About: I have over 30 years experience training dogs. I am able to dog sit from my home full time. I recently moved to a large property in the country, that is a short 35 minute drive from Madisons west side. I have a acer that is completely fenced in and I am more than happy to offer pick up and drop off to the west side of Madison. I'm professional trained as a dog groomer, worked professionally for over 6 years as a groomer, dog trainer and doggie daycare provider. I have also worked as a vet assistant for 2 years in Denver Colorado. I am certified in humane and dog CPR and I graduated with an EMS degree for humans, this training helps me respond to variety of situations with confidence. I was a volunteer at two different Humane Society's for over 12 years. I have fostered, rehabilitated and Rehoused 15 dogs most with serious behavioral issues. I am an avid dog lover and enjoy spending time with my dogs and other people's dogs. I can stay home full time now. I also have a full acer that is fenced and I have walking trails in the country and I still frequently go to the dog park and I am never gone more than 1-2 hours. Rover is away for me to stay home with my dogs and hopefully your dogs. My dogs LOVE having dog friends visit our pack and home.-I am a firm believer in the saying "A tired dog is a good dog".- I have been dog sitting full time for the past year and I enjoy being home all day long. I recently moved and have an acer of fenced land and I am happy to offer pick up and drop off of your pet or we can meet closer to your house. I am only about 30 mins south of Madison. I have a huge fenced yard with extra gates and separate fenced areas to do introductions safely. Dogs are NEVER left unsupervised outside. Your dog’s safety and mine dogs safety is my top priority!

About: I have had dogs since my childhood and have worked with breeds of different sizes and backgrounds, including some with special needs. In my home life, I have two cats that I adore and spend much of my free time with. I’m available all day on weekends, as well as from 5:30pm onward on weekdays (typically). About: I have been surrounded by and have taken care of dogs since getting my family’s two dogs when I was around 11 or 12 years old. Even since moving out, my family has relied on me to take care of them on vacations, extended work trips, etc. I now have two cats of my own, and love any opportunity to meet new animals. I am currently traveling the country, and looking to explore new places! I’ve found that pet-sitting is an excellent way to do so, with the side bonus of getting to meet new furry friends along the way! I am very intentional about adapting to each pet’s individual needs - whether they’re a fast friend or needs some space to figure me out first, my top priority is establishing trust with your fur baby. From there, I can ensure that I give them the proper love and care they deserve.

About: I have been taking care of all types of animals since I was a teenager. I am great with dogs both large and small. My friends also call me the cat whisperer because I can earn any type of cats trust. I work Monday-Friday and get done around 4pm. I am very open on the weekends and every night of the week. Additionally my work schedule is flexible so if you need specific accommodations I can most likely make that work. I have a pet friendly apartment with lots of grass to run around in to play and go to the bathroom. Additionally my apartment is a comfy and cozy home with nothing that animals would be getting into.

Now I’m a proud cat owner of two, so I also understand how to care for more independent (but equally lovable!) pets. I work full time at UW Madison during regular business hours between 7:30a and 4:30p. I have a flexible schedule where I work from home twice weekly and at work 3 days. I care for your pets and your home as if it were my own. I treat the pets with the upmost love and care, and respect your home and privacy. I play with the pets if they are interested, and leave them be if not interested. Pets have bodily autonomy and I respect that. I’ll clean up a mess if I find one, and I’d let you know immediately if there’s an issue.

“I was so anxious about leaving my cat for two weeks. He is scared of new people and a very “catlike” cat. Courtney was fantastic - she understands cat behavior so well! She went above and beyond, not just doing the basics like food/water etc, but also helping my cat get used to her. My apartment was extremely neat and tidy when I got back as well. She also brought in my mail, which Id asked so that it would be less obvious that no one was home. My cat came out for her towards the end, which is a lot faster than Id expect! She always sent photos and I was reassured that my cat was ok. She turned the air on when it got hot and the apartment temp was perfect when I got back- not too hot and not too cold. This is the best experience Ive had and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is my first choice for the next time I need someone to watch my cat!”

About: I live with my husband on 5 acres of land. A large back yard portion is fully fenced and has Dog doors for easy access and play. Our home was built with dogs safety and fun in mind! I have had dogs of all sizes my whole life and they are family! I currently have 2 smaller dogs. A Chihuahua mixes and a dachshund. We have taken in and cared for other pets their whole lives so they are very comfortable sharing their space. I've spent the last 15 years employed at a local Veterinary clinic where I have gained experience in all areas of pet Care. I have recently retired and my husband is retired which gives us the freedom to be available at home to be with your pets. I am home full time and my husband is retired so care is available all of the time. We specialize in geriatric dogs and offer care as needed Our home is set up for ease of care for elderly dogs. They can get in and out with one small ramp. Ramps are set up around the home as needed. Part of our large yard stays plowed and open during the winter months for small dogs.
