About: I have three trained dogs of all sizes and ages (a 8yr old cocker, a 14 yr old lab, and a 7 month old st. bernard). My furry babies are friendly with children and other dogs. We frequently explore the McFarland dog park so let me know if you feel comfortable with bringing your pup along! Otherwise I have a good sized, fenced in backyard for the animals to stretch, run and play. I am a special education teacher for elementary aged students. Over summer months I focus my time and energy on my kiddos and dogs. We love the outdoors! I will have plenty of flexibility and time to work around your pups' toileting and exercise schedule. Willing and able to follow your individualized needs for your fur baby. I am very present (especially during summer months when I am not teaching) so can make sure your pup is getting all the love and attention they deserve.

About: I grew up on a farm here in Dane County and have experience looking after many species: large animal, small animal, fish, reptiles, birds, and of course cats and dogs! I have officially been petsitting since 2018 but have watched the pets of friends and family much longer than that. I received my degree in Animal and Veterinary Biosciences from UW Madison in 2023 with an emphasis in nutrition, and I worked at a pet food store for 6 years previous to that, so I am happy to accommodate any special feeding requests. I own two large protection breed dogs myself, but have also owned and petsat small breed dogs, so I have no size or breed exception. I am happy to work with reactive dogs as long as you help me to have a thorough understanding of what scares/upsets them. Please reach out to me if you have any questions! I am happy to do overnights, stay long term, or do just quick drop ins. I currently am working 8:30-5 M-F so I am typically unavailable during those hours. I am happy to do overnights, long term stays, drop in visits, or walks I make sure to go over all of the owners requests and requirements and to follow all rules. I am clean and tidy and will leave your house as I found it.

About: I grew up caring for pets of all kinds, and for the past six years have cared for a behaviorally complex (but wonderful!) rescue pup. Our journey has taught me a ton about training, and about patience. As a result, I am very understanding of dogs and other animals that deal with reactivity — we are a shame-free household! I work full time, but my schedule is flexible on my work-from-home days and on weekends, which gives me plenty of time to care for and love on your pets. As a detail-oriented, attentive person, I will be sure to follow any instructions you have for your pet’s care. Otherwise, I will use my best judgment and careful attention to the safety and health of your pet to make all other decisions while they’re in my care.

I grew up around various dog breeds and other exotic pets so I'm well versed in pet personalities! I've worked in 3 doggy daycares over the past 5 years and have loved every second of it ! I'm able to administrator medication as well to senior or special care pets ! Currently working a few side gigs so my schedule is super flexible! I'm used to different sized dogs so wrangling them into crates or rooms as needed is no problem ! I’ve dealt with many puppies and young animals in my life, so if you have young pets, I got you! I can’t count how many times I have had to bathe and groom my own or other people’s pets. About: Hi I’m chloe! I was the kid who begged for a dog every single day until my parents finally gave in when I was 10 and honestly, it changed my life. We’ve had dogs ever since, and they’ve taught me so much about love, loyalty, and joy. I’ve been pet sitting for the past eight years now, and I be can honestly say i’ve made a bond with every dog I’ve cared for. I’ve recently become a hairstylist, and one unexpected perk has been a flexible schedule. My mom didn’t waste a second before appointing me her personal pet sitter and honestly, I lucked out. Now I get to hang with her dog a few times a week, soak up some sunshine, and make regular trips to the dog park. It’s become my favorite part of the week! I care for pets with lots of love and attention just like I do with my two dogs. Even though they technically belong to my parents and I don’t live with them anymore, I consider them my own and always make time to see them. About: I do a good amount of dog sitting a year for my family, friends, and colleagues. They rely on me to walk, feed, take out, play, administer medication if needed, and snuggle their loved companion while they are away. Most people love puppies and don't get me wrong puppies are great. But my heart belongs to middle aged and senior dogs. If you chose your dog to stay with me they would need to be potty trained. I am very organized and detail oriented. I am calm in an emergency and adapt to best fit the care your loved one needs. I also ensure to maintain consistent communication with my furry guest’s parents with updates and pictures. For reassurance I would want to verify proper information like; emergency numbers, preferred emergency vet, typical feeding and feeding routine, microchip identification, and places they like to go. I would need the fur parent to provide additional information on; Does your dog have any food aggressions? Is your dog crate trained or do they prefer to roam? I recently graduated with a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, but enjoy being around animals. I am a big fan of the outdoors (usually above 40 degrees). I am very crafty, and love projects from painting, to making doggie bandanas! I even get the pets to join in on the painting process. Currently I am job searching. I am home most days and run errands when needed. Because I will be home, that means I can be one on one with your pet. Giving them all of the attention, cuddles and snuggles, and treats they deserve. I will also have a lot of flexibility, so I can go to clients' residences to let out, feed, play, walk your companion if you decide it's best not to change their environment while you are away. My home offers a safe and stable environment. It can be customized to ensure the best possible environment for your dog. I live alone on the 3rd floor of a condo building. It has access to both the elevator and stairs. A very calm and quiet space and no worries for unwanted dog interactions. There is plenty of space to utilize for dogs that are 30 lb or less to play and run around and if owens would like to bring their dog’s crate. In the area there is a great walking path. In my home your dog can sleep wherever it chooses! Whether that be on my bed, or in their crate. I want to make sure they are as comfortable as possible. When caring for a pet in my home I make it crucial to keep my home clean, decluttered and have all cleaning products off the floor and stored out of your pets reach.

About: Hey pet people! My name is Lauren and I recently made a career change allowing me a flexible schedule. I'm looking for a little extra income and thought I'd try out Rover. I'll do great with energetic dogs that need a lot of exercise. I have a 12 year old pitbull mix named GB that is still super active and gets mistaken for a puppy all the time (biggest compliment ever!). He plays well with other dogs too. We live next to a dog park so if I hosted you can be sure your pet will get lots of exercise and socializing if they are comfortable with that. I'll also mention that I live with my boyfriend so there will be no shortage of attention for your loved one! I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!
