“Cara was wonderful from the first meet and greet and throughout her stay. She accommodated changes due to the passing of our one dog and comforting Luna during her transition to being a single dog. Luna had tummy issues and Cara stayed with her and gave her medication. I would absolutely use Cara again.”

“Ashley was absolutely wonderful! We have 2 dogs - an extremely shy 8lb, 1 year old cavapoo Aja, and an amiable Cavalier King Charles Sandy boy. Ashley house sat for us overnight and it was the first time a non family member took care of our fur babies. She was extremely respectful of the Cavapoo Aja and had great patience in getting her used to her. She sent numerous pictures and updates to our delight. The doggie care plans were followed exactly. We highly recommend Ashley and would not hesitate to hire her again.”

About: For more than 20 years, our life has been rooted in service and travel — first as a retired military family, and later as mission workers serving orphaned youth in the Dominican Republic. Through those experiences, home became especially meaningful to me. Some of the greatest joy in my life has come from raising my children, caring for our animals, and tending to our small homestead. Now that we are happily settled in Naples for good and my children are getting older, I have the opportunity to devote more time to caring for the homes and animals of others with the same love and attention I give my own. I am a homesteading and homeschooling Mom with older children, so my day is flexible with notice. I can do drop in visits to your home within a reasonable distance or stay over night keeping your pets comfortable in their own home as well. Because of the number of animals we already have on our little homestead, I’m only able to offer care for your fur-baby in your home.
“Sean and my boys hit it off right away. It’s so fortunate I am able to travel and feel comfortable with who has my boys and living in my home. Not once did I worry. Every day I got a picture of my boys in different locations of our home and I had NO worries. Thank you Rover.com and thank you Sean.”

About: I have been taking care of pets for the past two years. I love all breeds of dogs from small to big. I have done housesitting, visits, and dog walks. I cannot wait to meet more dogs! Pet care works with me almost every day that I am in town. I can work most hours and find time for your dog. I have lots of extra time I would love to spend walking a dog outside. I can care for any pet in any way the owner wishes. This is an addition to playing and giving the animal my full attention.
About: I care for dogs with a calm, attentive approach tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether that means providing structure for high-energy dogs, a gentle pace for anxious ones, or consistency with routines, my goal is to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every dog like my own, making sure they’re well cared for, settled, and at ease. I work from home, which allows me to be present and provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. My schedule is very flexible, and I’m available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s routine, as no specific day or time is off the table. I provide a clean, calm, and secure environment for pets in my care. I live on the ground floor of a gated community in a spacious home, making potty breaks and supervision easy and consistent. I don’t have any pets of my own, so your dog will have my full attention. I prioritize safety, comfort, and routine, and can accommodate crating if needed.

I currently have flexible availability and offer dog walking, drop-in visits for cats and dogs, and pet/house sitting. I enjoy spending time with animals and am happy to accommodate your pet’s routine, whether that means daytime walks, evening check-ins, or overnight care. I respect your home, keep spaces clean, and provide regular updates so you feel confident knowing your pet is in good hands.
“Amber was great to work with while she stayed in our home with our three dogs. She loved on them all weekend and we could tell the dogs were happy and much more comfortable at home than at a kennel.”

“Highly recommend Athena as your sitter! She is kind and thoughtful. Very responsible. She responded to my messages almost immediately every time I reached out and that was so important to me. My house was cleaner when I got home then before I left, lol… I will absolutely use her services again!!”

About: Almost a year ago, I experienced the loss of my beloved dog, Max, who had been by my side his entire life. I provided him with the highest level of care and attention, ensuring he lived a long, happy, and healthy life. Max’s passing was due to old age, and while it was a difficult goodbye, I take pride in knowing he was cherished and given premium care every step of the way. My experience caring for him has deepened my commitment to treating every dog I look after with the same love, patience, and respect that I gave to Max. Im currently searching for full-time work in my area. In the meantime would like to make some cash helping take care of your pet. :) I take my dog for daily walks, feed him at various times, make sure he gets outside enough to go potty. Spend time petting and loving on them is always number 1.
“She was amazing watching our pups. We got pictures every single day and updates. She arrived on time and let us know. When she left. She cleaned up after herself. I would recommend her to anybody that's looking for in-house dog sitting. She is definitely reliable.”
“Ana was absolutely amazing with Ella and Lacey! From the moment we connected, I could tell how much she genuinely cares for animals. She took excellent care of both of them, sending regular updates, adorable photos, and making sure they were comfortable, happy, and well-loved while I was away. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. I would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and loving caregiver for their pets. Thank you Ana! 🐾❤️”

“My senior dog had special needs after having a heart surgery. I had my own medical procedures that needed attention as soon as possible. 2 1/2 months after my dog had his surgery it became apparent I needed to leave him with a dog sitter. I have never left my dog with a sitter and had heard the negative reviews of dog sitters experiences for longer stays like I needed of 10 days. Laurie was amazing! She followed all of my instructions to the letter. She made me feel very comfortable leaving him with her. He had all of his medications on time and she took him out sometimes every 3 hours as he requested. When I arrived home he was in better physical condition than when I left him and continued to heal and recover from his surgery under Laurie Fox care. I highly recommend this pet sitter. She sent me photos and messages and it was a very professional and comforting experience.”

“Dannie was amazing with our 13 year old dog Sienna! She followed all the directions for taking care of her and was great about sending us updates and pictures throughout the day. I would highly recommend her especially if you are nervous about leaving your dog when you travel. She put our mind at ease and helped us enjoy our trip. We will definitely be hiring her again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: I’ve owned pets my entire life, mainly dogs. I have owned a variety of breeds but mainly chihuahuas, and now care for my German Shepherd and two cats daily. Your animal’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always come first. I update my availability based on when I’m home in Florida from school. Isabella is excellent! She is very sweet and professional; you and your pup will be sure to feel comfortable right away. She went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I am grateful to have someone reliable that I can count on to stop in for a walk or stay at my home.

Joanna is trustworthy, friendly, punctual but most noteworthy is that she treats and spoils your pet like her own. She sends pictures and updates and is very responsive. Her kind, calm spirit eased my anxious dog immediately. She is my go-to person for dog sitting.
Kat is wonderful. The best dog sitter ever! She stayed at my house for 12 days and took wonderful care of my 3 Jack Russell Terriers. When I came home they looked great and very happy. Additionally, Kat went above and beyond and cleaned the house and washed all the linens and towels which was very helpful to me. I highly recommend Kat and she will be my first call if I need help with the dogs in the future.
