I have worked at a doggy daycare and kennel where I supervised dogs during playtime, ensure all dogs were well taken care of, and gave food, water, and meds to the dogs. I’m passionate about the well-care of dogs and I will make sure your dog is happy and comfortable. I am a recent college graduate living at home for the summer, so I have a lot of availability from May-August. My availability is very flexible at this time. I have a large yard to play with dogs and plenty of toys. I live close to a lake where I can take dogs on walks and swims. I will take as many photos and videos as you want. My main goal is that every dog is happy and taken care of in the way that fits their needs and personality because each dog is unique.

“Kelena was exactly what we'd hoped for. Had a last minute cancellation for boarding our 2 dogs. Which left us in a panic. We had one week before our event, and to make it even worse, it was Memorial Day weekend. Rover sent a list of drop-in sitters to help. Kelena responded very quickly to our request. Had a very successful meeting, the dogs loved her! On the day of the event, she came at the appointed time, sent pictures of our dogs, so we knew she got in okay, and fed and watered them. So when we returned home, all was well. She's a gem, very good with our dogs. Will definitely use her service again.”

About: I currently work from home in a flexible remote position and am only in the office on Wednesdays, giving me plenty of availability to help care for your pets. My family and I have cared for many dogs over the years, and I also have experience with basic training and reinforcing good habits. Your pup will be in loving, reliable, and experienced hands! Thank you for considering me! I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I’m Brandi, a teacher off for the summer and fully focused on caring for dogs! This is my main priority all week and weekend long. Your pup will get tons of outdoor time, whether they want to play or just relax in the yard. Starting in the fall, we’ll still be available for dog care! Brandi will be back at work during the day, but is able to come home on my lunch break to check in. Shawn has August & September currently available. The dogs will have access to our cozy garage space, which feels just like a living room- with a couch to relax on and a doggy door for easy potty breaks. For everyone’s comfort and safety, dogs will be separated while we’re away. Our home features a large, fully fenced half-acre yard that's perfect for dogs to run and play. Inside, there's plenty of space too, and dogs are more than welcome to relax on the furniture. For overnight stays, dogs can choose to sleep in our climate-controlled garage with a cozy couch and setup, or inside the house—wherever they feel most comfortable. I'm flexible and happy to care for your dog either at our place or at your home—whatever works best for you. Brandi also has a ton of days off, due to working in a school district.

At my other job, I typically work weekends, but I’m often able to arrange coverage when needed. I do my best to be accommodating and reliable, and I’m happy to communicate in advance to make sure scheduling works smoothly for both you and your pet. For your pet’s comfort and safety, I prefer to provide care in my clients homes. I currently don’t have a fenced in yard, and I also have other dogs, which I understand may make some pets or owners uncomfortable. Caring for pets in their own environment allows them to stay relaxed, stick to their routine, and receive one on one attention.
