About: I have been a licensed massage therapist for 12 years. My skills have overflowed into treating animals big, small and in between sizes (horses, dogs, cats, rats). I learned to communicate with animals by reading their body language and energy. With this skill, I have trained 5 dogs to use the treadmill, 1 cat to use the toilet, and 1 dog to pass his canine good citizen certificate. I enjoy working with animals slightly more than humans...shhh don't tell my human clients :) Rover does not have a setting to reflect an absence of 6-8 hours, which is what my standard rate covers. Absences of less that 6 hrs will have an reasonable continuous care fee dependant on location and duration of booking, since I need to commute to my workplace in Oracle 1-2 days a week. I am self employed as a Licensed Massage Therapist and I make my own schedule. I treat animals as well. I can adjust my schedule as needed. During the winter I prioritize my human clients which still allows me to overnight sit. During the summer I have more time to provide play dates and walks. As of now, I only accept overnight sits at the owners home. I have a valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, issued by the AZ Dept. of Public Safety for my work as a Licensed Massage Therapist and for my volunteer work in Hospice. I combine my experience and intuition in observing how the owners respond to their pets and incorporate what the animal is familiar with. I bring my ability to communicate through body language and energy to create a calming presence. I ask clarifying questions. I know owners want the best for their pets!

About: I have been lucky enough to have been surrounded by a variety of pets (dogs, cats, horses, pigs, chickens, fish, goats, reptiles, and small mammals) my entire life and have always taken a prominent role in caring for them. My husband and I share a deep love for animals and treat them as a part of the family and would treat yours with the same level of care. We have our own flock of chickens as well as experience with goats (including milking) so can help out with the homestead if needed! We love spoiling our pack just enough and can promise to do the same with yours. I have open availability to walk or watch your pets any day of the week. I have a part time job but it's very flexible so I can take care of the pack anytime! Safety and security first. I will always prioritize the safety of your pet above all and will make sure that when they're with me that they are monitored and supported in any way necessary.

My family has owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, aquatic and terrestrial turtles, aquatic frogs, and fish. I am always happy to meet new kinds of creatures, though— as long as you can show me how to care for them, I’m excited to meet them! I’ve watched animals of all different ages and abilities, including elderly ones. I have previously handled emergency situations for absent pet parents. About: As a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BS in wildlife conservation I have a special place in my heart for all animals. I've been brought up most of my life with animals, mostly dogs and cats. Their company, presence is special and something I have and will enjoy for the rest of my life. I have a Staffordshire bull terrier and my dad has two cats of his own I adore. Looking to work in my future as a game warden and have experience completing a veterinary assistant certification at pima community college and a certification from durrel on completing a endangered species recovery course in the United kingdom (jersey channel islands). About: I am rancher with a PhD in chemistry that loves the outdoors. Taking care of your pets while you are away is my favorite pastime. I am a chemist at the Biosphere 2, my weekends and week schedule is very flexible and I am always happy to accommodate your schedule. I am trained to give vaccines and any medications and will also keep notes of feeding and walking activities throughout the pet's stay with me as their care giver.

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s dogs for many years and loved taking care of my friends’ dogs. I make sure they feel safe around me and are getting the attention they need. I am at work from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday but I am available after 5 on week days and any time on weekends. I will be available throughout the day on weekends. My apartment has a closed in courtyard and a gated dog park which are wonderful places to walk your dog. There is also a dog washing station.
