“I can’t say enough great things about Aria! She took amazing care of my dogs while I was away. From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals.”

About: I am a life long animal lover and pet owner. Ive had cats and dogs my whole life and love the light they bring to our lives. I truly think of pets of family and I promise to treat your baby like my own. I am comfortable with administering meds and light grooming. I’m currently working from home part time so my daily schedule is actually pretty flexible. I am available in the afternoons, evenings and even overnight. I have a pet safe home and apartment complex. We have plenty of grass and space for your baby to safely roam. Plus I am walking distance from a neighborhood park with plenty of space.

“Claire has worked wonderfully with Roo! It’s been lovely to have her visit consistently and help me reinforce important training skills I’ve been working on. She gives good updates and pictures too! I’ll definitely invite her to work with Roo in the future!”

“Riley and Victoria have been great from day 1. They walk our puppy twice a day and always leave good, detailed notes about how each walk went. They are very patient with her as she is not great on a leash yet and easily excitable by other dogs. So happy I found them through Rover!”

About: I love animals of all size and breeds, including yours! I'll be more than happy to take care of your fur babies while you are away from home. They will be well-fed and loved with accommodations being met as needed. I know how to administer medication as needed, so you won't need to worry about your fur baby not receiving anything while you are gone. I am currently working full-time from 6AM till 2:30PM Monday thru Friday. I may be able to compromise for the morning routine, but I can 100% say that I will be available all afternoons and evenings. Weekends are free days for me so I will be available at all hours of the day. I live in small rental with two cats and a medium sized dog so I will be unable to care for pets in my home.

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was a kid—whether it was walking the neighbors’ dogs, looking after family pets, or volunteering with rescues. What sets me apart is the deep joy I get from being around animals and the calm, patient energy I bring to every interaction. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to sweet seniors who need a gentler pace and extra care. I'm comfortable with medication routines, basic training reinforcement, and building trust with nervous or shy pets. Your pet’s happiness and safety are always my top priority, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I’m new to the area and currently looking for work, so pet care fits perfectly into my schedule. I have plenty of time, flexibility, and energy to give pets the attention and care they deserve. It’s a great way for me to connect with the community while doing something I truly love. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment. I stick closely to their usual routines—feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care they need—to help them feel comfortable and secure. I always keep water fresh, give lots of attention, and send regular updates so you can feel at ease while you're away. Your pet’s happiness and well-being are my top priority!

Experience highlights: - Foster / rescue puppies and dogs - Puppy energy & potty accidents - Administering oral & injectable medication - Cats of all ages I look forward to the opportunity to care for your pets! I have reliable transportation & live in East Nashville & available most weekends for drop-ins. I work a hybrid schedule, so can be flexible with drop-ins and potty breaks while I WFH. I have a very large fenced in backyard so safety is no concern at my house! My dogs are allowed on furniture and sleep in bed with me, so my home will be your dogs as well!

About: I've been around animals my whole life, and love them dearly. I watch out for them like they are my own kids. I'm trustworthy and hard-working. I've lived with cats, hamsters, horses, a Golden Retriever, a Dalmatian (with pups!), and several mixed breed and smaller dogs throughout the years; and am looking forward to calling your little BFF a friend of mine too! I am a 38 year old mother of two. My daughter is 19, and my son is 14. We've lived in Madison for the past 11 years with our 3 cats. I work for Metro Schools, so Rover is a nice side-job especially during the breaks. I'm currently only doing drop-in visits for dogs as I had fleas brought in a couple of times that were passed onto other dogs. I'm sorry that I can't offer that service anymore, but I don't want to go through that again. I am also glad to keep (or do drop-in visits) for cats, rodents, and birds for a lower rate...also drop-ins for livestock, with the rate depending on the job. Dinosaurs are a little extra ;o) I just had a new baby and am on a leave of absence from my job with Metro Schools. I am available most any time for drop-in visits and walks. I will follow your instructions for their feeding and/or care and take the same precautions for their safety as I would take with my own pets.

“Kathy was great! Sadie loved her and she always sent me pictures when she was walking Sadie. Kathy gave my dog her medications and even questioned the dosage instructions that I had left her. As it turns out she was correct and I am grateful that she questioned it. This is the first time that I have used Kathy on Rover and I am hoping to to use her again!”

About: I’m the youngest of 5 kids, raised with large breed dogs since age 0. I feel perfectly comfortable around dogs of any size; they seem to feel equally comfortable around me. I can handle large and physical dogs without concern. I also have a soft spot in my heart for elderly dogs. I will love your dogs and at the end of the day, I’m doing this because animals make me happy! I’m currently looking for full time work after spending the last 13 months traveling the world with my wife following our wedding in 2024. I am an experienced chemical engineer looking for a new role in that sector. I will treat your dog as if it’s my own - I love being around animals literally all the time and am pretty flexible temperamentally - I can take your dog on a speed walk or lazily meander; it’s all the same to me!

About: Hey there! I work from home with an incredibly flexible schedule, & am desperate for some time with dogs! I'm a huge animal person in general (with my own terribly behaved but very handsome cat, Tim Riggins.) I just moved from Chicago, & am looking for anything that helps me get out of the house more often- what better reason than pets!? I have been taking care of other peoples animals for 20 years- long time pet sitter with dozens of references, if necessary! I love giving animals as much attention as possible... I mean, have you seen them? THEY ARE ALL SO CUTE! I love doing anything that involves spending time with animals- playing, snuggling, walking- really anything at all! I'd love to help you, & your pet out! I work from home, with a super flexible schedule so I'm available to help pretty much whatever time(s) work best for you and your pet! I'm happy to do whatever it takes to keep your pet safe while they're in my care! As an anxious millennial, I worry about everything, which works to your advantage! I'm very thorough and use a lot of care with all things animal related.

“I would never gone on a cruise to Alaska if not for her watching my dogs. My dogs loved her as much as me. When I would let them out the first place they ran was to her house. She is awesome with animals. Most of time I would have to go my dogs and take them home.”

Thomas M.

“He is so awesome and our dog loves him!”

Madeline H.
“Maddie is always reliable, endlessly caring, and truly attentive—she always goes above and beyond. Pets are happy, loved, and well cared for every single time.”

Kimberly B.Star Sitter
“Kim is a dog lover through and through. She’s had experience rescuing strays and fostering dogs both short and long term. She’s watched my cat on multiple occasions and has a kind and caring approach to all animal interactions. I know her to be responsible, reliable, and communicative. Overall a highly qualified sitter for anyone’s fur baby.”

Natalie T.
“Natalie has taken care of our pets, both cat and dog. She is very conscientious and reliable. She was very loving toward them and treated them as if they were here own. They were always glad to see her.”

Chelsea P.

“Chelsea has a long history of being an animal lover and wonderful caregiver. She's entrusted to watch all her loved ones pets whenever needed, and does so with the same care and attention one hopes to find in anyone entrusted with their children. These are traits she's naturally and effortlessly passed onto her own children as well; teaching them the same love, care, and respect for critters early. She understands the importance of knowing how to care for any living entity based on the individual. You can't get better than that when it comes to the care for your friend and family. Highly recommended!”

Laurel S.

“Laurel is a great sitter! Hazel loves when she comes over and we always know she’s in great hands.”

Kathy V.

As it turns out she was correct and I am grateful that she questioned it. This is the first time that I have used Kathy on Rover and I am hoping to to use her again!”

James R.
“Whew, where to begin... First and foremost it should be known that I love my dogs, more than most anything. I mean this quite literally, more than humans too. The (2) dogs of mine that James has cared for have both been German Shepherd Dogs (>95 lbs.), and while they are well-trained, they can still be a handful given their size and personalities. I do not trust many people with these dogs, but I trusted James with them. He cares for them, treats them well and is responsible with them. If I have trusted him with my dogs, you can trust him with yours. I promise you that I am more critical than you are, and James has excelled. He is pawsitively perfect for this role. It's not ruff time when James is on the job. Be confident you can trust him with your dogs as I have with mine.”

dale c.
“Dale is a doting mother to her own two kitties and an exceptional Auntie to my pup, Oreo. He is a 10lb sometimes too excited to see her Terrier mix, but his overwhelming kisses and lack of personal space don't seem to bother her. I would trust recommend Dale to spend time in my home during my absence and 100% know she would love on and care for my pets.”

Samantha M.

“Samantha was awesome! We asked her last minute to walk our puppy and she was so quick to respond, took great photos and provided lots of details. Will definitely be booking her again!”

“Sylvia gave Sunshine so much love and went above and beyond what was asked to care for her!”
