Long time animal lover
I have taken care of dogs since I was 12. I helped raise a labrador retreiver puppy, and have watched many friends' dogs throughout my adult life. I have fostered through shelters in WA and NY. I am in a volunteer organization that helps raise puppies to become guide dogs for the blind.

I am good at reading animal body language and will make sure a pet feels comfortable. I prefer to use positive reinforcement and commands when addressing behavior.

Jackie worked amazingly well with my Izzy cat. Izzy went immediately to Jackie upon meet & greet. I was very surprised since Izzy is usually shy or tends to swat new friends. Jackie was great with our pups! We’ve recently had a mobility issue with our one dog but she was understanding and was able to provide her medicine without any issues. She took our other pup out for a little walk each time in addition to taking them both outside for breaks. I could easily see how much fun our pups had with Jackie in the photos that she sent over!

Schedule
I am currently a full time student. I am unavailable Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm. I am available before 12pm or after 3pm on Tuesdays and after 12pm on Thursdays. I have some availability on weekends, and I update my calendar regularly to reflect my schedule.
