that major storm we had, which would have 100% swept him downstream never to be seen again. Banks is dumb and does dumb stuff all the time, but he is cute and obedient - I'll take it! I trained him from when he was 8 weeks old and I am proud of the numbers of compliments I receive on his obedience. He will literally stop chasing a rabbit or drop a piece of chicken if I tell him to (actually!). I have had my Banks, a 65 lb Labradoodle, for coming up to 8 years. He was diagnosed with heart disease 2 years ago. Walking him and playing fetch (which he LOVES) in the summer is a little challenging as I have to pace him and stop him from wearing himself out. The first summer with that involved a couple of calls to my wife to pick us up, so there's a learning curve! He's otherwise healthy though. We walk for 45 minutes every morning at 5:30 and sometimes he gets a little run in to chase the squirrels that he will never catch, but I don't have the hear to tell him. Banks is basically Tommy Boy and is friendly with all people and dogs. His favorite game is 'come and get my stick', where he will entire other dogs to... you get it! I grew up in rural England with big St. Bernard's (largest was 200 lbs+) and Dalmatians, mid-sized mutts, and little Shih-Tzus and Yorkies. So big dogs, small dogs, slobbery dogs, energy that would shame the Energizer Bunny dogs, barky dogs, shy dogs, shaking-like-a-leaf dogs, dogs that eat everything, dogs that won't eat anything other than foie gras... I have dealt with them all (except the foie gras thing). Sooo... that's me and my dog experience. :-) I just started working for myself which means I am as poor as Oliver Twist but my schedule is very flexible! I have a 1 year old daughter and must tend to her some evenings when my wife isn't around (she travels for work 2 days every other week), but other than that, I am pretty available. This is your dog, your pride and joy, and whatever instructions you have for me, I will adhere to. If I can't, I'll tell you. I always carry bags. I don't hit a dog for poor behavior. Oh, and when Banks was a pup and I used Rover for dog sitting, one Japanese dog sitter taught him how to roll over in Japanese. Super helpful! I won't do that.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and fish, I’ve been around horses and other animals as well, so I’m very comfortable around any kind of pet you may have. I unfortunately am highly allergic to cats so I cannot be around them. I work from late afternoon into the evenings, so I’m available in the morning and early afternoon to spend quality time with your animals - looking forward to working with you. I have a fenced in yard with a friendly and outgoing golden retriever named Aspen. We also have a doggie pool when it gets hot. I can also crate your fur baby, if needed.
