About: My name is Amber, I am currently a student at the University of Tennessee. I have had a love for all animals since I was a little girl. Being around them brings me a lot of joy and peace. I’ve had pets since I was around three. I currently have a yorkie puppy named Bentley, who is full of energy. I also have a care named Oreo, but he is living in Nashville with my parents. I love working with animals, because they’re so fun and pure. The excitement pets bring into your life is unmatched. I believe pets are truly members of your families , and should be treated as such . My apartment has a dog park for your babies to run around and have all the fun they want. I also live in a pretty spacious place with plenty room for them to move around as they please.

I have a fenced in yard where dogs can play for as long as they want and a small dachshund that loves playing with other dogs. He is older so it takes him a minute to understand what playing is but once he understands a dog wants to play with him he's all in. He also understands when a dog does not want to play and typically just lays in his bed when he wants to relax. I also let dogs on the couch so they can hang with us! (Unless you prefer they stay off the furniture. I want to keep patterns the same whether at my house or yours!)

About: I've been a dog person for as long as I can remember - I owned my own dog for 18 years, from puppyhood all the way through his senior years, so I've been through every stage a dog goes through. For the past several years, I've also been fostering dogs of all ages and breeds, from bouncy young puppies to older dogs who just need a calm, steady place to land. What sets me apart is patience and consistency. Puppies especially need someone who won't give up on training - I'm big on positive reinforcement, sticking to a routine, and staying calm and consistent even when a pup is testing boundaries or having a rough day. That same patience carries over to senior dogs, who often need a gentler pace, extra attention to mobility or health needs, and someone who won't rush them. Because I've fostered such a wide range of dogs - nervous rescues, high-energy young dogs, dogs with no training at all, and dogs adjusting to a new home - I've learned to read individual personalities quickly and adjust my approach to what each dog actually needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day rather than dropping a dog off and disappearing for hours. That means regular bathroom breaks, playtime, and check-ins built right into my normal day - not squeezed in around a commute or an office schedule. I also have a large, fully fenced backyard, so dogs get plenty of room to run, sniff around, and burn off energy safely without needing to be on a leash the whole time. Between the flexibility of working from home and the space in the yard, dogs in my care get a lot more attention and activity than they would with a typical 9-to-5 sitter. Safety comes first, whether I'm caring for a dog in my home or theirs. In my own home, I have a large, fully fenced backyard, so dogs can play and explore off-leash in a secure space without any risk of getting loose. I keep an eye out for anything that could be a hazard - toxic plants, small objects, unsecured trash - and make sure the environment is calm and comfortable, especially for dogs who might be nervous in a new place. Since I work from home, dogs aren't left alone for long stretches. I'm able to supervise closely, especially during the first few visits with a new dog, so I can get a feel for their personality, energy level, and any quirks before giving them more freedom in the house or yard. For dogs with training needs or those who are still adjusting, I stick to a consistent routine - regular feeding times, scheduled bathroom breaks, and structured playtime - since predictability helps dogs feel safe. I'm also comfortable managing multiple dogs at once, keeping introductions slow and positive so everyone feels comfortable. If I'm caring for a pet in the client's home, I follow the same principles - sticking closely to their normal routine, respecting the house rules the owner has in place, and keeping a close eye on the pet's behavior and comfort level throughout the visit.

About: I've been taking care of pets since I was younger. I have had cats, dogs and tarantulas, so I am used to a wide range of animals. I live alone and work a typical 9-5 job as an attorney in town, and I do not have any pets of my own. I always pet-sit for my friends' cats and dogs, so I would love to do it with Rover. I love to play games with the animals to keep them stimulated. I also enjoy walking animals and simply being with them. I am very good with both dogs and cats.

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my whole life, and I’ve been hired to care for other people’s pets for at least 4 years! As far as dogs go, I am familiar with basic grooming needs, I love to play and walk, and I have experience with dogs of all sizes!! I’ve cared for elderly dogs as well as overly-energetic puppy types! I am even more experienced with cats! I’ve fostered three litters and have experience with pregnant cats, newborns, elderly cats, and spicy babies!! I’m very comfortable with both cats and dogs and would love to do whatever it takes for your pet to thrive! I have an extremely flexible schedule and reliable transportation! I can drop by whenever you need, and I’m of course willing to stay overnight as well!! In your home or mine, I will prioritize treating your pet with love and care! About: I have lived/taken care of animals my whole life. Have taken care of dogs,cats,bunnies,lizards. I have two dogs at home that I care for and have trained. I work at a coffee shop in the morning/afternoons during the week but after noon my days are pretty open and am usually available anytime after that. I have a fenced in backyard and take my dogs on a walk 1-2 times a day. I follow whatever instructions are given and make sure the house is clean before leaving. When taking care of dogs will make sure to take them out every couple hrs.

About: I've had 5 dogs throughout my lifetime, have cared for several others, and know how to take care of dogs of all ages and sizes. I work from home full-time, and I have a large unfenced yard with cables on the deck. I also have a well trained, active 3 year old black Labrador/German Shepherd at home with me and she loves other dogs that love her! I love to take my dog for walks and adventures and really try to keep her active and healthy. We have lots of toys as well! I would love to hang out and love your dogs just as much as I do with my own! I work from home full-time, so going for walks and making visits is very easy for me! My lab, Pepper is able to get 2+ walks per day plus playtime inside and outside I have a large unfenced yard with cables attached to the deck and a very well trained, energetic lab to keep them entertained.
