“This was the first time we've ever left our shih Tzu, Olivia, with anyone. I found Kasey online at Rover.com and it only took one interview to know that she was the one I wanted. Kasey stayed our house for two days and took the most incredible care of Livvy. She was loving and very professional. We will definitely contact her the next time we go away. I highly recommend Kasey for your sitting needs.”

“Ali has been great with our house and our boys! She provided us with updates & photos to assure us everything was under control! It was nice to be able to relax knowing Ali was here! Thanks Ali!!”

“Jacqueline was wonderful with our two German Shepherds! I was nervous as this was our first time leaving the boys with anyone other than family. Jacqueline was very patient in dealing with all my questions and even accommodated my request for a second meet and greet, to allow the boys to get comfortable with her, before her scheduled stay. She was very professional, clean and respectful of our home. I couldn't even tell anyone had been here. Most importantly, we returned home to two happy and relaxed pups. They didn't even seem to notice we had left! I just booked Jacquelin again. We have found our sitter!”

“Mariah did a fabulous job with our two fur babies. We came back from vacation to find them happy, healthy and well cared for. She sent plenty of photos. Definitely recommend. She was caring for them in our home and left the house spotless.”

“Christine was a great pet sitter for our dog and 3 cats. We were away for 6 days and she kept us updated with texts and pictures which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely use her again to watch our babies.”

“Alyssa was wonderful! She made sure my pets were well taken care of during my trip and sent a lot of photos and updates. She left my place in great condition and I felt good about leaving my pets in her care. I will be rebooking her for future care!”

About: I understand how important it is for pets to feel secure with someone new, so I prioritize gentle handling, patience, and dependable care. Whether that means keeping up with a dog’s normal walk schedule, giving extra reassurance to an anxious pet, or making sure an older pet is comfortable and monitored, I pay close attention to the details! Pet care fits well into my routine because I have a flexible schedule that allows me to be available for walks, drop-ins, feedings, and consistent check-ins throughout the day. This flexibility helps me give pets reliable care without rushing and makes it easier to adjust to their normal routine and individual needs. I focus on providing calm, consistent care based on each pet’s normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I make sure they receive reliable attention, supervision, exercise, feeding, and companionship throughout the day.
“John was on time. He was very kind. He and our sweet Savannah bonded and has a great weekend. He completed walks and feedings. He assisted with her vitamin. We will plan to use him again and would highly recommend him.”

About: I take care of your pets the way you want without you worrying. My aim is to make your fur baby feel relaxed and happy while waiting for you to return home. I enjoy meeting new clients and hope to gain your family’s trust and establish a longstanding sitting relationship that you and I can be comfortable with. Dog and cat sitting is what I do most often but I take care of a variety of pets to include birds, reptiles, hampsters and the like. I have dogs and birds myself and have had a multitude of other pets though out the years. If you have medications for your beloved pets I will administer them per your instructions. Please let me know how I maybe of assistance to you when you need a sitter!
“We are so pleased with the experience we had with Chelsea. She was great about keeping us informed about how our pups were doing. She texted us and sent us pictures every day while we were out of town. We would definitely recommend Chelsea for anyone looking for someone to care for their pups.”

About: I have volunteered in the past with a rescue shelter and I loved walking and playing with the dogs. Since we are a virtual school family, my schedule is pretty open and flexible so your pet will get lots of attention and cuddles. I have cared for cats and fish most of my life. I am comfortable with grooming, providing special diets, giving oral medication and inhalers. If boarding, your dog must be gentle and friendly with kids and cats. I have a 4th grader and we recently adopted a kitten. They must be comfortable in an apartment setting with a busy hallway where barking is frowned upon. Cuties who like to be guard dogs might not enjoy staying here if frequent noise is activating. We are usually home most days due to virtual schooling, but occasionally have short outings and field trips. We continue to use pretty strict Covid precautions, like always wearing high-quality masks and running hepa air purifiers. I ask that my clients are respectful of this. I am very flexible and encourage last minute cancellations if any symptoms of illness pop up. Likewise, if we have symptoms or test positive for Covid/flu I will cancel the booking. Luckily, I have only had to do this two times in so many years and will always issue a full refund. We live in a very pet friendly area and are close to great dog parks. Our neighborhood is full of green spaces and sidewalks and the Rock Creek Park trail is directly behind our apartment. We will care for your dog like it is our own. I love taking photos and will send as many as you’d like and will provide updates and check-ins as often as preferred.
About: I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in the pet care field, with a background that goes far beyond basic sitting or walking. I am licensed, insured, bonded, and background checked, and I also own and operate my own professional pet care business, which means I approach every booking with a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and accountability. My experience includes working in animal rescue and volunteering, where I cared for animals of all species, temperaments, and medical needs. I have extensive experience with puppies, senior pets, and special-needs animals, including those requiring medications, mobility support, or extra patience and structure. Through this work, I’ve developed a strong ability to read the body language and communication cues of different species, allowing me to understand when a pet is comfortable, stressed, anxious, or unwell. I pay close attention to subtle changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and routine, which helps me recognize early signs of illness or behavioral changes and communicate concerns clearly and promptly with pet parents. My background in rescue and professional pet care has taught me the importance of calm, consistent care , especially for pets who may not thrive in boarding environments. I am confident working with pets who need extra reassurance, individualized routines, or specialized care, and I always prioritize keeping pets comfortable and secure in their own home. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care that allows pets to feel safe and understood while giving their owners complete peace of mind. Pet care is not something I fit around another job. It is my full time profession, and I have intentionally built my daily schedule around providing reliable, attentive care for my clients and their pets. Because this is my business, I am able to plan my days with flexibility and prioritize consistency, routine, and comfort for the animals in my care. I am deeply passionate about both my work and the peace of mind it provides to pet owners. Caring for other people’s pets is something I take seriously, and I treat every visit with the same level of attention and responsibility I would expect for my own animals. With advance notice, I am available 24 seven for scheduled care, including overnights, drop ins, and extended visits. I also offer emergency visits for established clients when unexpected situations arise, subject to availability. This added flexibility allows my clients to feel supported, even when plans change. My goal is to be a dependable, long term care provider that pet owners can trust to be there when they need it most. When caring for pets in their own homes, I treat each space with the same respect and responsibility I would expect from someone caring for my own. I understand that inviting a pet sitter into your home requires a high level of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am licensed, insured, bonded, and background checked, and I also come with letters of reference that speak to my professionalism, reliability, and integrity. I am mindful of home security, privacy, and routines, and I follow all client instructions carefully. This includes locking up properly, respecting personal spaces, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment during every visit. My focus is always on keeping pets comfortable and stress free in familiar surroundings while ensuring their home remains safe and well cared for. Whether I am providing drop in visits or overnight care, I aim to create a calm, dependable presence that both pets and owners can feel confident about. My goal is to provide in home pet care that is not only attentive and compassionate for your pets, but also respectful, trustworthy, and professional within your home.
