She always included what she and Bailey did that day and little personality traits in Bailey she observed. She felt free to contact us when she needed to double check instructions. We felt reassured and relieved that she had it all under control while we were away. We returned home to a very happy Bailey. A home cleaner than we left it. Rachel also left us a sweet welcome home note. We look forward to more Bailey and Rachel time.”

She ensures all four-legged buddies are in a appropriate temperature environment, well fed, watered, and receive a great deal of enrichment (play time, walks, snuggles, etc.)! I highly recommend Diane to all owners who are looking for a caretaker for their fur-babies while they are away. Diane is trustworthy, and truly cares for each pet as though they are her own. Additionally, if you have any special requests or your pet has any specific needs, Diane is always accommodating and reliable.”
