About: I became a cat lover later in life, taking in a stray after a snow storm on Christmas day. Prior to that I was a self-described dog person. Now, I love cats and dogs equally as they both have special traits. I've had two family dogs during my childhood, and two during adulthood. I've dog-sat for a friend's senior dog during their summer vacations, and I've cat-sat for my sister's family cat, feeding, administering insulin shots, and giving him a little love. I trained my parents' nervous rescue dog to walk on a leash (taking months of patience!). I would love to walk or sit your family pet while you're at work, away for the weekend, or on vacation. As a school teacher, my summer schedule is flexible. For the summer, I have a flexible schedule and I can accommodate various times. We can work out a schedule based on your pet's needs. I can care for your cat in your home or in my home (I have one friendly mature cat). I can walk your dog in your neighborhood, or dog sit in your home.

About: I am a 10 year pet owner and volunteer at animal shelters walking dogs. I love to go on long walks, play outside, and giving lots of love and treats! I am a current college graduate looking for some part time opportunities. My schedule is very flexible and this allows me to spend time with animals which I enjoy! I am responsible for the grooming and feeding of my own cats and dogs- talking them on walks, cleaning and making sure they are safe.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats and other furry friends for about 15 years. Helping neighbors, friends and family feed, walk and play with their pets while they’re away. I get done work around 3pm and am available for evening walks. I’m also available for stay over visits if the pup can go from 8:30am-3pm between walks Monday-Friday. I have a lovely quiet neighborhood to leash walk, close to the beach and I have a super cuddly older dog to keep them company. In your home I’ll care for your pets based on your expectations.

About: I have cared for puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats in my time fostering for animal rescue. I can administer pills or eye drops. I also have experience training puppies. I work from home permanently, so your pup would be supervised during the workday. On the weekends I love adventuring around the city! Your pup would go to farmer's markets and local parks. I would love your dog as if they were my own. They would get exciting walks and meet new friends! I WFH so your pets would have attention and cuddles throughout the day. For everyone's safety, your pup would never be off leash in public and if they are crate trained I would crate them if I needed to leave them home and/or while we are sleeping.

About: A life-long dog owner, I’ve been taking care of dogs all sizes and ages since I was 13 years old. I pride myself in being reliable and extremely engaging with animals. I communicate with each client to determine their pet care needs and strive to create a stress-free experience for everyone! I currently work full-time from 8:30 am - 5 pm in Asbury Park. I am available before work from 6 am to 8 am, or anytime after work. I am also available on weekends! I live in a small apartment three blocks from the beach with my French Bulldog, Bean! My street is very safe and offers a great ambiance for walks. I’m happy to offer my cozy space for daycare or sleepovers, but I can only accommodate one other medium/large dog or two small dogs. If your dog is crate-trained, please plan on bringing it!

About: I've had pets since I was 3 yrs old starting with cats. I've had ferrets, birds, hamsters and 3 dogs. 1 dog was a champion show dog the two others were terriers. I had my own pet care services company called "Pets At Home" before I had my kids over 30 years ago. Took great care of cats and dogs. I did housebreak training as well for some clients with their puppies. I am a real estate agent without a set office space, who works from home all week. I am home alone 90% of the time Monday thru Friday. I am home all day so they will be with me and my company all day. I can go to your home and walk and play with your dog at your home as well. I can have dogs stay with me overnight as well. small to medium sized.

About: I have taken care of friend’s and family’s cats and dogs for years. I have two cats of my own and my world revolves around them. I know just how important caring visits are for them when I am out of town. I truly enjoy dog walks and meeting new kitties to care for. I work full time M-F 8-4. I am available weeknights and weekends. I could do very early before work visits if needed, locally, as well. When I visit with my current clients dog, we go for long walks in the neighborhood and on the beach. He goes for car rides and visits friends with me.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, learning to care for them when I was around 8 years old. Bathing, feeding, nail trimming, grooming, etc. I have cared for many animals throughout my life: dogs, cats, a snake, hamsters, chinchillas, fish, and even a rescue squirrel. We also have a horse who lives at a barn nearby. All animals deserve love, attention, and care. I am also available to provide additional services, such as simple household chores. More than happy to answer any questions you may have! I currently work a full time flexible schedule, mostly remote. I can work with your schedule if necessary to make sure your pet gets what they need. I can do as you please when it comes to safety. Leashed walks, or fenced in play. Crate or room separation. Whatever is your pets normal, I can abide by.

About: I'm looking for dogs and cats to keep me company. I love to go for long walks and am used to having pets around me all the time. I travel frequently, so I am not a good fit for someone looking for consistent availability. I've spent the past few years pet sitting while traveling around North America and Europe. I've house sat in mansions with household staff as well as rustic off-grid homesteads. I've done well over 100 house sits, some of which were several months long. Before I became a pet sitter, I had my own cats, one of whom had diabetes. Before I bought my own home, I took care of my roommate's dogs. I grew up on a dahlia farm in Wall, NJ, where we had lots of dogs and cats over the years. In addition to Rover's background check, I've passed background checks to move to Portugal in 2022, become a Canadian citizen in 2022, work with vulnerable people in Canada in 2021, and move to Canada in 2015. I work remotely for a small nonprofit where I have a flexible schedule. This makes it easy for me to keep your pets on their usual routine. I'm a very tidy person. Over the years I've had all sorts of things come up while pet sitting, so I'm confident that I can manage whatever happens.

About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was young. I grew up caring for a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and a Chocolate Lab, and I currently have a very energetic Cockapoo. I love all dog breeds and personalities! In college, I also cared for a senior German Shepherd when their family was away on vacation. I have a very flexible and non traditional work schedule. I can watch and care for your dog on any of my days off as much and as often as you need. I will follow any instructions exactly to insure your dog is as safe, healthy, and happy as possible. About: I grew up with dogs. A dog, sometimes two or three, was always in our house and a part of my family. I’ve been around dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds, understanding each one is unique and needs certain care. I have helped train a chocolate lab (a very energetic boy named Brody) from a puppy. I have had a passion for all animals since a young age. I am school counselor with some free time over the summer for any services you need! I am willing to be flexible based on you and your pups needs!
