Chelsea has a kind, calming and caring way about her that they picked up on immediately. She sent pics and updates daily and responded to my texts. My husband said i was so much more relaxed than usual about being away from them. I felt very comfortable leaving them in Chelsea's care. i truly didn't worry about them at all. We always had to board T&L in the past. This was our first time using Rover snd we couldn't have been happier. They are so much happier in their own home with their usual routine. Katharine is awesome! We had a last minute Saturday overnight trip to see our daughter and son-in-law and needed someone to look after our dog, Tasha. We don't do crate boarding so we needed someone to either take Tasha into their home or come dog sit at our house. Katharine responded very quickly to our sitter request. She stayed at our house and took great care of Tasha. Walked her several times a day, played with her, and made sure she got her meals and plenty of water. Tasha told me afterwords that she really enjoyed Katharine taking care of her. We will definitely use Katharine again!
Reagan was absolutely amazing with our dogs! We have two large breeds - a Cane Corso and a Rottweiler/pitbull mix - who can definitely come off as intimidating, but they are total sweethearts. Reagan handled them with so much confidence and care, which immediately put us at ease. She communicated with us daily, sending updates and making sure we always knew how they were doing. It meant so much while we were away. She made sure they got plenty of exercise with walks and lots of fetch to burn off their energy. On top of that, we came home to a house that was exactly as we left it, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely book Reagan again and highly recommend her!
We had such a wonderful experience with our pet sitter! This was our first time leaving Ellie and Rowdy, and she made us feel completely at ease. She kept us updated, was very attentive, and you could tell she truly cared about them. Ellie can be a little unsure at first and Rowdy is very attached, but they both warmed up to her quickly and were happy, playful, and well cared for. She handled everything perfectly—even their little personalities—and made sure they were comfortable the entire time. It meant so much to know they were in good hands while we were away. Emma is truly an angel on earth. During the ice storm, she stayed at my house for over 12 hours with no power and no heat just to make sure my dogs were safe and cared for. When it became clear the situation wasn’t improving, she didn’t hesitate, she packed them up and brought them into her own home with her sweet boyfriend and their three dogs, treating them like her own. When I couldn’t safely make it back to Oxford due to road conditions, she kept them for two extra nights without question. In the middle of an incredibly stressful and emotional situation, Emma became my greatest sense of relief. Her constant communication, thoughtful updates, and genuine compassion meant more to me than I can put into words. Emma is the true definition of a good human, and I would trust her with my dogs again in a heartbeat.
