About: Hi! My name is Katie and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, we always had cats in the house and when I was 12, I got my first dog. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I recently moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University but I try to visit my furbabies at home as much as possible. My roommate, Jimme, and I love animals and spend as much time with them as we can, whether it's visiting pets we know, spending an afternoon in pet shops, or volunteering for various animal organizations. We are both active people and love going on long walks through our neighborhood. I am a very responsible, attentive sitter and treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. One of my favorite things to do when caring for a pet is to take lots of pictures! You can be sure that I will keep you updated on all the activities we do so you never have to worry about your pet while you are away. You can expect your dog to be spoiled with treats, cuddles, and lots of playtime while visiting! I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I often work remotely here in Wichita, so I am available to care for your pet all day! I am extremely flexible and can usually modify repeat bookings as requested. One of the first things I like to do with the pets in my care is gain their trust by feeding and playing with them. Then, we go on walks around the neighborhood to get some exercise and explore. Dogs are usually ready for a treat and a nap when we get back home so I let them relax before we do it all again!

About: After a weekend touring some well intentioned "pet ranches" for an upcoming trip, we were disheartened as the places smelled of urine, were very noisy, & seemed over-crowded. We felt that our dog would just be a number in their system & we figured there had to be a better way to care for our favorite four legged family member when we left town and that is when we discovered Rover. We then thought that becoming sitters ourselves would help the community in finding a loving environment for their furry friends when they needed a place to stay too! We offer a clean, large, pet-friendly, living space with a gated-in back yard. We have one dog, Hadley (lab retriever mix), that loves to play with other dogs. Also in the house, is Kyra, our teen daughter who loves all animals equally, and our teen son, Kaleb, who loves to play ball & tug-o-war with your pet. I work out of the home so I am around to meet your pet's needs and my wife loves to snuggle with furry friends after a long day's work. We only accept one family's dog(s) at a time so that we can give your pet the attention it so desperately needs. We are your perfect answer to finding a loving and caring place for 4 legged family member when you can't take her with you.

About: I have always had animals growing up and currently have a lab of my own. I love being around animals and getting to meet and take care of them! I am starting surgical tech school and don’t have the time to work full time so I am looking to make some extra money when I can and make money doing something I really enjoy! About: I have been caring for all kinds of animals for 7+ years. Including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and more! I am responsible for a variety of tasks including replenishing food and water, grooming, taking pets to vet appointments, administering medicine, taking dogs out for a walk, and most importantly.. providing companionship. I am very flexible during the day-time to take care of your pets and even can even offer overnight care, while they are in the comfort of your home! I love taking dogs on walks anytime of the day. Typically, the owner will explain the feeding schedule to me before hand or if comfortable, just simply leaving a detailed schedule for their dog(s). I am responsible for following the given schedule and giving plenty of time for potty breaks, feedings, playing..etc. This also may include cleaning up any accidents that possibly could occur.

About: I have 30+years of experience with many kinds of animals. I have personally owned: dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guineas, horses and a goat, pig and miniature donkey! I am finally at a place in my life where I own a house and can have pets, so I have a terrier mix who is my little buddy at all times! I am very comfortable with both puppies/kittens and senior animals and a quick learner for any specific needs/attention/love pets need :) I work from home and have a very flexible schedule during the week! I am single and typically around on the evenings/weekends. I just have my schedule to manage, so as long as I am available, I'll be there! About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 8, staring from reptiles to common in-home pets. I bathe, walk, feed, play, monitor, etc. Your fur baby will be in great hands. I’m currently working from home so your pup or kitty would be in good hands and will be monitored the whole time they’re away from home. I have a fenced yard and reliable transportation so if your fur baby would like to go to a doggy park that’s included! I also have a playful welcoming pup.

About: I have experience working with dogs and for two years. I have taken CPR classes for cats and dogs and have extensive knowledge on first aid. I currently work evenings throughout the week but I am available almost every day depending on the time. I work with all dog breeds on the daily and am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to size and energy level! I currently work at a vet clinic where I have been trained to orally medicate dogs and give injections if needed. I have also taken a class to learn pet CPR if an emergency where to ever arise while you’re pets are in my care! I take pet safety incredibly serious, everything about the service provided will be discussed prior and after the service is completed. Transparency is key!
