Dog Walking Ken-Mar

About: I am the girl who sees a dog out in public and will always give it a belly rub! I have had dogs and cats since I was born but fully took on the responsibility of dog/cat watching, feeding, walking, and over all care for about 6 years now. I have 2 families I have consistently dog watched for 2 years now but am happy to meet more furry friends. My own personal fuzzy companions consist of 4 dogs and 5 cats! I am currently a full time student at Wichita State University. I am in Student Ambassador Society and in then sorority Alpha Phi. I am only in school 4 out of the 7 days, as well as long breaks between classes and a flexible schedule! I am well experienced with reactive dogs, dog kennels and crates, and friends who pull what feels like double my body weight on long walks. I am comfortable with over night care and well as assisting with appointments!

About: I come from a dog & cat-loving family. I love being and playing with dogs & cats. When my friends and family go out of town they trust me with their fur babies. I will stop by, play, walk with them, and care for their general needs. I have also had dogs & cats all my life. So I know exactly how to take care of them.I also have a 12-year-old son who loves animals. He would love to be able to play with them just as much as I would. I know how important your fur babies are. I can promise to take care of them and treat them like my own. With me, you can rest easy knowing they're in great hand! I work M-F full time. Dogs staying in my house would need to be used to and able to be home alone up to 4 hours at a time.I will come home at lunch and let them out. I also have puppy pads I can lay down if they need them. I have a fenced-in yard and a big enough bedroom that I can crate or separate your pets if needed. I do have 2 cats but they will want nothing to do with your baby and stay out of your pet's way.

About: I’ve been a dog owner since I was born. Since 2019 I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds- big, small, puppy, senior and special needs. I’ve volunteered for the Humane Society and fostered through WAAL. My family has had 3 foster fails! I am a natural caretaker when it comes to animals and guarantee I will treat your pet as my own. I am a cautious pet owner who does well at reading the signals of an animals and anticipating their behavior and needs. I do not work in the summers, so I can care for pets full time. From May to August, I’m free all day every day, most days. From August to May, I work 8-4 on weekdays. I live in an apartment so sadly I cannot offer boarding at this time. My partner is available to watch our dogs while I watch yours at your home.

About: I have cared for both small and large breed dogs. 1 dog in my care required medication 2 a day. I have not met a dog that didn’t like me. I am retired from the main stream work force and have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies. My schedule is flexible for day visits or extended periods. I am able to stay with your fur babies in your home. I believe this keeps the animal safe and secure without the additional stress of their parents leaving them.

About: Hi! My name is Katie and I have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, we always had cats in the house and when I was 12, I got my first dog. When I was little, I ran a small pet sitting service in my neighborhood and had so much fun taking care of dogs and cats of all sizes. I recently moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University but I try to visit my furbabies at home as much as possible. My roommate, Jimme, and I love animals and spend as much time with them as we can, whether it's visiting pets we know, spending an afternoon in pet shops, or volunteering for various animal organizations. We are both active people and love going on long walks through our neighborhood. I am a very responsible, attentive sitter and treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. One of my favorite things to do when caring for a pet is to take lots of pictures! You can be sure that I will keep you updated on all the activities we do so you never have to worry about your pet while you are away. I often work remotely here in Wichita, so I am available to care for your pet all day! I am extremely flexible and can usually modify repeat bookings as requested. One of the first things I like to do with the pets in my care is gain their trust by feeding and playing with them. Then, we go on walks around the neighborhood to get some exercise and explore. Dogs are usually ready for a treat and a nap when we get back home so I let them relax before we do it all again!

I’ve been dog sitting for years and I have been working at Sydney’s pet resort as a supervisor for 4 years now!
