“Ray was fantastic! He stayed with my two dogs for 11 days while I was out of the country. He sent lots of videos, photos and updates so I wouldn’t miss them too much. And they hardly missed me at all, as he took them on lots of walks, and had a bunch of play time! I think they are looking forward to me leaving today again so their good friend Ray can come back to stay!”

“Joey did such a wonderful job watching our Sherlock! We were a bit nervous since we recently adopted him and he sometimes has some behavioral issues as he adjusts to his new environment. However, he was left in such calm and capable hands with Joey- he did such a good job walking/running him a lot and sounds like all went very well. Based on our convos before, Joey seemed to really “get it” and the needs of a dog still adjusting. We also loved receiving a ton of videos and updates!”

“Genesis cared for our two cats and one dog over a ten day period. This was the first time she housesat for our pets. We've had many people care for our pets over the years, but Genesis will always be my first call, going forward. She was fantastic. She came to our house before vacation to meet our pets, go over their schedules, and review paperwork. Her professionalism and obvious love for animals told me that our pets would be in great hands. I was right. Every day of our trip, she sent a detailed update with multiple photos which soon became one of the highlights of my day (the other people on our trip didn't hear a word from their pet sitters and were very jealous!!). She informed us ahead of time of a pre-scheduled conflict, and then went above and beyond to coordinate temporary care with a neighbor. I highly recommended Genesis for all pet care! She is very professional, highly communicative, trustworthy and kind. FIVE STARS!!!”

“This was my 1st time leaving my dog for a long weekend and I couldn’t have chosen a better caregiver for him. My Murphy is a rescue & has some anxiety issues but Jo handled him with patience, understanding and love. She tapped in to her knowledge of dogs and put both myself & Murphy at ease. She tried a few new toys/treats with him which he loved and sent me plenty of pics and videos of Murphy throughout the weekend. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her services again.”
