Some dog sitters just rush in and rush out without really connecting with the pups, but dog moms know that they also need love and attention in addition to basic needs. I was so deeply moved to see Stacey spending extra time with them, loving them, and interacting with them the way I would. I am beyond thankful to have found her on Rover and highly recommend her to anyone. Bonus … she went above and beyond with other little activities around the house like checking the mail and cleaning the bunny’s litter box. She cared for our home and pets the way a friend or family member would. Thank you Stacey!!”

During her stay she dealt with a worst case scenario in which one of our pets passed of natural causes. She dealt with the situation with grace, compassion, and professionalism. Even though the situation was unfortunate, I was so glad that Kylie was there with our babies because I know that she made each of them feel loved and cared for while we were gone. We have a lot of nuanced requests since we have multiple cats, and Heather took care every detail. We received several pictures of our babies and it was obvious they were relaxed and well loved!
