About: I take care of your pets the way you want without you worrying. My aim is to make your fur baby feel relaxed and happy while waiting for you to return home. I enjoy meeting new clients and hope to gain your family’s trust and establish a longstanding sitting relationship that you and I can be comfortable with. Dog and cat sitting is what I do most often but I take care of a variety of pets to include birds, reptiles, hampsters and the like. I have dogs and birds myself and have had a multitude of other pets though out the years. If you have medications for your beloved pets I will administer them per your instructions. Please let me know how I maybe of assistance to you when you need a sitter!

About: Hi there, I’m Kirsten and go by KP! During the week, I would be able to check-in on your furry friends before and after work and during my lunch break. I am available to travel if needed and have a flexible schedule! I have grown up with at least 3 dogs in our home at all times. I’m a lover of animals and have been house/pet sitting for over 15 years now (not including high school and college). I’m very flexible and cater to the needs of your pet and household. I understand that pets can get stressed when their owners are away. Patience is a strength of mine, and I love to be outside to play with the animals! I’ve watched dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, breeds, and health needs, and ensure that each pet gets the love and care they deserve while their owners are away. I will imitate their daily schedule so that they are continuously comfortable. I work full time, Monday-Friday (8-4:30) and would be available for walks and drop-ins before and after work, as well as during my lunch hour. As for pet sitting, I am available for any length of time, but would still be popping in during work days during my lunch hour! I aim to make sure that your pets’ day-to-day routine remains as normal as possible. I will change my schedule to work around your pet’s needs, whether that is a scheduled medicine dose or a long walk during lunch.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a young teenager. They give unconditional love and are so happy that they make you happy. I have two of my own and would have more if I could. I regularly run with them, play ball, play tug of war and even swim with them in the ocean when I can make it there. I give baths and clip nails. I am very good at continuing training with dogs with simple commands like "stay", "wait", "sit", "lay" And i also train using hand gestures. Dogs are a huge part of my life and i don't know know I would do without mine. So let me continue my journey on giving dogs the best life they can get. Let me love your doggies too!!

About: I have taken care of animals of all kinds for my whole life living on our 50 acre family farm. We have horses, pigs, cows, dogs, cats, reptiles and fish! I take care of all of them and provide them with a loving and enriched environment. I can’t wait to meet your best friends, or have them for a visit! Pet care is my greatest passion and second job at home. I spend my mornings out in the fields with my horses and cows pitching hay, mucking stalls, and cuddling in the grass. I spend my evenings snuggled up with my 3 hound dogs on couch or landscaping my reptile and fish tanks for fun. I am open to the needs of all pets as I know people do things in their own way. I will carefully follow the instructions left by the client.

About: I have volunteered in the past with a rescue shelter and I loved walking and playing with the dogs. Since we are a virtual school family, my schedule is pretty open and flexible so your pet will get lots of attention and cuddles. I have cared for cats and fish most of my life. I am comfortable with grooming, providing special diets, giving oral medication and inhalers. If boarding, your dog must be gentle and friendly with kids and cats. I have a 4th grader and we recently adopted a kitten. They must be comfortable in an apartment setting with a busy hallway where barking is frowned upon. Cuties who like to be guard dogs might not enjoy staying here if frequent noise is activating. We are usually home most days due to virtual schooling, but occasionally have short outings and field trips. We continue to use pretty strict Covid precautions, like always wearing high-quality masks and running hepa air purifiers. I ask that my clients are respectful of this. I am very flexible and encourage last minute cancellations if any symptoms of illness pop up. Likewise, if we have symptoms or test positive for Covid/flu I will cancel the booking. Luckily, I have only had to do this two times in so many years and will always issue a full refund. We live in a very pet friendly area and are close to great dog parks. Our neighborhood is full of green spaces and sidewalks and the Rock Creek Park trail is directly behind our apartment. We will care for your dog like it is our own. I love taking photos and will send as many as you’d like and will provide updates and check-ins as often as preferred.

I also am mom to 3 fur babies of my own: My senior dog Dino, my rescue Darla, and my youngest daughter Appa. My dogs are crated during the day while I work. Darla gets 3-4 bathroom breaks, while Appa is still being house broken. As far as my client’s home, all I need to know is what their routine is and I go from there.

About: I grew up with dogs & cats. Additionally, I have dog/cat/house sat many times for multiple people over the past few years. I am very trustworthy and follow the rules of the owner to a T. I love animals and am looking for a way to make money for college while I help make owners lives easier while taking great care of their furry family members! I live at OCMD during the summers to save money. I can walk/ take care of animals any time after 3pm everyday. Additionally, I am typically off Tuesdays and Thursdays to be able to help as well. Simply, how I take care of animals varys from person to person, however there are basic needs animals have that I follow. Some of these are attention(I give a lot), walks, etc. Other then that I follow exact rules owners give me from food time, to amount, to how many walks a day.

About: I have 5 huskies ages 9,7,5,3 and 1. Highly intelligent with the energy to match in which we walk/run 2-5 miles each day then we end it with a treat. Im working full time with availability to walk your pups everyday after 430. A walk a day keeps the stress away for the animal and myself I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space to run, play and dig to bury something if wanted. Leash will wrap around waist for extra protection and stability.
