I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t totally skeptical and apprehensive to the idea of leaving my fur babies with a total stranger. I found Jill on here and pursued her initially because of her being conveniently located not too far from home but after our meet and greet I immediately felt comfortable in my choice. She has the most upbeat personality and is super welcoming. She was sure to take notes on feeding instructions and and specifics she may need to know. My boys appeared comfortable and happy in all of the update pictures (which we loved!) she sent while they stayed with her. Our arrival back home had a slight delay and she opened her house to my hounds for an extra night which we are SO thankful for! Tootsie has a bad back and seizure medication to take. Kathy was very careful to listen to all our concerns. She updated us twice daily with a lovely note about her day and a picture. We knew she was in great hands and we enjoyed our week with no worries. Tootsie had a wonderful time and had all her needs met. She had multiple walks a day and lots of attention. But he got along with the pack and as a doggie mom, that made me feel good. I will definitely use Kate again. As far as the Rover website, there looks to be some logistical issues. On my screen, it told me Kate was 82miles away, but a 30min drive. Please get that fixed. Rover for me was hard to use. I like simple. But Rover has all these twists and turns. For example, I was not allowed to just message sitters. I was forced to pick dates. I had been looking for a new babysitter for Mr. Peanut since we just moved, but Rover made me wait til I needed someone asap, which made my experience stressful. Not good. We should be able to meet and talk to these folks before we book. After all, we are parents, and we all should be allowed to interview these sitters much like we would if they were our human children. Thankfully Kate worked out. But it could have gone a lot smoother. Thanks Kate (and daughter!)”

We don’t have to feel guilty about leaving her behind because she is always excited to visit and has a great time either Amy’s family and the other pets to have fun with. About: I was raised with cats, I had either one or two cats my whole life up until I was about 35. When it came time to get pets again, I chose guinea pigs due to the allergies of someone else in the home. I have had up to 5 guinea pigs at a time and currently have two when my daughter comes to visit I help take care of her two cats that travel with her. I work only 5 hour shifts at the Captains Table in Ocean City, Md. Day shifts and night shifts. I can take care of your pets throughout and or in between those times. When I had my dog I walked my dog 30 minutes a day, fed & played with my dog cooper all day long if allowed. I’m getting another dog soon in the next month or so.

I found Jill on here and pursued her initially because of her being conveniently located not too far from home but after our meet and greet I immediately felt comfortable in my choice. She has the most upbeat personality and is super welcoming. She was sure to take notes on feeding instructions and and specifics she may need to know. My boys appeared comfortable and happy in all of the update pictures (which we loved!) she sent while they stayed with her. Our arrival back home had a slight delay and she opened her house to my hounds for an extra night which we are SO thankful for! About: I've taken care of a wide variety of animals my whole life. While I love all types of pets, dogs are my favorite. I have lots of experience. One of my dogs was a therapy dog within the public school system as part of a literacy program for elementary children. I have a nice fenced in backyard and live close to two pet friendly parks. My schedule is very flexible. There is always someone at home 24/7 so your furry friend will never be lonely. I can board, sit, or walk almost anytime. About: I cat and dog sit for my family members regularly. I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds. I’ve been riding horses since I was 10 and started working on the farm when I was 12. About: I currently have a cat and a golden retriever and would love to help you take care of your dog while you are in need. I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.
