I was lucky that she was staying overnight in my apartment building watching another animal when the fire alarm went off. After making sure the pet was outside and safe, Megan went back in to get my cats out too. There is no worse feeling then being in another country and getting an alert that your building’s fire alarm is going off and having no way to get your pets out but there was Megan making sure my cats were safe even though it wasn’t during a scheduled time. I will make sure I never move out of her area and will plan my trips around her schedule because I can’t imaging ever using anyone else. I can’t thank Megan enough!!!”

“My cats are 12 & 14 years old. Of course right before I left for a two week trip out of the country, my 14 yr old ended up in the ER twice from a horrific UTI. I was very worried about leaving her with a sitter knowing she was having health issues. Ana was more than happy to pick up meds from the vet if needed and to administer them. Luckily my cat ended up being all better while I was away. But I can’t tell you how much it meant to know Ana didn’t hesitate to help out medically if needed. I’d definitely book her to take care of my girls again. Meeting her for the meet and greet was also very comfortable and I felt confident leaving them in her care. She communicated and asked questions when she needed to while I was away.”
