About: Experience with dog boarding in a vet clinic setting with pets of different species, sizes and temperaments. I’m familiar with feeding schedules, dietary restrictions, monitored bathroom breaks, and behavior. Along with vet experience, I have experience fostering both cats and dogs, which helped me become patient, attentive, and experienced with pets of different personalities and needs. Im available weekdays from 8-2 with current availability for walks and drop ins. My daytime schedule allows me to provide your pets with lots of walks, attention and of course.. plenty of playtime! With pets of my own and experience in a vet clinic, I’m familiar with handling the special needs of each and every pet and their unique needs. I want them to feel safe, loved and comfortable while in my care. I carefully follow special requests, routines and provide regular updates and photos with the owner.
About: My dog, Jughead, is a 15 year old, 75lb Mountain Cur. He is a senior dog with arthritis in his hips, and takes medication every morning and evening for his pain. I have experience and am comfortable giving dogs pills. I am available early in the morning and late at night for dogs on specific potty/walk schedules. Taking care of multiple dogs at a time is not a problem. I care about dogs and I want what’s best for them. I know how much a dog needs structure and how not being cared for on a schedule they understand can cause distress. My main goal for this job is to care for dogs that need it, whenever they need it. For this reason, I’ll do whatever I can to make your dog comfortable and keep them happy. I work from home with minimal meetings/scheduled activities, so I can pop in to take care of your pets pretty much any time! If your dog needs to be let out at lunchtime, or takes her meds at 11 pm, that's no problem for me. As a senior dog owner, I am very cognizant of how much energy dogs have, and what kind of mischief they can get up to if they don't get enough exercise. Your dogs will love taking long, exploring walks around the neighborhood with me.
About: Hi I’m Josie! I have grown up with dogs to love and take care of as well as spent time volunteering in shelters working with dogs from super energetic to very timid. I currently volunteer to take shelter dogs out for the day to walk and socialize! My experience includes bathing, feeding, cleaning up, and walking dogs who are leash aggressive to the sniffer that stops every minute! I am able to administer oral medication and am very attentive to your dogs needs. I am here to love on your pup and support them in any way! I love to play and cuddle if that’s what your dog wants or let them do their own thing and give them space :) I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time during the day to check in or walk your dog! I’m available on MWF between 10-4 most days and TTR between 12-5! After having many escape artists of my own, I am well aware of how to keep a dog safe within a fenced in yard or out on a walk. I do my best to make sure dogs feel safe comfortable no matter if they are walking, sitting, playing, etc!

“Morgan handled our pug with so much care! Our pug was experiencing stomach issues and she helped clean up his accident and took initiative quickly to communicate and care for him. I highly recommend her if you need someone caring and responsible. She is the best!”

“All hero’s don’t wear capes, thank you Jackson. I needed a walker last minute for Mission, he promptly replied, walked my dog in the down pouring rain! My Mission absolutely love and appreciated his care.”

“Helen is truly amazing. She took such good care of miller- even my neighbors commented to me about it in passing. Always communicates upfront if she needs a schedule change and is so friendly. Couldn’t recommend her enough.”

About: I’ve grown up my whole life with at least 4 animals around. Both dogs and cats and I loved it and trained most of them. Animals give me joy so it’s not difficult for me to care for them well! I am newly married and a flight instructor! I have every other weekend free and my schedule overall is very flexible right now with a lot of open time. My husband and I are not in the situation to be able to care for a pet of our own right now, which is why I’d love to take care of your pet(s) and love on them during the time I have free.
About: With two veterinarian parents, I grew up surrounded by animals - having dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and age. I was also a 10-year 4H member where I participated in dog obedience and agility for all of those years with my loving pug, Lilly. Having pet sit for friends, family, and neighbors, I am attentive, responsible, and overall just love caring for animals. I moved to Nashville last year for my adventure post-grad! I work full time during the week, so I'm mostly available on the weekends. However, I may have some flexibility for evening visits throughout the weekdays to visit or walk your pets! Please feel free to reach out to check availability. Safety and trust are my top priorities! I know how important it is for pets to feel secure and loved, especially when their owners are away. I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality to create a calm and comfortable environment.
About: Your pets are your family, and it's my job to keep them safe, happy, and healthy while you're away! And I'm very comfortable with pets of all types and sizes. I offer drop-in visits, walks, and overnight stays. Contact me if you're interested in my services! Thanks, and have a great day! :) I currently have open availability so I can make sure your pets get to keep up their regular schedule while you're away. Let me know your needs and I'll do my best to make it work! I will follow all instructions given exactly and precisely to ensure the very best care for your pets. And I will always provide regular updates and photos for your peace of mind! :)
About: I grew up with a dog my whole childhood and in my teenage years, started living on a farm with horses and cows. I always envisioned being a veterinarian when I was little because I loved animals so much and always had an instant connection with every animal I've encountered. Many family members, friends, and friends of my family members have relied on and trusted me to watch their animals throughout the past years. They have always come home to happy animals and a clean house. I’m currently working full time so I do need at least a week notice so I can work around my schedule and the animals needs! Cats are more ideal for me to watch right now considering I can be gone for a decent amount of time but I’d love to see if we could make it work if you need a dog sitter or a drop in visit! I always respect the client's home; I clean up after myself and after the animals if needed. I am OCD and very organized so the client's home will be just as clean or cleaner then when they left.
“Ross was fantastic! He is so calm and chill and really supported our a high energy, anxious and sometimes reactive dog. Bosco responded really well to him and it has helped so much to have someone to get al his energy out when we are not able to. Would 100% recommend him and will utilize in the future.”

About: I've cared for a variety of pets- birds, lizards, turtles, dog, cats, you name it! I have grown up with animals but have been indecisive about getting my own pet- just because I don't think I could leave the shelter with just one! I work hybrid schedule so most days I am home all day, so caring for pets throughout the day is not an issue! I also love pets that love being loved on, or may like to be pet more than others. I'm also okay with pets who don't need as much attention from their human. I typically go into the office one day a week but it's depends. I always know ahead of time! Just let me know what you need and I'll see if I can accommodate. I always make sure to love on the pets I care for. I always have treats and ensure to ask about allergies or special accomodations.

Antioch dog parents share their Rover experiences
Karissa is easy to communicate with and has always been responsive. We worked with her previously to watch our dog in our house for a couple days. She came for a preliminary visit to meet us and our pup. We had to cancel that trip due to an illness and Karissa was very understanding and accommodating with our need to cancel. We reached out again recently for a one-time walk, and appreciate that Karissa was able to accommodate our request on relatively short notice. She took great care of him and sent detailed info and photos of their time together. We already have another in-house appointment scheduled and feel comfortable that our pup is in good hands. We highly recommend Karissa!

My family had an unexpected situation where we needed help with our large, somewhat reactive dog. I was worried about how he would behave with a stranger and wanted someone with experience. Kaleigh has an impressive amount of education and background in animal care. We scheduled a meet and greet and I was not disappointed. She was great with Mako and he took to her right away. She answered all of my questions and we talked through any concerns (she even took notes!). She provided excellent walks for Mako and was so kind, caring, and responsive to both of us. If you are looking for an attentive, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable pet care expert, I can not recommend Kaleigh enough.
