Now I’m a proud cat owner of two, so I also understand how to care for more independent (but equally lovable!) pets. Whether your pet loves to play or just needs a calm, reassuring presence, I’m happy to meet them where they are and make sure they feel at home. I work full time at UW Madison during regular business hours between 7:30a and 4:30p. I have a flexible schedule where I work from home twice weekly and at work 3 days. I care for your pets and your home as if it were my own. I treat the pets with the upmost love and care, and respect your home and privacy. I play with the pets if they are interested, and leave them be if not interested. Pets have bodily autonomy and I respect that. I’ll clean up a mess if I find one, and I’d let you know immediately if there’s an issue.

About: I grew up with a Shepherd mix named Brandy. I have experience sitting dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and parakeets, both in my home and in the animal's home. My husband and I volunteer as foster parents for Dane County Humane Society and Madison Cat project. We have fostered guinea pigs and cats, including newborn guinea pigs and kittens as young as six weeks. I have administered oral medications (both liquid and tablets) as well as ear drops to both cats and dogs. My apartment does not allow dogs, so I live with two cats named Jax and Jessie. I love all animals and spend as much time with them as possible! I am a teacher and student, so I have lots of time over the summer to provide as much care as needed for your beloved pets. I have been entrusted to take care of pets in their own homes, including friends, neighbors, and clients from Rover that I had not met previously. I demonstrate responsibility with keys and with entry codes, and I show respect to your home and property.

About: We will welcome your dog into our family while you are away. My husband and I both work from home, and one of us is here at most times on weekdays. . Our beagle/ heeler mix (Obi) loves to play in our fenced yard, and then settle in for a long nap on one of the big dog beds in my office. Obi was born Jan of 2018. We also have 2 cats, Milo and Potato awho re used to being around dogs, and love to play chase all around our house. Your dog will be treated like a part of our family while in our home, or if we are walking / checking in at your house. We accept puppies who may need more frequent potty breaks, as well as older pets who may need medications, or special feeding. Since I work from home full-time, hanging out with pets is a huge perk of my day! I'm easily able to step away between calls and meetings for potty breaks and playtime. Plus, my husband works hybrid, so one of us is almost always home to keep your pet company. I have a fenced yard, one dog and 2 cats. So, your pet will have plenty of buddies to hang out with and tons of safe, supervised space to relax.
