About: I've rescued multiple cats and dogs since I was a child and have intermediate experience with walking dogs and petsitting. I currently live with three medium-large dogs. My parents were strict and didn't allow pets, but I love animals and want to adopt dogs in the future! I'm a full-time student who also works part-time, but in the summer, I have very few availability restrictions! The only day I can't walk or visit your pets is Sunday. I have petsat dogs small-large with a wide range of preferences and differences. I love interacting with friendly pups, but I also have experience with rescues and anxious dogs, and I know to give them space. I'm very excited to learn about your pets and give them love!

About: I have taken care all sorts of pets for as long as I can remember! I love all types of animals, and they love me. I have lived on a farm So I have experience with goats, pigs, donkeys, chickens and ducks! I am as free as a bird to walk and sit your wonderful pet(s). All types of pets! Sundays I go to church in the morning! I care for your pets at your home, I will keep your dog company and care for them as if they were my own pets!

“Breannae was great! She walked my dog while I was out of town. I had someone watching her at home, but wanted her to get exercise and interaction while I was gone. She sent lots of pictures and kept me up to date on how Bonnie was doing. Awesome job!”

About: I have a bachelor’s degree in animal and equine science. I am a certified veterinary technician and skilled with medication administration. I have owned my own pet sitting business for 12 years Pets are my life. They always come as my number one priority and yours will as well! Every day revolves around the animals and pets first. Everything else is secondary. I have 2 acres that are completely fenced in and an additional back yard that is fully fenced and walled. Pets are free to sleep on beds, couches or wherever else they are comfortable.

About: I've had experience caring for both dogs and cats as family pets since I was a young child, and have also cared for more exotic animals such as rodents, fish, and reptiles. I currently own two fancy rats and a crested gecko. I can adapt to many animals and their unique care needs. I am currently on summer break from graduate school, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. During the school year (approx august - may), I will be taking classes at the UofA, but will still be available for a more limited pet care schedule. I can provide feeding, cleaning, and play for your pets in the comfort of your own home, especially for pets that need specific handling that might not be served in a boarding situation (for instance, cats and dogs with travel anxiety, pets in permanent enclosures like fish tanks, etc.). I am also an avid plant collector, and can provide watering for any house plants that might need them.

About: I’ve cared for personal animals all my life, including dogs, cats, chickens, horses, birds, and more. As a foster dog mom, I’ve cared for sick little bodies and broken souls, bringing the most shut down pups love and care until they move to their forever home. I have open availability for pet sitting and plenty of time for potty breaks, exercise, and general love! I’m happy to visit as much as your pet needs throughout the day or spend extended time as needed. I have a dog friendly, playful dog of my own that can come as needed for socialization and play time at your request. I will follow your instructions to a t to ensure your pet’s health and happiness. I know how I would want my own pet cared for (high standards here!) and want to provide that same experience for yours.

“Helene was great! Very responsible, responsive, and thorough. And Stuart loves her! :)”

About: I am a behavioral analyst by trade; yet enjoy the simple things of life! Even though I enjoy being of service within society, I enjoy the responsibilities in supporting the fur-babies of today. I used to personally travel for work and now find myself enjoying the Arizona sunshine and much needed rest. There is something awesome about creating a safe space and environment that is new and yet familiar for both parent and pets. Behavior Analyst turned farm lover with a city girl vibe! Fostered cats for two years while swimming in Florida, 15yrs with horses in our Phoenix, Arizona backyard and helped puppy train while in Indiana/Georgia. If you ask my mother I am very meticulous when it comes to clean floors and if you ask my father I can dig fence post wholes faster then he can sneeze ;-).

About: My family bred Labradors when I was in my early teens, but long before that I was already taking care of animals. I had my very own "vet clinic", where I would nurse our family dog back to life with magic water and small pieces of scotch tape. This proved helpful as I got older and our second family dog unfortunately suffered from kidney failure which she stood a 16% chance of surviving as well as it resulting in life long diabetes. But thanks to my relentlessly loving mother and her very determined daughter, we were able to revive her spirit and continued on to have six wonderful years with her. I now live with my parents in Tucson and we have two beautiful labradors an eight year old named Murphy and a one year old named Georgie Pearl. Murphy suffers from liver infections and therefore the reason I mainly do in home services! I am currently a full time employee at Culinary Dropout and work 32 hours a week. My daily schedules shift from time to time but rest assured that if you book with me I make your pups a priority and will be there to accommodate your needs the best I can. My mom loves to help me out if I work long days and is willing to go the distance to get to your pups! On average I work 7-8 hours daily 5 days a week! I care for pets like I would care for a child because I see them as such. Just little fur children lol. I kennel trained my youngest pup and only crate her when there is nobody home. The rest of her days and nights are spent by my side. I, of course, respect and abide by the training and rules that my clients know work best for them and their own fur babes, but personally I'm a sleep-in-bed and cuddle-on-couch type of pet owner. I live by the golden rule that you should treat others and their spaces the way you would like you and yours treated, and that extends to four-legged family members and their homes.

About: I have loved all animals my whole life. I've worked in animal care, customer service, and habitat maintenance at a local pet store. I took care of bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, and met a lot of neat pets along the way! I've had experience caring for many types of animals throughout my life including domestic, farm, and aquatic species. I currently have 2 dogs and one cat. Our labrador/sharpei has degenerative joint disease so I have to be diligent with his walks and medicine. He has many vet visits to manage his hip joints, and has been doing well with the right medicine. Our other dog is a German Shepard/Husky mix that loves hiking. I am very available to work and have just moved to the area. I would love to meet you and your pet!

“Bridget was fantastic with my pup Nigel, giving him multiple walks and play time while I was away. It can be challenging to find someone you can trust to take care of your pets but Bridget gave me great peace of mind with prompt communication, updates and photos. She and Nigel got along great with no issues at all. Highly recommended!”

“Amy was great with our little Mo! She was available at the last minute to help get Mo outside while my husband and I were at work. She was very communicative and sent lots of photos. We can’t wait to have Amy walk Mo again!”

About: As a young kid I was the one who brought home every disheveled stray and nursed them back to health. I've cared for animals of every kind from dogs, and cats to frogs and snakes (and even tarantulas!). I spent my childhood training dogs in 4-h, and have previously worked as a veterinary technician, a bather, a pet sitter (including exotic animals), and a sales associate for a pet store, I've fostered countless dogs and cats (including whole litters of puppies!), I've even helped run a non profit animal educational outreach program. My schedule is currently fairly open. During the school year I will have to shuttle the kids to and from school but I have openings to care for your pets for most of the rest of the day! I prefer to care for your pets in your home environment, where they already feel safe, and secure. I try my best to stick as closely as possible to the routine that they're used to, but may have to deviate slightly depending on circumstances. I am comfortable administering medications if necessary, and I will happily help with not just your domestic pets like dogs and cats, but your livestock pets like chickens, ect, and even exotics like reptiles.

Melody A.
“Melody is an avid animal lover, a previous vet-tech and has work with many animals (and has extensive knowledge of reptiles and other exotic pets) professionally for many many years. I have entrusted Melody many times to take care of my dog Kai, my cat Xerxes as well as my snake Ori and was always incredibly pleased with her care. Melody's extensive background in animal care was evident in the way she interacted with my dog and the attention to detail she displayed. She took the time to ask detailed questions about his routine, dietary requirements, exercise preferences, and any other important considerations. Her understanding of animal behavior and health ensured that my dog's unique needs were met (my poor Kai has a lot of allergy issues and abandonment anxiety issues since he is a rescue). Melody's expertise in handling animals of all kinds, including exotics and reptiles, was a tremendous asset since I also have a snake as well that she can keep an eye on while I am away. Whenever she would pet sit for me, she kept me regularly updated with pictures, videos, and detailed messages about my animal's activities and well-being. It was reassuring to know that she was actively engaged with my pet and willing to go the extra mile to provide a stress-free experience. Words truly can't describe what an incredible partner Melody is in animal care. She has such a profound love for all animals and has the knowledge and expertise to provide them with exceptional care. I will undoubtedly keep entrusting her for all of my animal's care in the future and will rest easy knowing they're in the best possible hands.”
