“Michaela was wonderful! She stayed overnight at my house while I was out of town and take care of my 65 pound Goldendoodle and 10 year old cat! She was very responsive and sent a picture at least once a day. I’ve booked her twice for an overnight stay already (3 nights and then 4 nights) and will definitely be using her again in the future! She also took the time to come over a few days before her first stay to meet my pets and I was able to show her around and give her instructions. Thank you so much, Michaela!”

“Lauren was amazing!! The dogs loved her and so did we. She kept us informed daily. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better and more trustworthy to keep our dogs. I would definitely use her again. She is the sweetest, honest most caring dog sitter, we loved her and we would definitely recommend her to anyone else.”

“Jessica did a wonderful job with our two senior dogs! One is very grumpy with significant mobility issues and she handled with ease and confidence. She kept us up to date on how things were and added lots of pics. She went above and beyond taking care of doggos!”

About: Animals tend to have little to no difficulty getting along with me. I have been trusted to take care of friends and families animals for years. I have taken care of a litter of puppies while a family was in Florida and watched both cats and dogs while people were gone on a vacation. Every animal I have watched has taken well to me and I always respect there space and give the animal the time it needs to adjust to me. I am currently in school for Physical Therapy. I am able to stop over before and/or after classes. I am open on the weekends and can come whenever fits your needs! I am very responsible with the animals. I am super careful on only letting dogs off leash when they are in a controlled environment or when an owner tells me it’s okay. I will follow the directions you give to me and give you consistent updates so you can feel at peace while you are away!

“Denita went above and beyond. She definitely maintained professionalism and the highest level of respect for our personal belongings and property. This was the first time using a service such as Rover and greatly appreciate finding an amazing sitter the first time around. We also appreciated all the photos and updates throughout the time away. You will not be disappointed!!”

“Carly was wonderful. She loved on my dogs during two thunderstorms, gave them medicine, and was a great communicator. When we returned our house (and dogs!) were cleaner than when we left them. Will definitely hire again!”

“Jade is a wonderful pet sitter for my elderly dog that has separation anxiety issues. She took very good care of my dog, and stayed with him during the day and overnight. She gave him his medicines as instructed and on time. Jade is a very sweet and kind person and took great care of my dog. She left my house in very good order and when I came home, it was just the way I left it all clean. She also fed the outside feral cat for me and also brought my mail in. Jade is already booked to come back and pet sit again and I highly recommend her.”

“Megan was wonderful. Such a blessing to have someone so sweet to take care of your fur baby. Megan sent pictures through out the day of our pup. It was so nice to see him happy. Would recommend her to anyone. Definitely going to use her again.”

About: I've dog sat for family friends in the past, and anever had any problems. Almost every dog I meet loves me. I've also helped with our family pets I had growing up. One was a disabled golden retriever/lab mix that had 3 legs, the other was a jack Russell who came to have diabetes. I'm usually off work close to 3 or 4 and could walk in the evenings or sit on the weekends. I'm rather close to fort o, Ringgold and east ridge. Be attentive to their needs, monitor any issues they may have, prioritize play and using of energy, giving them/teaching basic commands while being the dominant and assertive figure for them to follow.

About: Hi there! I am unfortunately unable to accept new canine clients at this time. Due to my full time job, I simply don’t have the time that your fur babies deserve. If you are a reoccurring client or have booked with me in the past, I will accept requests if I am available. Thank y’all for everything! I have been caring for animals ever since I was about 10 years old. Whether that was fostering a litter of puppies with my family or pet sitting for the neighbor, I wanted to constantly be caring for animals. At 14, I got my first job at a veterinary clinic as a kennel technician; by 16 I was a vet tech assistant and at 17 I was promoted to vet tech. I’m currently in school for my associates degree in veterinary technology with hopes to put that education towards a veterinary medical technician license. All of this to say, I am extremely qualified and happy to care of your fur baby while you’re away! However, my availability is limited due to my full time job and school. I’m currently working at an emergency veterinary hospital in 4 days a week, typically 10-12 hour shifts. I can’t always guarantee being available for a booking and I apologize for that but there are so many other amazing sitters on Rover who I know are just as qualified! I look forward to seeing your fluffy cuties :) I am currently attending college as well as working 40 hours a week. My work schedule keeps me pretty busy but in my free time I love pet sitting. The days I work change every week so my availability will probably vary. Unfortunately I can’t offer pet boarding at my house. I have 6 dogs and one of them is a rescue that is very aggressive towards strangers (humans, dogs, cats, etc.)

“Katelyn is so sweet! Our senior dog loved spending time with her over the holiday weekend while we were gone. It is such a load off knowing that someone is taking care of our beloved pets.”

“My “cat” has to go out for a walk everyday because he refuses to use the indoor bathroom. If Austin can walk a cat, he can handle anything well! He’s also very responsive so I felt much relieved.”

About: I love spoiling dogs of all kinds. I enjoy walking and playing with them. I have had dogs for most of my life. I can do basic manners training. I am retired pharmacist and have flexibility in scheduling. I’m available drop ins and more. Boarding is not an option as I don’t have a fenced yard. I care for dogs and cats in your home. I will walk and play to their satisfaction. I will love on them and spoil them rotten. I am observant of their moods and personality and react accordingly. I need to know the location of basic cleaning supplies in the event they’re needed.I would also like an emergency contact and veterinarian phone, hopefully never needed. I am pet CPR/first aid certified.

About: I have always had a special love for animals! I grew up on a farm and was constantly surrounded by dogs and cats, loving every moment of it! I am currently in between employment, so my schedule is extremely flexible to fit the needs of caring for your pets to ensure you have peace of mind while away. A detailed explanation of your pets needs that is easy to follow, will help me care for your pets like they are my own and meet their needs as if you never left.

About: I worked as a kennel tech for a year so I am experienced in med administration and/ or bathing/grooming. I am very active and love to go on hikes, runs or walks with dogs’ I do work a full time job, M-F but am available to let the dogs out on my lunch break; provide walks or physical activity before and after. On the weekends I’m typically a home body! I have a fenced in area for puppies to run around in behind my house; I personally take my dog in the fenced area multiple times throughout the day to ensure enough exercise.. I have indoor cameras to ensure safety while I am at work. Dogs are allowed in all parts of the house and furniture! Safety and comfort are my main priority for the fur babies and their parents!

“Christa is absolutely wonderful! She stayed at my home to pet sit for my dog, Pearl, who is relatively particular, and Pearl warmed to Christa very quickly. Christa is an excellent communicator, attentive to detail, organized, and a generally pleasant, kind, compassionate, and considerate individual. I felt very comfortable knowing that Christa was caring for my dog in my home. I recommendation Christa without hesitation! Thank you, Christa! You are the best!”

About: I think spending time with animals is one of the truest joys life can afford us. I have had dogs all my life, now have a cat named Chuck with my boyfriend and hope to adopt a dog once more in the near future. I grew up volunteering at the local animal shelter with my mom and did several community outreach projects to encourage adoption. My passion for the wellbeing of all animals is strong and each time a pet-owner has trusted me with their furry friends, (cats and dogs alike) I have been grateful for it. I have been doing a lot of travel recently and am therefore in between jobs. While caring for animals has always been a welcome addition to my schedule, I am definitely available more readily in this current chapter of life. i am not offering care in my own home at this time as i am looking to move soon but am open to filling other needs rover offers

Jessica U.Star Sitter
“We recently entrusted Jessie with the care of our beloved dogs, Goobie (who’s is a rescue with anxiety) and Berdie our high energy/ball loving Frenchie. This was our second time using Jessie and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Jess is truly a natural with dogs! She was incredibly patient and understanding with Berdie, who, as we know as a Frenchie, can be a bit high maintenance and stubborn, she doesn’t like walking in adverse weather but we were so impressed by Jess’s attentiveness. She not only ensured Berdie and Goobie were well-fed and walked, but also made sure to incorporate plenty of playtime and cuddles. We received regular updates and photos throughout the day, which was a great comfort, knowing that our furry babies were in good hands. Jessie was prompt with communication, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was taking such excellent care of our furry family members. If you're looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter, we highly recommend Jessie! You won't be disappointed."”
