Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

He volunteered to show me the space where my dogs would be in his house, shared pictures of my dogs throughout the stay and gave me periodic updates on how they were doing.
