About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with dogs. I worked at a wonderful dog shelter called KC Paws that taught me about dog handling, body language, and temperament. I was a shift lead so I have experience administering medications - liquid and pills. I am also a foster for T.A.R.A, another wonderful shelter, so I have TONS of experience with puppies as young as 5 weeks old. While I have not worked in a professional setting with cats, I have 3 of my own and I have fostered two sweet cats. I’m finishing up school with one class left so at the moment, Rover is my full time job! I’m available unless otherwise stated on my schedule for whatever care your pet needs - day and night. Feel free to send me a message about scheduling questions to see if we can work something out! :) I only offer dog sitting in your home because I’ve got too many animals at my house and your dog or cat’s safety is my biggest priority. I am diligent when it comes to following instructions (with medications, food allergies, special needs) as well as with making sure your home is all locked up when I leave.

About: In a professional capacity, I’ve been off and on Rover for a few years, and I love it! My clients have loved the customer service level I bring to each interaction. From my communication style and pictures to my ability to be flexible in scheduling. In my personal life, I’ve taken care of dogs, fish, cats, turtles/tortoises, rats and guinea pigs. I’ve administered medication to pets in the past and I’ve done enrichment training as well. Schedule varies. I work in the Plaza and Partner Joel works from home and is available to care for pets all day. We live in downtown Kansas City MO. With my dog walks, I’ll typically take a 20 minute walk with 10 minutes allowed for enrichment/playtime. With any drop-ins, I’m happy to refill food/water and/or take care of any plants babies that you may have as I have a pretty good green thumb.

About: I am a third year veterinary student in KC for the summer at an internship! I have worked as a Veterinary Assistant for 6 years now and have gained experience in handling and working with all breeds and sizes of dogs, as well as cats. I have also been petsitting for family friends for 5 years and have plenty of experience making pets feels comfortable while their owner is away. I am comfortable handling any dog or cat, with anything from giving medications to your senior pup to walks and exercise for the more energetic ones! I’m currently working full-time during the week with some evening hours available. I am also typically available all day during the weekend and on most holidays. As I am currently renting, I am not able to care for pets in my own home. However, I am more than willing to travel and take care of your fur-baby in the comfort of their own home! I have been trained on how to handle all types of animals with care and respect towards them, and would feel comfortable assisting with any training you are working with them on. About: I am new to the app so I don’t have many reviews yet. But rest assured, I have lots of experience with house sitting and dog care. I would love to help you with other duties, including taking in mail, watering plants, keeping the place clean and tidy, etc. I have been the go-to-girl to dog sit and dog walk for all my friends, family, and neighbors since high school. I absolutely love to get to hangout with dogs and get my steps in! It would be a privilege to care for your precious pups! I am a doctor of physical therapy student at the KU Med Center. I have a 10 year old pug of my own named Beatrix, she is precious! I am never away from Bea for more than 5 hours at a time…but it usually is not that long. I am a homebody! And I dont mind at all to structure my schedule around caring for her, play and potty breaks, and three 30min walks/day. During the 2 days/week that I am in class from 8-5, I run home during lunch to take her out. I would do the same with your dogs as well! I have a flexible schedule that can allow me to work around your pups usual routine. I am able to take your dog out in your backyard or on a walk for potty breaks as often as needed. If I am house sitting for you, I would need to bring my 10 year old pug Beatrix to stay as well. She is easygoing and gets along great with other dogs. When I need dog care, I use Rover too! So Bea has spent a lot of time with new dogs in new homes. As a dog owner and Rover user myself, I understand how important it is to feel confident that your dog is safe, well cared for, and happy while in the care of someone new.

About: I've been relied upon by neighbors for years to dog-sit, dog-walk, and pet-sit for cats as well. I'm a big lover of all animals and grew up with dogs, cats, and even chickens! I started caring for these animals at an early age, handling tasks such as feeding, scooping litter, picking up dog droppings, and cleaning the chicken coop. We have an old cat with kidney and heart problems ourselves who needs to be pilled and have a cream applied to his ear twice a day. I understand how our pets are, quite literally, additional family members to the household, and I recognize the importance of ensuring they are loved and cared for, just like all of us!!! I’m a huge fan of walking and this fits into my daily and weekly routine. I also love the social aspect of meeting new people and pets are ALWAYS the best way to meet new people! I can easily drive to your home to walk your dog in the your neighborhood. I’m gentle, friendly and love a big scratch on an animals bottom(if they are welcome to it of course!)

About: I have care experience with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and fish. I have taught my birds to talk and whistle, mice to jump through hoops, and I have trained my dog in basic tricks. I genuinely care for and loveeeee animals and will give your pet(s) my undivided attention when caring for them!!! I am a full time college student so I won’t be available 24/7, but I will make sure to set aside time for your pet! I don’t offer services in my own home at this moment, but when caring for pets in my clients home I make sure to respect and clean up my surroundings and their animals space.

About: I've had dogs my whole life, the highlight of my day is waking up and taking my 9 year old boxer for a walk. I know that a busy dog is a happy dog! If your puppy likes to snuggle, I've got plenty of places to relax or nap ! Fully fenced yard. I work from home and am available all day for whatever your pup needs! I am available to let out for bathroom breaks or walks as needed I have a fenced yard, a rescue kitten and a 9 year old female boxer. I like to take at least 3 walks a day with the pups

About: I take caring for anyones best friend very seriously and have a lot of experience around different breeds. I think that each dog has individual traits that make them so special when you get to know them. I have a dog and cat at home and frequently take are of other pets because I enjoy it. I currently own my own floral studio so my hours are flexible. I am also a KC native so navigating neighborhoods and such aren’t usually a problem. For dog walking, I believe establishing trust and getting to know your dog’s personality is super important. Knowing how they react in certain situations will better allow me to care for your pet.

About: I have been passionate about animals my entire life, starting with pet sitting at the age of 10.
