I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes! “Jordan is pleasant and responsive. Latke was returned happy and healthy. He let me know that he had another booking that would overlap mine, which turned out OK but would have been an issue if the dogs didn’t get along. His apartment is small and it would have been difficult to keep the dogs separated. Also I would have appreciated more photos, especially on the first day with the other dog. He responded promptly with pictures when prompted. Overall, I would recommend him.”
“Michelle was a Godsend!!! I was referred to her for a last minute dog sitter. The moment I met her I knew she truly loves dogs. Michelle put my mind at ease and I knew Rocki would be in excellent hands. Rocki is normally standoffish and LOVED her immediately after meeting her. She sent pictures, videos, and updates throughout the night. Rocki is very scared of thunderstorms and she petted her throughout the night to keep her calm. I will definitely use her again! From our very first meet-and-greet, they took the time to get to know Rocky and make sure he would be a good fit for their family and their two beautiful dogs. Matt showed us their yard and explained where Rocky would be safe to run around and play. He gave us a full rundown of everything and patiently answered all of our questions, which immediately made us feel comfortable and confident leaving Rocky with them. We ended up booking a full week! Throughout Rocky’s stay, we received regular updates, pictures, videos, and text messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was so wonderful to see how happy and comfortable Rocky was. He got along great with their family dogs and even their super-cute daughter! You can truly tell that Matt & Kristina genuinely care about the dogs in their care and treat them like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Matt & Kristina and will definitely be booking with them again in the future, especially when we need to travel out of the country.
