About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. About: I've been a pet owner since I was two years old and played a major role in taking care of my family dogs and guinea pig! I've had my own dog, a cattle dog mix, for the last 5+ years. I've educated myself on training techniques and skills for stimulating dogs physically and mentally in order to keep up with her! About: I work in animal rescue and have personally cared for over 1000 different animals! Not only am I able to do regular pet care, I can also administer many different types of medication and am confident with shy or nervous animals. I am self employed, so I have a flexible schedule when needed. I currently have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays wide open. I also have afternoon availability Saturdays and Sundays. I can almost always squeeze in an evening visit. I cannot currently board animals in my home, as I’m at capacity with 5 cats, some of which are nervous around new animals.
