I’ve been pet sitting consistently since 2018 and have built lasting relationships with many repeat clients who trust me with their pets year after year. I have experience administering medications, working extensively with senior pets, and providing individualized care based on each animal’s unique needs and personality. I also have some experience reinforcing training and maintaining consistency with established commands and routines. My background includes a degree in Biological Sciences, where I studied subjects such as animal behavior and physiology. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. During the week, I work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and have a lunch break that allows me to come home for midday potty breaks, walks, and check-ins. I typically walk in the mornings before work, return home at lunch, and then spend additional time walking, playing, and relaxing with pets after work. On weekends, my schedule is even more flexible. Whether I’m spending time around the house, visiting a local park, or enjoying time around town, I love having dogs join me when appropriate. I intentionally plan my weekends around the pets in my care, and activities are always tailored to each animal’s age, energy level, personality, and needs. Whether your pet prefers long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or extra support as a senior, they’ll receive plenty of attention, affection, and individualized care. When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any other care preferences provided by the owner. I understand that pets are often most comfortable in their familiar environment, so I focus on providing consistent care, companionship, and attention while you’re away. I am highly observant and attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy levels, or overall well-being, and I communicate regularly with owners through updates and photos. While my backyard is not fenced, it offers a large open area for supervised outdoor time, and I currently have no immediate neighbors, creating a quiet environment for pets to enjoy. Inside, there is ample space for dogs and cats to relax, play, and move around freely based on their individual personalities and comfort levels. I also have experience caring for pets in my home, including housing and caring for one of my roommate's dogs for an extended period this past May. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve grown up caring for 5 dogs, a cat, a tortoise, and plenty of other pets over the years, so being around animals feels very natural to me. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, and I always try to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I’ve helped take care of pets for friends, family, and neighbors by feeding them, walking them, playing with them, and giving them lots of attention. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or older, I’m patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m currently in class Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am–12pm, and I work Friday and Saturday nights, but outside of those times I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available most afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing with them, or just giving them company and attention while you’re away. At our house during college, we’ve had 3 cats, so I’m very used to caring for animals daily and understanding different personalities and routines. I’ve also helped take care of foster dogs from the animal shelter, which taught me patience and how to work with pets that may be nervous or need extra attention. About: I currently work in veterinary medicine and am enrolled in vet tech school, so caring for animals is something I’m passionate about both professionally and personally. I have experience handling pets of different sizes, temperaments, and medical needs, and I always prioritize safety, patience, and comfort. I work at an Animal hospital in Oxford currently, so I have lots of free time to take care of furry friends! I also spend most of my time at home! Although I do stay in a tiny home, I have access to the dog park right up the road! I am more than willing to carry your pup to the dog park multiple times a day if needed, it’s almost a 5 min drive! If sitting at your place, I’m still happy to take them to the dog park! I can also send updates on how you’re pets doing throughout the day with pictures!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. Labs, Sheppards, goldens, etc I love them all. I’m very active and love to go on a nice walk or throw the ball with the dog! I currently have a block schedule for school. Only Tuesday / Thursday classes so I tend to have a pretty clear schedule on other days. I love to go on walks outside so it would be easy for me to incorporate a dog into that. I feed dogs and play with them or walk them. Dogs typically like me and feel comfortable with me around. I am clean and dependable.
