About: I’ve always loved animals, but my appreciation for cats really grew during college when many of my friends had cats of their own. Spending time around so many different personalities made me love how unique, playful, and comforting cats can be. About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. Not only am I able to do regular pet care, I can also administer many different types of medication and am confident with shy or nervous animals. I am self employed, so I have a flexible schedule when needed. I currently have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays wide open. I also have afternoon availability Saturdays and Sundays. “Wow! Krista is just fantastic. We’ve used several Rover sitters over the years and she is hands down the absolute best. Clear communication, flexible, great house and yard. Our dog had some special needs and she managed to listen to all of our laundry list of instructions. Plus, her dog Griffin is so well tempered and got along so well with our dog. They played every day. I picked my dog up to spend about an hour with him and when I brought my dog back to Krista’s, his tale was wagging like crazy just to get back into her home! And my dog has pretty intense separation anxiety! Krista is a true “dog person” and has the intuition and experience to take great care of your pup.”

Zinnia got used to her very quick and had a wonderful time playing, lounging, and going for walks together!”
“Tyler was great with my dog Riley! She immediately took to his house and yard, as well as Tyler himself. He was flexible in terms of scheduling a meet-and-greet that was kinda last minute and was professional. He also provided plenty of photo updates of Riley throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely use Tyler again for dog sitting.”
