“With it being our first time using Rover, I could not be more pleased with our experience! Halle and Thomas were a breeze to work with. I really appreciated our phone call ahead of booking, and I could immediately tell Halle was so knowledgeable and loves dogs so much! She communicated with me each day that we were away with message updates and photos of our Diamond girl enjoying her stay! 10/10, no notes, looking forward to booking again! Thanks again Halle and Thomas!”

“She did a fantastic job looking after our puppy, Thor. She was very patient and treated him like a member of her own family. I’m grateful for all the photos and videos she sent me. 100% recommended.”

“Valerie is amazing with our fur babies. She is and has always has been our 1st choice for 4+ years. On this recent visit, our elderly fur baby was not feeling well. Valerie was quick to notify us (we were out of the country)...and after a visit to the vet, he returned to Valerie. She took EXCELLENT care of our baby!!”

“I was new to Rover and now I don’t know how I’ve gone without it. Sonia and her husband are sweet and took great care of my fur baby, even providing me with tips as this is my first dog and they have lots of experience”

“Skip had a great time at Amanda’s! This was his first time away from us and we felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. He has a pretty specific diet because of allergies and had zero problems. He also loved playing with her dogs in the yard! We would definitely leave him with Amanda and her family again.”

“Leaving our Ollie with Kerri for the 7 days we were out of town was the BEST decision we could have possibly made. She is super easy to communicate with. She has studied animal behaviors so I knew that no matter how many dogs she had (it was the 4th of July week-busy!) she would make the right decisions with how to handle our girl. She would send pictures and videos so we could see our girl. Kerri is very professional yet extremely easy to talk to and oh so friendly. Just use her-she’s the best. We didn’t know if Ollie would want to come back home to us bc she had so much fun at Kerri’s! Ha!”

“Katrin was AMAZING! My husband and I are so anxious leaving our dogs and katrin put our minds at ease immediately. From the moment we arrived, the dogs were clearly comfortable and in great hands. She shared regular updates and pictures, administered our senior dog’s medication, and went the extra mile in every possible way to make sure our pups felt right at home. We’re so grateful for her animal loving heart!”

“Our goldendoodle Luca had his second week-long stay with Scott and Heather recently and he was so excited when he got to their house! I love that he gets lots of playtime and exercise with other dogs inside and outside as well as plenty of cuddling with the family. We received several daily video and photo updates and I could tell Luca was having as much fun on his vacation as we were! When my dog follows Scott everywhere he goes, I can tell he’s being well taken care of. Scott and Heather will be our first choice when we need to board our fur baby!”

“Maggie absolutely loved staying with David! I'm always worried when she's staying with someone new because she can be really skittish around strangers and it usually takes her a long time to warm up to people (some people she never does warm up to), but when David sent me the pictures of her I could tell she was not only comfortable but so, so happy. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again!”

“Carol is so amazing with our dogs, is so friendly, reliable, and experienced. Her property is beautiful and our pets always come back happy, tuckered out, and super well taken care of! Thank you Carol!”

“Knowing someone will love your fur baby as much as you do is a huge relief when you have to be far away. Daily pics and updates were great and just what I needed. My fur baby returned happy, healthy, and tired from having so much fun. Thank you Anitra!”

“Danielle was amazing! Incredible communication and pictures every day! Highly recommend! I definitely would book again with Danielle. Thank you so much for taking care of Buzz 😊”

“Joanna was incredible! She took phenomenal care of my dog, Puck. I discovered Puck had a fractured tooth just a few hours before I was to drop him off. Joanna gave me updates on it during his entire stay and made me feel very reassured. She also knitted him a bandana and sewed him a little blanket with his name on it. I know Puck felt loved during this stay and I cannot recommend Joanna enough!”

“Camila & Lino were great caretakers of our guy Bruce, a Siberian Husky. This was his first time away from us in a new space and Camila & Lino were prompt and empathetic in addressing our questions and concerns. They were also conscientious about our guys quirks and managed his interactions with the others. Bruce seemed well and relaxed when home. Great experience!”

“Ravon and her husband were the nicest people! They took great care of out 3 cats, Great communicator! Sent pictures and updates to let us know how the cats were doing, highly recommend.”

“Denise did a wonderful job of looking after our toy poodle and golden retriever. They clearly loved the large fenced backyard and the loving care they received during their stay. When we came to pick them up, we found two happy and relaxed canines who were just as goofy and playful as the day we dropped them off. I highly recommend Denise to anyone looking for a good Rover B-n-B for their pets.”

“Marilyn was phenomenal with Hudson, and he had such a great time!! Daily updates and pictures showed a very happy pup and it was clear from the start that Marilyn and her family knew how to take great care of dogs. Marilyn was also very accommodating and flexible when my plans changed, and I appreciate all the care going into taking care of Hudson!”

“Olivia is an exceptional dog sitter! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals. She was incredibly professional and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout my trip. This was our first time leaving our pups with anyone other than family.Olivia followed all my care instructions perfectly and even went the extra mile by taking Sox for extra walks and giving him lots of love and attention. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
