Jeff's excellent communication in the form of pics and videos eased the nerves right away and I could see how happy Teddy looked in his care. I would not hesitate to book him again and would highly reccomend.”

Leaving Hagen for such a long period was not easy, but I felt completely at ease knowing she was in caring and capable hands. Ben & Patricia provided consistent updates, photos, and took the time to ensure all of Hagen’s routines and needs were met. When I returned, Hagen was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Walker and Julianna were great! They were able to help me out with only a few days notice. I am still fairly new to using sitters and they instantly made me feel at ease. Koa went right up to them with no hesitation and was well taken care of. I would be happy to have their help again in the future. P.S. They are located close to the airport so if you are flying out of town like me, it makes drop off/pick up really easy.
Laura took amazing care of our dog. He usually takes his time to warm up to people, but it was no issue with her. Guess he sensed that she's a good person. Within 20 minutes of us leaving he was on her lap. It was comforting to know that he is in good hands! She kept us updated with regular messages and photos.
10/10 would recommend! Brendan was very communicative, sent multiple daily photos & updates of Tucker. I could tell Tucker felt really comfortable with them and he made himself right at home! I was able to enjoy my trip without having to worry, I knew he was in good hands and was having a fun time. Definitely would love to have Brendan & Jess watch him again!
This was our first time using Rover and Emma made the whole process the BEST experience ever, both for us and our pup, Parker! She was extrememly attentive from the moment I reached out to her and was flexible in working with us on our dates as we had some shifting around before our trip. We were from out of town so she also made an extra effort to meet with us in person and get aquainted with Parker beforehand. She took a lot of interest in wanting to know everything about Parker. She was wonderful with her communication while we were on our trip and we received great pictures of their walks! Parker has some additional health issues and feeding needs and Emma took such great care of him and didn't mind the extra steps. We were so grateful for Emma's care and love for our pup while we were away!
I can’t say enough good things about Marcus. This was my first time leaving my baby, Lola, with someone that was not family. Marcus was so attentive to my concerns and cared for Lola like his own. Lola immediately took to Marcus and his sweet pup, Ollie. I received lots of pics that made me so happy and confortable with Lola in his care. I am so happy with Lola’s adventures with Marcus and Ollie and look forward to the next time she gets to be cared for by him.
