I am a Wicomico county public school teacher this proving a clean background as well as a patient and caring demeanor. I cared for my own diabetic cat for 2 years so insulin administration would be no problem. I am available every other weekend as I am a single mother- usually the 2nd and last weekends of each month. I am available to stay in your home Friday through Sunday evening and provide all day care Saturday and Sunday. I will care for the animals as you direct me to. I am happy to take dogs in my vehicle for outings to dog parks or other events. I have a fenced in yard at my own home but have 2 guinea pigs and a cat so visits to my home would be dependent on tolerance to other pets.

About: I have always had a passion for pets, although I aspired to be a Veterinarian I became a nurse and want to spend my free time helping care for others pets! I am approachable and patient with animals, and enjoy getting to know their personalities. Being a nurse I am not squeamish and am able to show a level of care and empathy for your furry family member. I am able to follow training plans you may have in place for your pet and am always willing to make it an enjoyable experience for the pets. I am a travel RN who primarily resides in Maryland and when I am home I usually do not have a work schedule because I am inbetween assignments. When on an assignment (I can indicate this) I work 3 full days and am available the other half of the week. My schedule is flexible and changes weekly when I am working full time, and also allows me plenty of free time to help take care of your pet! In your home I am fully capable of following the same routine you have in place with your pets while I am caring for them. I am respectful of your home and am simply there to provide care and attention to your furry friend(s). I used to nanny prior to being a nurse with an agency and would enter new homes on a daily basis with excellent reviews on care provided.
