He gave us updates each day, we hadn’t asked for daily updates but we were pleased that he sent them. We have used dog sitters before and by a massive margin Ryker has been the best yet!! “Erin is the most amazing soul I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I had a different rover sitter scheduled weeks in advance that was supposed to stay in my house with my 2 frenchies while I went back to MD to visit with family. The night before my flight I received a message from the sitter saying he could not make it & the booking was cancelled, needless to say I was panicking trying to find someone last minute. It turns out that was the biggest blessing because Erin saved my entire trip! She is so wonderful! She was willing to stop by my house an hour after contacting her so I could show her where everything was and so she could meet Loki and Diesel. She treated my frenchies as if they were her own! She sent me updates, videos and pictures multiple times a day! I always worry about someone watching my dogs because I have one frenchie who is jealous and shows aggression towards my other frenchie. That did not deter Erin, she accepted the challenge and navigated everything with patience and grace!
