“I couldn't be happier with the care my two older dogs received! Amanda was attentive, reliable, and clearly loves animals. My dogs both require medications and she administered them with no issues. She kept me updated with daily photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Finn and Skye came home happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. It's such a relief to know I have someone I can trust with my dog when I travel. Her children also were helpful and played with my dogs while in her care. They sent the dogs home with the cutest hand-drawn pictures. Highly recommend!”

“I have to admit, I had never used rover it was last minute. My usual boarders we're full, but i came across Valerie and her profile made me take that chance. Im so glad i did she was amazing! She sent pics everyday, she made my trip more relaxed and i was at ease. I will use her services again my dogs loved her.”

“Ms. Lorraine was AMAZING. She took great care of Cairo for his first time away from us. Her communication was timely and she made sure to keep us informed with pictures and videos. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again Ms. Lorraine!”

“Our dogs had such a great time with Katrin! She has plenty of outdoor space for them to explore and truly treated them as if they were her own. She even mixed their meals with rice bc they had upset stomachs! She gave us plenty of updates and pictures, and our dogs always looked so happy in the photos. We will definitely book with her again!!”

“Leaving our Ollie with Kerri for the 7 days we were out of town was the BEST decision we could have possibly made. She is super easy to communicate with. She has studied animal behaviors so I knew that no matter how many dogs she had (it was the 4th of July week-busy!) she would make the right decisions with how to handle our girl. She would send pictures and videos so we could see our girl. Kerri is very professional yet extremely easy to talk to and oh so friendly. Just use her-she’s the best. We didn’t know if Ollie would want to come back home to us bc she had so much fun at Kerri’s! Ha!”

“Very pleasant experience, Violette took exceptional care of Benji and kept in touch with pictures and videos. I could tell by the pictures and videos that he was having a great time with her and the other dogs. Will definitely use Violette again! Highly highly recommended!!!”

“Melissa was great with King! She sent lots of pictures, had great communication and accommodated him with care. I could tell he was well taken care of. Would definitely book again! :)”

“Romel and Carolina were amazing. They gave timely updates and Anchovy looked to be having a blast. They were very responsive and I appreciate the time and care they put into Anchovy’s stay.”

“Danielle was great with my dog. He’s older and can be a bit extra but she was super. Send lots of pics and videos. Would definitely book with Danielle again- thank you!”

“Jeremy and family are excellent. We got stuck on our last boarding and had to add an extra day due to a problem with flight delays. We appreciate the flexibility. Kirkby has a great time interacting with his large dogs and always comes home a tired, happy puppy 😆”

“Sharon is fantastic with our dogs. We have used her 2 times and have already booked a third. It has been easy to leave Benji and Zoe with her knowing they will be well cared for. Zoe gets a lot of exercise with her new best playmate while Benji gets to chill. They both receive lots of attention and we receive lots of pictures and videos. We highly recommend Sharon and plan on using her services often. We would give her a 10 if we could.”

“I was able to fully enjoy my vacation while David watched my dog! He told me I could send a message asking what they were up to and he would reply and send some pictures! Knowing my dog was safe and having fun allowed me to have an amazing trip! You can tell David is a true dog person and really likes what he does!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Camila & Lino! They were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented during our meet and greet, which left me with confidence that Story would be happy and well-cared for during her stay. They were also super communicative and helpful when or travel plans changed. Thanks again Camila & Lino!”

“Carol and her family were very welcoming of Remy and they took him in right at the last minute as another dog sitter did not work out due to other dogs being a little aggressive. Carol and her family took a risk having a new dog that has not been introduced to their dog and I am so grateful of that. When I came back to pick up Remy they had nothing but compliments of how well behaved my dog was as I knew my dog is very well behaved and gets along with everybody. I highly recommend Carol and her family for anybody looking for a dog sitter.”

“I really appreciated Sony's focus on keeping the dogs calm from the first meet-and-greet to when I picked them up after their stay. Drop-off and pickup were super streamlined so that the dogs aren't all nervous and I could easily get the dogs in and then bring their supplies in separately. By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
