“Our dog's 2nd stay...she seemed happy after the first trip but the real test....would she be happy to go back? She ran up to the front door, tail wagging! We'll have no hesitation in booking with Schejn again 😀😀”

“Our Prince had a great time with Kelly!!! She was very helpful when it came to the needs of Prince and went above and beyond for his needs! Would highly recommend and we will definitely use Kelly in the future! Thank you so much for caring for Prince!!!”

“We have just recently moved to Ocean Pines, MD. So we have few contacts as yet. We needed a dogsitter to keep our Maltese/Yorkie mix (aka "Morkie") Finley for a month while we will be in Europe this summer. It's the longest we have been away from him, and we needed to find dogsitters we trusted. We found Bill and Margit on Rover and decided to try them for an overnight with our dog. It went exceedingly well. They sent photos of Finley relaxing on the sofa and bed, and getting along great with them and their other dogs. When we picked him up the next day, he was happy to see us but appeared calm and carefree. We knew we had found our dogsitters. Bill and Margit are wonderful, caring people who treat your dog like their own. What more can one ask?”

“Donald was great with our quirky, senior greyhound. His patience and kindness is much appreciated and gave us peace of mind leaving her for the first time. Thank you Donald!”

“This is the second time that we have used Irena for our dachshund, Koop, and both experiences have been great! Koop seems to enjoy being there, from what I hear, he gets along well with her dog, Louie. She sent us pictures throughout our trip as well. We will definitely be using Irena again the next time we need someone to watch Koop!”

“Jill was a great sitter! She made me feel right at ease with all the pictures and videos she sent. I could tell that Winston was having a vacation too! He was so tired when he got back home. Her communication was excellent thru the stay. When we got home I was surprised to find a treat bag tucked away in Winston's things. What a nice touch that was. I would highly recommend her for your future stay.”

About: I currently have a cat and a golden retriever and would love to help you take care of your dog while you are in need. I work from home Monday through Friday so my schedule allows me to be very flexible for potty breaks and general playtime while I'm taking care of your best friend. We have over 3/4 of an acre of property and are also located in the heart of Berlin...So a walk or outside playtime is no problem.

“Cindi was great at keeping me posted with pictures and fun updates! I was a bit unprepared for my stay but she was very flexible and didn't mind me having to text her different things that I may have forgotten to tell her. My dog Dublin seemed super happy and well taken care of with Cindi and that makes my heart happy! Couldn't ask for anything better!”

“Karen and her daughter are wonderful people and have the perfect place and environment to keep your dog. every day I would get an update with a picture. I felt very comfortable while I was away in Florida that my dog was I’m not only being taken care of what was being loved. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Kendra was great with my little dachshund. Heinz is a handful, but he came back happy and giving her kisses goodbye. He has separation anxiety and Kendra made sure she took him places to keep him relaxed. The condo was very nice, right by the beach. I joked that Heinz had a better view of the ocean than me. Hope he wasn’t too much trouble and you can watch him again next year. 😃 Happy Holidays!”

“Couldn’t have been happier that we chose to leave Beans with Haley for 10 nights. From the moment I dropped her off I felt completely at ease and Haley was a superstar at staying in touch and sending pictures and anecdotes of their daily jaunts. Just picked Beans up today and she is super happy and looks like she was well loved. Thank you Haley!”

About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. During this time I have worked to train puppies and taken care of pets that required special attention due to illnesses. I have recently retired and now have plenty of time to live the dream of caring for and playing all day with your fur children. I live on a pet friendly street (cul-de-sac) and my house is properly secure to keep pets safe (gates, crates if needed) and happily engaged in activities.

About: I have owned several dogs in my life time ! The love of my life, Spikey, was a mixed Maltese/Chihuahua, and lived to be 19 1/2 years old. I then adopted sweet Mary who ended up with health issues and she sadly passed in January 2024. I know how important it is to have peace of mind and be able to leave your fur babies in dependable hands. I work part time from home and have a lot of flexibility to provide whatever level of attention you wish for your pets. I prefer to take care of your pets at your home since that is the best to keep them in their environment. However, it's possible to arrange in my home. Your pets will be given loving attention. I like to know their routine and their favorite treats and toys to help lessen any separation anxiety. We will take walks if that is requested. I feel comfortable administering shots and medications and have plenty of experience. I work part time seasonally so have a lot of availability during certain times of the year. I miss having a pet but due to work and travel requirements I can’t take one on full time. I love helping take care of others pets and we will play and take walks every day. I don’t have a yard, but I do have a nice neighborhood for walking. My house is pet friendly and your pet will be treated as if they were my own.
