Winston has terrible separation anxiety, and Pat is so sweet with a gentle demeanor, so Winston took to her right away. This was my first time leaving him with her, and when I dropped him off she showed us around and introduced us to her dogs. I was happy to know that Winston had nice play mates to keep him company. I left feeling secure, knowing Winston was in very good hands, and would have a lot of fun too. Not only did she respond quickly to my short notice request, she kindly offered to deliver him home! She also texted me pictures while I was away, which was so nice and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!”

He sent daily videos, gave little updates about them, clearly spent real time with them. The “Ghost” nickname for Juice cracked us up—tbh, it fits. Our youngest being a little bully made me laugh too, but it sounded like he handled everything with patience and care. Would definitely book with him again.”

“Apollo can be a handful with his anxiety and reactivity, and Bri handled it beautifully. They had a rocky first night, because he kept barking at every small noise. After several hours of this, he had her a bit worried about whether or not she could get him to settle down and sleep. But she stuck with it and got him to calm down and pass out. From there the visit went great. She followed our feeding and medication instructions exactly, worked on some training with him during his stay, and did a nice job with redirecting his attention when he got reactive on walks. Communication was excellent throughout. I received regular photos and updates, and she flagged any concerns as they came up rather than letting them sit. The best sign of how the weekend went: at pickup, Apollo planted himself on and between her feet multiple times while we were talking about how the weekend went. He clearly trusts and adores her, which can be difficult given his anxiety. We'll absolutely be booking with her again!”

Our Siberian husky can get separation anxiety when boarded, so we did a meet & greet with Courtnay and our husky fell in love with her. She was completely comfortable and well taken care of. About: From birth I have been surrounded by cats, dogs, horses, chickens, goats, and many creatures in between. My dad trained dogs and horses (no such thing as cat training…. If you know, you know) and taught me all he knows. I have fostered and trained puppies and currently have 2 cats of my own who are great with dogs. I am a travel nurse and don’t think the long shifts would be fair to have a dog of my own, otherwise I would! I had to remove all of my bengal’s teeth after an emergency and had to fight a newly adopted bengal to give him his antibiotics and pain meds in forms of pills and drops. I have lived through many animals’s passing from old age so am well versed in senior cares as well. Through my career and life experiences no emergency is too big for me. Your pets activity level will become mine- young or old hearted I am here to hang! I got cats so I could go away for weekends and still hire folks on Rover to come give them love on trips they can’t come cause I feel too bad otherwise. Pets are our babies and alike to humans all have their own personalities. I am super excited to get to know yours and thank you for trusting me with your family members :) I work 12 hour night shifts from 7pm-7am 3 days a week, but my partner works from home so there is always someone to give them love. Off days are spent in the mountains on trails or relaxing around the house. I have a large backyard and 2 cats who are missing a dog to play with or rooms they can safely relax in if your furry friend is not other-pet friendly. I come home to go on a walk and wake up in time to drink some coffee and enjoy some hours before work. I have a high fenced yard. I like to keep the routine the same as their normal, so will rely on your directions on when to feed, exercise, and wind down if there are any specifics. Multiple walks a day during the cooler hours is my favorite way to exercise, and if your pup is social enjoy a good social outing to the local dog park. I like to fish up in the mountains so picnics and splashes in some mountain water is always a dog approved activity in my experience

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 10, and over the years, I've grown as a dog owner, continuously learning new skills and understanding the importance of training. I have a strong foundation in dog training, covering everything from basic commands like sit, stay, and come, to fun tricks like high five, spin, and kiss! I also firmly believe that dogs are family and should be treated with the same love and care. I'm a morning person, so I start the day with a quick walk for the dogs. I have a flexible full-time job, allowing me to check on them during lunch for a bathroom break, snack, and maybe another walk. After work, I spend the first hour decompressing and giving the dogs my full attention before continuing with my evening routine. I have a fenced front yard where the doggies can sunbathe and conduct quick bathroom breaks. I also have two friendly dogs, an Italian Greyhound Chihuahua and a Blue Heeler. To get comfortable with their guest my dogs insist on a friendly walk around a neighborhood. Once my dogs are comfortable with their guest, they will quickly become friends. My Chihuahua mix takes a little more effort to impress but he’s content to just watch his sister and their friend play.
