He is a wildland firefighter and is often away for extended periods. During this meeting, I assess whether the dog is a good fit and observe how they respond to new people. Please share any behavioral concerns or important details at that time. - If a dog is extremely high energy, has never been left alone without their owner, or shows signs of anxiety, I may request a trial daycare stay before approving a longer booking or overnight stay. - Because I am often fully booked, I may schedule meet and greets during an active boarding. The dog I’m boarding is always safely separated, and I don’t allow dogs to meet or interact. - I accept bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. A stay is not confirmed or reserved until it has been paid for and officially accepted through Rover. - For boarding stays, please bring everything your dog needs from home, including food, bowls, medications, toys, treats, crate (if crate trained and used to sleeping or spending time in a crate), bed, leash, and poop bags. I work from home as an artist and illustrator. My schedule is fairly flexible, which will ensure that I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Though I am at home most of the time, I do occasionally have to step out for 1-6 hours at a time for meetings and other errands. I take measures to make their time alone as stress-free as possible, providing toys and treats to occupy them. I prioritize safety through close supervision and clear communication with owners. I will take extra care to follow any instructions you have for feeding and administering medication, ensuring they get the care they need.

About: Growing up there was never really a time when I wasn’t surrounded by them animals. So I learned pretty early on how to properly take care of animals from my parents who used to foster them. I have walked, boarded, dog sat and etc for the last few years and have taken care of both senior pups to baby pups both big and small bred. Some breeds I have watched after are pitbulls, poodles, yellow labs, shitzu’s and a few others. Growing up with animals I have definitely grown a huge love and care for them and is one of my favorite things to do. When watching someone's animal I like to make sure I know all the rules, and any extra specifications they may have for their pet, like medications or any special daily tasks or notes. I also like to make sure I reassure the owners and let them know that they are leaving their pets in well-experienced hands by keeping them updated on everything as they’re away. I think what sets me apart from other sitters is my comfortability with animals whether they are huge or tiny and I think my love, truly caring, experience and availability also makes me an easier choice. I’m currently working early mornings, Monday through Friday and have weekends off but because I work so early I’m able to take care and watch after pets during day till evening time As of right now, I’m unable to board pets at my place. About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. Since I was 12, it’s been my responsibility to take care of our English Setter. This began with me helping to train him. My role was to reinforce the lessons taught at the PetSmart classes. I’ve regularly walked, bathed, and taken to the vet our dog as well. About: I have had pets ever since I was 3 years old, I am now 20 and have lots of experience with taking care of them. I have also trained my dogs with the basics like, potty training, any tricks, simple house training etc. I am very experienced to take wonderful care of your fur babies and their needs. With my own pets I take care of them morning to night. I am home most of the time so I do spend time with them a lot but when I do leave my house I make sure they went outside before leaving and have plenty of water and food while I am gone. “Maellin was an absolutely wonderful dog sitter; she had excellent communication across the board. Sharing updates and photos of Navi every day. I could tell from the photos that she took such good care of her, Navi was smiling, and really warmed up to Maellin, which she doesn’t do with everyone. It was over the 4th, and Navi was quite nervous about the fireworks. Maellin took every measure to ensure her greatest ease and comfort, bringing her into their bedroom and turning on some background noise to help drown it out. Maellin is also a wonderfully sweet human; she will 100% be my first choice anytime we need care for Navi.”

“Chad provides a safe environment! My dog got along with his dog right away, which doesn’t always happen. The dogs have a great big backyard to play in, they don’t go for walks normally. Mentioning because if you want that you need to talk to Chad to arrange it. Chad agreed not to crate my dog which is good because he hasn’t been in a crate in years, and Max seems in good health when I picked him up, moved pretty good for a senior dog.”
