About: I’m new to the area but not new to pet sitting. I had a successful pet sitting business in Savannah, Ga for over 12 years. I have over 30+ years experience with pets from both big to small: dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, parrots, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. I have experience with all pet stages and I’m comfortable with taking care from puppies to elderly pets as well. I’m a stay at home mom but both kids are now in school and my husband is a disabled veteran so he’s home to take care of them so I am fully available to be free to care for your fur babies. Staying in your home or doing drop ins, I’ll stick to your schedule on feedings and I prefer unless absolutely unavoidable to let the dogs out every 4hrs or so unless the dog prompts the need to go outside. If the dog is elderly or has a bladder issue or potty training I can let them out more frequently. The pet will receive love, affection, and we’ll play (varying on dogs needs or likes). Animals are like people, so understanding their personality and likes helps keep them comfortable and happy. Cat litter unless specified I change/clean daily. If you have houseplants I can water them or open blinds for them to get their necessary light, I will also bring in any packages and your mail if desired.

The washing machine flooded the basement, ankle deep, the night before the flight out- not the only disaster. With Hannah / Rover, my kitty was one thing that was in good hands, one less worry. About: My experience comes from years (starting "professionally" at 13- 22 years ago!) of caring for animals with a variety of personalities and needs. I've fostered dogs, cats and kittens, cared for seniors, and administered daily insulin injections to a diabetic cat. As someone who's always had a multi-pet home and has long provided pet sitting, I know how to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. I’ve always had pets and come from a family of animal lovers. We’ve owned dogs, cats, and horses. Ive also pet sat starting at around age 10 and some of these jobs included birds, donkeys, and fish. I’d be thrilled with even the smallest job, no matter how last minute! I have a very flexible schedule working remotely. I can likely make anything work! I am open to any day or days of the week. My pets were always allowed free rein of our house, but i will obviously respect any boundaries in your home! Any specific instructions will be followed.

About: I worked at Potter Park Zoo. I have experience boarding, and training dogs. I have the experience to keep your pets both safe and happy. I care for dogs and cats daily as the owner of a boarding facility. This will be another offering for my customers and the community. There is opportune time to attend to in home visits. I will use my experience of owning a boarding facility, which can house up to 34 pet guests, to care for your pets in your home. I will feed, let out and interact and play with them.

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. I really enjoy caring for all animals and i’m looking forward to care for yours as if they were my own! I’m a fast learner and very dependable so if your pets need any special treatments you could just let me know and show me how you approach it and I will do the same! My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!
