About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was a child and have always loved it! I am unable to have a pet at this time, so spending time with other people’s pets brings me so much joy. I’m hoping to play a part in keeping your pets active, along with myself! I currently work Thursday through Sunday, with some flexibility, depending on the week. I’m available to walk your pups in the morning on any weekday and later in the day Monday through Wednesday I currently cannot have any pets in my home, but am definitely looking to walk the pups through whatever neighborhood you live in. I’ve lived in Richmond for 10 years now and am comfortable walking pretty much anywhere!
“Kacey was great! Professional, responsible, and highly communicative. Most importantly, the dogs immediately loved her! Would definitely hire again.”

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!
“Emily is great! Had an incredibly busy day at work today and wasn’t able to spend my usual amount of time outside with Bonny. Emily showed up on a moment’s notice and did a great job with her. Greatly appreciative!”

“Heather was absolutely amazing with our sweet but skittish dog! She took very great care of her and made sure she got plenty of sniffs in! Heather also took my last minute booking which was incredible! We will definitely be rebooking!!”

“Maria and Luis were so kind. Great communication, very accomodating to my last-second changes, and my dogs love their new friends. I would book with them again- highly recommend Maria and Luis!”

About: Graduate Student at VCU with flexible summer hours ready to care for your animals. I’ve been a lifelong pet owner with hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. I also have previous experience dog sitting and walking specifically dogs. I’ve trained my own cockapoo (who was definitely my soul dog), including basic commands and good behavior habits, and currently manage all care for a senior beagle/lab mix, including her vet visits, medications, and daily routines. I’m also experienced with cat care through shared custody of our cat, Judah with my roommate. I’m attentive, patient, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I maintain a flexible schedule that allows me to offer consistent morning and afternoon availability for pet care. I prioritize reliability and clear communication, and I’m happy to work with families to find a routine that fits their needs. As I build long-term relationships, I’m open to expanding availability to best support both pets and their owners I tailor my approach based on each type of service I provide. During walks, I prioritize leash safety, awareness of surroundings, and your dog’s comfort with pace, weather, and other animals. For drop-in visits, I focus on maintaining your pet’s routine in a familiar environment—proper feeding, clean spaces, and attentive check-ins while respecting their home. For house sitting, I create a calm, consistent environment by following established routines, providing companionship, and keeping your home secure. Across all services, my priorities are clear communication, reliability, and building trust with both pets and their owners.
“Chynna took great care of my Junie while I was away. She followed all instructions, sent me lots of photos, and kept me informed on how Junie was doing on their walks. I will definitely be using Chynna again for any dog sitting needs!”

“Rachel has been absolutely wonderful with my two dogs, Oliver and Mabel. Oliver is my 11-year-old senior, and Mabel is a brand- new puppy, so their needs are very different- and Rachel handles both of them with so much care. She is incredibly communicative, always gives great updates and photos. She’s been walking them weekly for a while now, and both dogs get so excited for her visits. Knowing they’re in such good hands while I am working gives me so much peace of mind. I can’t recommend Rachel enough!”
