“Donna did such a great job taking care of our pup. You can tell she and her husband Didier really care about animals. This was my first time using Rover so I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect, but I messaged Donna about her availability and she was very easy going and helpful about her process. When we dropped off our pup, Aurora, she even invited us in so we could go over everything with her and watch Aurora get familiar with her 3 dogs. She sent us tons of photos and plenty of videos throughout the weekend while we were away so that we knew Aurora was being well cared for, and they even gave her a marrow bone that she could take home with us! Both Donna and Didier were very pleasant and our dog, Aurora, came back a happy puppy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would hire them for dog sitting again should we need it in the future. They were absolutely fantastic!”

“Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She kept us updated with videos and pictures and was quick to respond to al messages. Stephanie took my dog on walks, to play the park, sent videos of him playing fetch and tug of war...I can totally tell that my dog felt right at home and got along great with her two older dogs. To top it all off, I had missed my flight back and was unable to pick up my dog until the following day; Stephanie had zero hesitation to continue watching my pup for another night and was nothing but empathetic and happy to help me out. She also has vast experience working at a Veterinarian clinic so I was secure knowing she was able to handle any sort of emergency that may have transpired during my absence. “I left my beloved Rotweiller Luna in the care of Gustavo when we went on holidays for 10 days. Gustavo would come to the house twice in the day, took Luna for long walks, spent time with her, made sure she had clean water and food, and everything in the house was in order. Luna absolutely loved him and his energy! There were other times that I left Luna at his house for the day, when I knew I would have a long day and she just loved the whole family and had smiles on her face at the end of a fun day. She played with their own dog Cookie, who was older than Luna (and therefore her boss, which was a funny thing to watch). Gustavo is reliable, responsible and loving and I was very sad when they moved to California. Luna is now gone to better dimensions and I know she misses him too.”

She even was able to take care of my friend's dog when her dog sitter had to cancel at the last minute. Marygrace is always quick to reply to my messages, and seems to really love the dogs in her care. We will definitely use her again.”

“Any time you leave your pups with someone you don’t know, you naturally experience a sense of anxiety. That apprehension went away as soon as I dropped off my pups with Alan. He volunteered to show me the space where my dogs would be in his house, shared pictures of my dogs throughout the stay and gave me periodic updates on how they were doing. All this was greatly appreciated. You could tell Alan really loves dogs and enjoys pet sitting. I highly recommend Alan and plan on using this again!”
