About: Hi there! I have been a pet sitter for over 10 years. I may be new to Rover, but for the past 5 years I have been the owner and sole operator of a pet sitting business that has received many 5 star reviews on Google. I have multiple years of experience as a Veterinary Technician at an emergency hospital and a general practice office. I have been a volunteer my local animal shelter for over 7 years. I offer more than just a love for animals. I am experienced, professional, and take the responsibility of caring for your pets seriously. I ensure we have a protocol in place in case of any emergencies, to which I respond immediately. I am well-versed in animal behavior and reading canine and feline body language. Many of my clients have nervous and mildly reactive pets. I am Fear-Free Certified and believe in positive reinforcement training methods. I provide photos and text updates during my visits/stays. Overnight stays in your home and drop-in visits include mail retrieval and indoor plant care. I do not discriminate based on breed. I do require a preliminary phone consultation and in-person meet and greet at no charge prior to any booking. Let’s discuss your pet sitting needs! I am currently available 7 days a week for pet care. Most of my clients prefer overnight stays, while some request drop-in visits or multi-hour stays. I offer walks Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm. All pet care is provided at your home where many pets feel most comfortable! I honor your pet’s schedule, individual needs, and training protocols. Consecutive overnight stays include an afternoon walk, when applicable.

About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, from energetic puppies to senior companions — including everything from large Labradors to small Yorkies and King Charles Spaniels. I recently retired and missing the joy of my black Lab. With plenty of time and love to share, I’d be thrilled to spend my days walking and caring for your pups. I’ve got everything your pup needs - comfy beds, toys, and a safe space to relax. I’m also happy to crate your dog if needed.

I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so if I board your pet, I’ll be home with them throughout the day, giving them plenty of attention, care, and companionship. I work from home so if I'm boarding your pet I will be with them all day giving them lots of walks and attention throughout the day. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats and other furry friends for about 15 years. Helping neighbors, friends and family feed, walk and play with their pets while they’re away. I get done work around 3pm and am available for evening walks. I’m also available for stay over visits if the pup can go from 8:30am-3pm between walks Monday-Friday. I have a lovely quiet neighborhood to leash walk, close to the beach and I have a super cuddly older dog to keep them company. In your home I’ll care for your pets based on your expectations.

About: I’ve been a dog lover since I was young. I grew up caring for a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and a Chocolate Lab, and I currently have a very energetic Cockapoo. I love all dog breeds and personalities! In college, I also cared for a senior German Shepherd when their family was away on vacation. I have a very flexible and non traditional work schedule. I can watch and care for your dog on any of my days off as much and as often as you need. I will follow any instructions exactly to insure your dog is as safe, healthy, and happy as possible. I love going for long walks and making sure they get the exercise they need.

About: I've had pets since I was 3 yrs old starting with cats. I've had ferrets, birds, hamsters and 3 dogs. 1 dog was a champion show dog the two others were terriers. I had my own pet care services company called "Pets At Home" before I had my kids over 30 years ago. Took great care of cats and dogs. I did housebreak training as well for some clients with their puppies. I am a real estate agent without a set office space, who works from home all week. I am home alone 90% of the time Monday thru Friday. I am home all day so they will be with me and my company all day. I can go to your home and walk and play with your dog at your home as well. I can have dogs stay with me overnight as well. small to medium sized.

About: I grew up with dogs, lived with cats, and overall have a strong love for animals. While I can’t have any own dog/pet right now due to finances and time constraints, I’d love to spend some time with your furry friend and get my steps in! I am reliable, loving, and eager to meet new people and pets. I’m currently waiting to start a new job (I’m a dentist) at the end of June. I have plenty of free time until then, and once my job starts I’ll be off at 4pm. I live in a one bedroom apartment with no yard, but I go on daily walks in Belmar. When caring for a dog in my apartment or your home, I would enforce the same rules the dog follows at home in terms of their routine and what is comfortable with you.

About: I'm looking for dogs and cats to keep me company. I love to go for long walks and am used to having pets around me all the time. I travel frequently, so I am not a good fit for someone looking for consistent availability. I've spent the past few years pet sitting while traveling around North America and Europe. I've house sat in mansions with household staff as well as rustic off-grid homesteads. I've done well over 100 house sits, some of which were several months long. Before I became a pet sitter, I had my own cats, one of whom had diabetes. Before I bought my own home, I took care of my roommate's dogs. I grew up on a dahlia farm in Wall, NJ, where we had lots of dogs and cats over the years. In addition to Rover's background check, I've passed background checks to move to Portugal in 2022, become a Canadian citizen in 2022, work with vulnerable people in Canada in 2021, and move to Canada in 2015. I work remotely for a small nonprofit where I have a flexible schedule. This makes it easy for me to keep your pets on their usual routine. I'm a very tidy person. Over the years I've had all sorts of things come up while pet sitting, so I'm confident that I can manage whatever happens.

About: A life-long dog owner, I’ve been taking care of dogs all sizes and ages since I was 13 years old. I pride myself in being reliable and extremely engaging with animals. I communicate with each client to determine their pet care needs and strive to create a stress-free experience for everyone! I currently work full-time from 8:30 am - 5 pm in Asbury Park. I am available before work from 6 am to 8 am, or anytime after work. I am also available on weekends! I live in a small apartment three blocks from the beach with my French Bulldog, Bean! My street is very safe and offers a great ambiance for walks. I’m happy to offer my cozy space for daycare or sleepovers, but I can only accommodate one other medium/large dog or two small dogs. If your dog is crate-trained, please plan on bringing it!

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, starting with my own dog at age 11 and continuing through years of dog sitting, walks, and overnight care for family and neighbors. I currently have a 54 lb high energy puppy of my own, which has given me even more hands on experience with exercise needs, structure, and daily care. I’m especially comfortable with dog walking and drop-in visits, and I love getting dogs outside, keeping them active, and making sure they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away. I also have experience with high energy breeds, puppies, and administering medication when needed. About: I am an extremely flexibly and fun loving animal lover with years of experience watching neighbors/ family/ or even new acquaintances' dogs. I have had a passion for all animals since a young age. I am school counselor with some free time over the summer for any services you need! I am willing to be flexible based on you and your pups needs! I have been watching dogs/ housesitting/ nannying since high school (about 10 years) and would love to continue to help in any way possible. I am mostly available in the mornings and mid day. If needed I can also be available in the late afternoons as well. Any questions please feel free to ask away! As a school counselor, I have my summers off so I will have plenty of time to dedicate to your dog! My schedule is flexible :) I can also provide services throughout the school year. I do not typically care for other pets in my home. I have a cat but would be willing to house a dog if needed.

About: I have cared for puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats in my time fostering for animal rescue. I can administer pills or eye drops. I also have experience training puppies. I work from home permanently, so your pup would be supervised during the workday. On the weekends I love adventuring around the city! Your pup would go to farmer's markets and local parks. I would love your dog as if they were my own. They would get exciting walks and meet new friends! I WFH so your pets would have attention and cuddles throughout the day. For everyone's safety, your pup would never be off leash in public and if they are crate trained I would crate them if I needed to leave them home and/or while we are sleeping.
