She was wonderful from the start and even set up a play date beforehand so we could make sure it was a good fit, which we really appreciated. Drop-off and pickup were both smooth and hassle-free, and during the stay we received regular updates and photos that gave us real peace of mind. It was clear our dog was well cared for and happy the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and would absolutely trust Jamie again in the future.”
