About: Hi there, I’m Elise! I have many years of experience caring for dogs and cats! I am comfortable taking care of pets of any size and any breed and have experienced pet sitting since I was a little kid. I am currently a pre-veterinary college student looking hoping to make a little extra cash, so this would really help me out! Plus, I am living in a dorm and miss my pets, so I am excited to give your furry friend some love:) I am working weekdays 8:30-4:30, so I can come check up on your pets before and after work on weekdays, as well as during my lunch hour (usually from 12-1). About: I offer housesitting with many years of experience with petting and as a Property/Estate manager in Montecito and Santa Barbara now San Diego. I only watch one family of pets at a time. Your pet will be treated as family. We go on hikes, beach days, walks, play outside in the yard and go to parks if these outings are appropriate for your pet. About this sitter: Really love what I do and the animals I care for. I grew up with many animals. My parents bred Doberman Pinchers. I love playing with the dogs, I believe it keeps both myself and the animals I watch happy and healthy to play out doors as much as possible. I also love to cuddle with the animals, they are so sweet. All the animals that come to visit us are treated as part of our family. Why I love dog sitting I grew up on a large property in San Diego with Doberman's, Germain Shepherd/collie mix and my grandfather raised Rottweilers. I just adore dogs and cats. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses etc since I was a little girl. Not only for my own family but friends and colleagues as well. I’ve been relied on for walking, feeding, bathing and general entertainment of their pets and it’s something I truly enjoy doing. Coco took great care of my dog at my home. I ran super late because of an event I had to be at, and she was incredibly understanding, staying with my dog until I got home.
I was nervous using someone new to watch our sweet but needy pup, especially since it was for a 5 day trip across the country. Kimberly was amazing, though, from coming over prior for a meet and greet to sending photos and videos updates to clearly giving Sadie Mae lots of love and exercise. I would definitely rebook with her.
Hailey was the best dog sitter for Bowie! He is usually so anxious when I leave town, but was so calm and comfortable with Hailey. She was very respectful of our home and left it spotless. I would definitely recommend Hailey and hope to use her again for my future dog sitting needs.
