About: I’m new to the area but not new to pet sitting. I had a successful pet sitting business in Savannah, Ga for over 12 years. I have over 30+ years experience with pets from both big to small: dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, parrots, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish. I have experience with all pet stages and I’m comfortable with taking care from puppies to elderly pets as well. I’m a stay at home mom but both kids are now in school and my husband is a disabled veteran so he’s home to take care of them so I am fully available to be free to care for your fur babies. Staying in your home or doing drop ins, I’ll stick to your schedule on feedings and I prefer unless absolutely unavoidable to let the dogs out every 4hrs or so unless the dog prompts the need to go outside. If the dog is elderly or has a bladder issue or potty training I can let them out more frequently. The pet will receive love, affection, and we’ll play (varying on dogs needs or likes). Animals are like people, so understanding their personality and likes helps keep them comfortable and happy. Cat litter unless specified I change/clean daily. If you have houseplants I can water them or open blinds for them to get their necessary light, I will also bring in any packages and your mail if desired.

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, so being around them feels second nature to me. I’ve had experience with a wide range of breeds from high energy working dogs like German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois to small companion dogs like Pomeranians, so I’m comfortable adapting to different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m very attentive, patient, and genuinely love spending time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just giving them company and making them feel safe while you’re away. While I haven’t owned a cat myself, I’ve cared for them multiple times and have always connected well with them. I understand that every pet has their own temperament, and I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m currently working toward my Pilates certification, (which doesn’t take up much of my time as I only do it for a few hours a week) so I have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to caring for pets. Because I’m home most of the time, I’m able to give pets consistent attention throughout the day. Whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company. I joined Rover because I genuinely enjoy being around animals and wanted to spend more of my time doing something I love while staying active and productive. I tailor my care to each pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific needs so your pet stays in their normal routine :) I’m very attentive to each pet’s behavior and energy level, and adjust care to fit them, whether that means more activity or a calm environment. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean space with plenty of attention, supervision, and regular exercise. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for.

Whether it's morning feedings, midday walks, or evening check-ins, I can easily fit pet care into my routine without any conflict. In caring for pets at clients' homes, I prioritize creating a comfortable and familiar environment for them. I follow a detailed routine based on your pet’s specific needs, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, and any special care instructions. I ensure that their living space remains clean and safe, and I offer plenty of attention and enrichment to keep them happy. About: I've had alot of animals since I was very young. Im part of animal rescue and foster care for animals. Ranging from birds to big dogs I've dealt with and took care of all of them since I was young. I'm about to go to college and would love to take care and play with animals on my free time. I sadly can't have pets in a dorm but I can come and take care of them. I will ask where everything needed is. For example I would like to know how to work the bath. Where the bath supplies are for taking care of the animal. Where their food and dishes are. How much they need. Where the toys are. What can they not eat. Just overall care for them.

About: Hey, I’m Patrick! I am a recent graduate of Michigan State University who is moving back home to earn some extra cash to help pay off my student loans. I have had 2 dogs in the span of my life so far and have lots of experience walking, feeding, playing, giving medicine, and loving my dogs. I would happily take care of yours and can guarantee their safety while also giving them a fun vacation of their own. I am back home until further notice and am free all year long to take care of your pets! Whatever it may be, I’ll be there for you. I have a large fenced yard at home as well as a golden doodle of my own to keep your dogs company if staying in my home. I also have all the equipment needed for plenty of walks, water, food, and sleep regardless of the home I stay at.

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. I really enjoy caring for all animals and i’m looking forward to care for yours as if they were my own! I’m a fast learner and very dependable so if your pets need any special treatments you could just let me know and show me how you approach it and I will do the same! My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!

About: I’ve had animals my entire life. From dogs to hermit crabs, kitties to turtles. But dogs have always had my heart the most! (🤫 don’t tell the others) I am a very calm and steady person and have always had a comforting effect on animals and people alike. Caregiving is something I come by naturally. So when I’m given the responsibility to care for someone, I take that very seriously. And I enjoy it! I will make sure your precious fur child feels safe, loved, and has so much fun! About: I currently work as a veterinary assistant part time which I am incredibly passionate about! I love working with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, reptiles, exotics, rodents. I am highly familiar with medication administration including injections, as well as aftercare following surgery, and I have lots of enrichment ideas for your pets to have a blast while theyre in my care! I treat every animal as if they were my own- with the utmost care, I hope to leave you feeling stress free while your baby is taken care of❤️ I currently work part time in Mason as a veterinary assistant. I plan to start veterinary nursing school in the fall so for now I have availability throughout the week for drop ins, walks, or even some overnight stays I do not have an environment at my house for dogs such as a fenced in yard but I do know of wonderful dog parks!
