About: About ten years ago, a friend of mine asked, "Jenny, do you think it's a coincidence that you love every cat you meet or are you going to admit you're a cat lady?" I didn't grow up with cats, so as an adult, when I was confronted with another cat in my friend group or dating partner, I found myself endlessly delighted by each of their quirks. Each cat I have come across seems to be unique, quirky, and alternately fastidious and charming. The one piece of advice a previous partner said that I've never forgotten is "Ru will tell you how she likes to be pet". And that piece of advice has proven its weight every time it's tested. I have a 9yo domestic short hair tabby of 9lbs and she's a precious sweetheart. Recently she's become an outdoor porch cat, which has delighted me as much as it has given me anxious pause every time she wanders where I can't see her. I have previous experience in house sitting a friend's 2 cats while they went on vacations. Point me to where the food is, let me know what your particular needs are, and I'll be there to help care for your baby/ies while you're away.

About: We would love to welcome you to our family! We currently have four dogs and three cats who love playing in our fenced-in yard. I have always had a passion for working with and caring for animals. Growing up, I was raised around all types of animals. My family would rescue, care for, and rehabilitate sick or injured kittens and puppies. I would help clean wounds, bottle-feed young animals, and care for all the animals that came through our home. I also have experience providing emergency veterinary services to various animals. My partner also has a lot of experience taking care of animals. She has worked as a kennel assistant at a veterinary hospital and was a puppy raiser for a service dog. We offer daycare as well as overnight stays. We are comfortable providing medication to your pet and helping make them as comfortable as possible. During your pet's visit, they have the opportunity to play alongside our pets or can have a separate space for themselves. I currently work part-time on Mondays and Tuesdays but am home the rest of the week. My partner works from home, so there is always someone at home to play with and take care of your pets. We are often home all weekend unless we are taking a hike with our dogs. Our home offers a fenced-in yard for your fur babies to explore during the day and walks can be taken around the neighborhood. Our cats spend most of their time in the enclosed porch so they can be away from your pets if necessary and our two youngest dogs sleep in cages at night. We can easily provide a crate for your pet during the day or at night if requested and there is space for them to have their own space away from our pets as well.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. Dogs seem to take to me well. I’ve worked as a junior groomer for a few months and trained my own dog. Not professionally, but he listens and understands. I’ve always loved dogs and been an animal person! I have an almost 4 month old baby so I have been a SAHM. I am retired so your pet care is my first responsibility. During the summer, I will walk in the morning with potty breaks in the afternoon if it's too hot. About: I have had dogs from 30lbs to 150 lbs and I have loved them all! In my free time I volunteer hiking with dogs at a local animal shelter. And spend the rest of the time spoiling my two fur babies at home. I work remote and have a flexible schedule that can accommodate a wide range of needs during the weekdays as well as on the weekends. My two fur babies are trained to listen off leash, but love to go for walks on leash. One is a couch potatoes that can be trusted and one a wild puppy that is crate trained. So I am used to a wide range of care needs.

I work early mornings so that I am available afternoons and evenings any day of the week. I am often in Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham and Hillsborough.
