I would give 10 stars if I could! Jenna watched our dog last minute for the weekend and even came back late one night when we had travel delays to make sure our dog was taken care of! You could tell by every single picture and update we received that our dog was so happy and obsessed with Jenna! She always took him on long walks and spent time at in our house just spending time with him and making sure he was so well taken care of. She is extremely responsible and thorough and communicated with me the entire time we were away. I could not recommend more!

I hesitate to review Mason because I’m worried she will become so popular that I won’t be able to book her in the future. She is a great communicator and very dependable. I know that my cats will be just as loved and cared for when she visits as if I were home to do so myself! Mason also takes the best pictures (like straight up glamour shots) to send - clearly my cats love her too. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
