My 14-month-old dog is very cautious and usually takes a long time to adjust to new environments, so I was very worried about how things would go. But she kindly accepted, and I was truly grateful. Before the sitting, she even made time for us so that my dog and I could get a little more comfortable with her. About: I’ve grown up around dogs since I was 6 years old. My family plus my extended family has always had dogs. I’ve baby sat dogs since I was in elementary school and I love to play and walk with dogs 🐶. Outside of the parents I will be your dog’s new best friend 😁 I’m a part-time ER nurse so I only work twice/week. I try to be as outdoorsy as I can and I’d love to have a good doggo companion to go for walks/runs with Dogs are family. Dogs here will be treated as such. I’ve always fed my dogs on a consistent schedule (your dog will eat on whatever schedule you want them fed) and I will take them for walks and I have a yard where dogs can run free and crazy!

“Any time you leave your pups with someone you don’t know, you naturally experience a sense of anxiety. That apprehension went away as soon as I dropped off my pups with Alan. He volunteered to show me the space where my dogs would be in his house, shared pictures of my dogs throughout the stay and gave me periodic updates on how they were doing. All this was greatly appreciated. You could tell Alan really loves dogs and enjoys pet sitting. I highly recommend Alan and plan on using this again!”

About: My senior dog was my very best friend and companion. I adopted him when my cousin wasn't able to care for him anymore. He passed away last May at the age of 14 after battling ongoing diseases/old age. We walked every day and he also had a big fenced garden to play in. I will make sure your dog has all the attention they need, plenty of restroom breaks, and their daily walks. I will treat them as my own furry friend. I am a stay at home mom and am available throughout the day to ensure they receive the attention they need. I am able to give your dog their daily routine, potty breaks, feeding times, and walks/playtime/exercise as needed. I will care for them as my own and make sure they feel at home. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of grass to play in. I have a 4 year old who is very good with animals because he grew up with my senior dog when he was born. I have doggy beds/couches for your dog to sit/sleep on. I no longer have my senior dog with me so it will be just me and my 4 year old. I am available at all times of the day since I stay at home and can monitor your companion.

“Lori watched our dog Hana for four nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”
